“newsletter features that perform”
Pros
This platform was the biggest selling point for both my company and me. It's very user-friendly and includes all the tools a business really needs to send newsletters to subscribers. Another big plus is how well it integrates with pretty much any website builder.
Cons
I do wish the free plan included a few more features. It wasn't because I wasn't willing to pay for the full version but I wanted the chance to test some of those tools on a limited basis before committing to the full subscription price. The pricing structure can also be a bit frustrating since it's tough to predict your subscriber count when signing up and that number can change over time which could leave you paying more than necessary.

“effective list tools and support”
Pros
List management tools, pricing, support and overall feature set have been really great. It offers much more than just email marketing, with plenty of extra capabilities included although I'm still not completely sure those added features are all worth it.
Cons
They recently updated the pricing model in a way that feels like it could end up costing a lot of users more. I also wish phone support was an option.

“deep email campaign insights”
Pros
Running email marketing through this platform has been very effective for us. It comes with plenty of automation tools that save a lot of time and effort when putting campaigns together. With so many brands constantly trying to win over customers through frequent promotions and discounts, staying connected with our audience and understanding their opinions is really important and this works well for that. It helps us build smart emails using customizable templates that catch customers' attention. The feature I appreciate most is the analytics because it gives us a lot of useful data about our campaigns. With it, we can clearly track how many people engaged with our emails and which interactions actually led to a purchase.
Cons
Only issue I have is with template customization. Even though customization is available, it can take quite a bit of time to get the design exactly the way you want. Text, headlines, images and fonts are crucial in emails since people lose interest quickly and may send messages straight to spam. Still, once the design is finally set up the way you want, the platform takes care of the remaining work for you and then it's mostly a matter of waiting for the results.

“versatile templates and personalization”
Pros
There's a wide selection of newsletter templates, the HTML editor is easy to work with and the content studio adds useful personalization options. On top of that, audience integration is quick and simple.
Cons
A limitation with audience management comes up when marketing campaigns include multiple product links since it doesn't let you identify customer preferences for future campaigns.

“fantastic for growing newsletters”
Pros
After using it for many years, I can say it worked really well for me until I reached the point where I needed more advanced automation options. It's an excellent place to start especially since it's free for up to 2,000 subscribers. I was able to grow my lists with it and eventually move into the paid plans. The email builder is very simple to work with, the reporting is strong and over the years they've also added Facebook ads integration along with other useful features.
Cons
Automation tools are there but they only follow a linear flow. Once I needed branching paths and conditional logic, it started to feel limiting. It also doesn't offer auto-segmentation which became another missing piece for me. Overall, it's still a very great option as long as you don't need those particular capabilities.

“flexible templates and automation”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and a lot of the process runs automatically once things are set up. It comes with built-in templates but there's also plenty of room to add your own graphics, logos and other branded marketing content. Being able to schedule email campaigns in advance is really helpful and the option to build custom mailing lists for different campaigns makes it more useful. There's also a free version to begin with, plus the option to upgrade later as the business grows and needs more features.
Cons
One downside is that the emails still feel clearly like automated blasts so it's hard to make each one feel personal or include a tailored message for every recipient. The ROI has also been much lower than we expected since a lot of emails end up in spam or promotional folders instead of landing in the recipient's main inbox.

“advanced tool for email campaigns”
Pros
It's really useful for email marketing. With this, companies can promote their products online without depending on individual users. You can send emails to people anywhere in the world and they are delivered on time. It's an excellent application for marketing services and products.
Cons
I think users need to already have their own contact database before using the application. It helps you send emails but it does not provide any email database for the people you want to reach.

“efficient newsletter toolkit”
Pros
Using it feels like stepping into a complete marketing world of its own. It's an excellent newsletter builder and campaign creator, with features that really set it apart from other campaign platforms. Integrating forms is simple, raw HTML for newsletters is supported and the default themes are quite useful. On top of that, preview mode, test emails, campaign and audience creation, click tracking and many other tools make the platform incredibly capable. You can also embed lists, send invitations and monitor user activity without much effort. it's hard to put into words how much it offers and I genuinely enjoy using it on a regular basis.
Cons
One limitation is that testing tokens are only available with pro accounts. It would be much better if developers had access to some free tokens so they could properly test newsletters before sending them out to subscribers. Another drawback is that custom RSS merge tags can't be created for use in social campaigns. Aside from that, it's still a very comfortable and user-friendly tool for marketing work.

“great outreach companion”
Pros
Sending hundreds of emails a day and thousands every week means I rely on this constantly. It's the key tool that helps me stay on track with my targets and connect with as many people as possible. The interface is organized, user-friendly and makes daily prospecting feel efficient and manageable.
Cons
I've genuinely enjoyed using it and honestly don't have any complaints to mention.

“helpful feedback insights”
Pros
Using it has been a easy way to collect feedback from end users and the data aggregation has given us great results. We've only relied on the free version but even that has been more than enough to help us see where our customers are having trouble.
Cons
We'd definitely be interested in the features included in the paid plans but since we only use the platform a few times a year, a monthly subscription doesn't really make sense for us. A pay-as-you-go option for premium features would be a much better fit in our case although for teams using it regularly, the monthly pricing is probably easy to justify.

“Reliable newsletter tool but becoming overcomplicated”
Pros
I've used it on and off for a few years, mainly to send newsletters to a smaller list of about 800 subscribers. The platform is very simple to work with, includes a few starter templates and makes basic customizations easy. Email deliverability has been reliable as well. Between 2017 and 2019 though, they started shifting from a easy email marketing tool into a broader platform with CRM, retargeting, ad management and more. That change is a big reason I've started looking elsewhere.
Cons
All I really need is an email marketing service that keeps my contacts organized, lets me send emails without hassle, lands messages in inboxes and shows me a few basic stats. I'm fine paying a modest monthly fee but I'm not looking for an all-in-one marketing system. I originally chose it because it used to be widely recommended and the free plan for up to 2,000 contacts was appealing. That free plan still exists but over the last couple of years they've steadily removed features from it. They also count unsubscribed contacts toward your total which is frustrating and now even test emails count against the monthly send limit. On top of that, they've added things like Google and Facebook ad retargeting and even postcard mailing while both the platform and the pricing have become increasingly complicated. It feels like they're no longer focused on supporting their longtime free users and honestly not even their paid users all that well. They say customers want more features but judging by the strong backlash to these changes, a lot of users clearly disagree. From both a personal and business perspective, I'm not impressed and I'm currently researching alternatives like MailerLite, ActiveCampaign and SendInBlue before deciding where to move.

“strong and budget-friendly platform”
Pros
Working with this platform has been a really positive experience. It's powerful without feeling complicated and it stays very user-friendly while also being affordable. There are plenty of options for customizing HTML messages and you can also send plain-text emails when you want a more natural feel for subscribers or clients. The pricing is especially appealing for smaller organizations since it's based on the number of subscribers instead of charging a high flat rate.
Cons
Honestly don't have any major complaints. If I had to mention something, I'd say having even more templates available would be nice although the current library is already very good and continues to grow.

“useful templates and fair pricing”
Pros
The onboarding process felt very easy. The free templates have helped me put together newsletters for all kinds of occasions which has been really useful. I also got a lot out of the knowledge base, it took me from not knowing where to begin to feeling confident using the app. Another big plus is that you can use it free for up to 2,000 subscribers and even after that, the pricing still feels quite reasonable.
Cons
One part that has been frustrating is the switch from Lists to Audience. It took me a long time to find a tutorial that actually made sense to me and even then I still had trouble figuring out how the new setup worked. Automation was another area I couldn't really get the hang of and in the end I gave up on it. That's the main reason I didn't rate it 5 stars and have been considering moving over to AWeber.

“newsletter tracking that performs”
Pros
Managing email communications with this platform has been very easy and it's free for organizations that only need a smaller mailing list. It shows helpful details on who is opening, clicking and engaging with our emails. Putting together professional-looking newsletters with images and links is simple and managing the mailing list is just as convenient since you can build different lists and segments. There are also plenty of additional features included that we haven't even had to take advantage of yet.
Cons
Figuring out why someone didn't receive an email can be tricky at times and every now and then a message ends up in spam or doesn't get delivered. Open tracking also won't work if the recipient has images disabled although that limitation comes from email providers rather than the software itself.

“high-quality marketing toolkit”
Pros
For me, this platform has been a fantastic marketing resource. It's remarkably user-friendly and I really appreciate the shift toward being more of a full marketing solution. I rely on this service all the time because it offers so much value, with tons of useful features and integrations. It has become an industry standard that most marketing professionals should really consider subscribing to. I'd absolutely recommend this site to anyone working in marketing.
Cons
The only real downside is that the forever-free plan is capped at 200 users which feels a bit restrictive. That said the paid plans are very affordable and still make the service feel incredibly worthwhile.

“professional templates for campaigns”
Pros
Managing mass email campaigns with this tool has been a really good experience. The standout part for me is the quality of the templates since they look very professional and can be customized quickly with the drag-and-drop editor. It makes editing fast and practical. On top of that, campaign management is easy and the platform also gathers campaign data that helps you make better decisions and take action.
Cons
There are a couple of areas where it could be better. I would like to see a wider selection of templates included since more variety would be useful. Also, the message automation features still need improvement because the current functionalities feel somewhat limited.

“adaptable templates and presentations”
Pros
The email templates are one of my favorite features because I can simply prepare the campaign content and send it directly to my contacts. It's also flexible enough to let me create my own templates which adds a lot of value. Another feature I appreciate is being able to attach product presentations and share them directly.
Cons
I'd really like to see more templates added with each update especially ones inspired by designs created by users themselves. That would give us a wider range of options instead of relying on the same limited choices.

“excellent inboxing and sales tracking”
Pros
One of the first things I noticed was how effectively this platform delivers emails to the inbox. My open rates, click rates and conversions jumped dramatically compared with what I was getting from my previous well-known email provider. The layout of the menus also makes sense and the e-commerce sales tracking has been incredibly valuable.
Cons
Feature that threw me off was the recent change to audiences since they used to be called something else. I also wish the templates looked more polished and professional. I usually keep my broadcasts pretty basic but it would still be nice to have backgrounds and template designs that feel more modern, crisp and clean.
