“Excellent fit for small business”
Pros
It doesn't take long to get the hang of, the interface is simple to use and it delivers a lot of power for a small business.
Cons
There are a few design limitations but honestly, it's difficult to come up with many real negatives.

“newsletter tools that just click”
Pros
The mail editor is really enjoyable to use and keeping track of my newsletter subscriber lists feels very easy. Overall, it's a very great service. It works especially well for someone who isn't very technical and wants to run a newsletter without having to deal with any coding.
Cons
Pricing doesn't really feel justified for what's offered. The free plan comes with major limitations and once your newsletter goes past 2,000 subscribers, you're pretty much pushed into upgrading. On top of that, there haven't been any major changes or updates in recent months so the platform feels like it hasn't been improving much.

“reliable email platform”
Pros
Book works really well as an email platform for both small businesses and larger organizations. I've used the free version as well as the paid plans and both have performed reliably for what I needed.
Cons
It would be even better with more ready-made design templates so my team could pull inspiration from different layout and design ideas. I've also run into some difficulty when trying to migrate lists within the platform.

“Review”
Pros
The price of this product is great, especially for someone who is starting off a small business. It is very easy to use. There are many email templates available that are easily modified into what you want it to be like. They do a lot without any extra charges for it. It is a reliable product.
Cons
None that I can currently think of, and yeah, it’s a great product and one should definitely go for it. It is pretty simple to use.

“clean dashboard with useful analytics”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is the detailed email reporting and analytics which give a really thorough view of performance. The dashboard is user-friendly, the interface feels clean and the editor is practical and simple to work with especially if you're new to email marketing or do not have much time to put together polished campaigns. The drag-and-drop builder is genuinely useful and since no coding knowledge is needed, it is accessible for beginners. There is also a great range of customizable templates to choose from. On top of that, it offers good value for the money for smaller lists, particularly if you have 2,000 subscribers or fewer and want to send up to 10,000 emails. Another handy feature is the personalized advice option, where you enter information about your business and receive tips and insights that can help you grow faster.
Cons
Biggest downside is that the automation features are fairly limited and not especially manageable so if automation plays a major role in your business, another platform would probably be a better fit. Pricing can also climb pretty fast as your email volume and subscriber list increase. Another limitation is the font selection which feels restricted unless you know HTML. That is workable if you are comfortable editing the source code but it could definitely be frustrating for anyone without that knowledge.

“Amazing features and quick setup”
Pros
It was really simple and it comes loaded with useful features, from scheduling emails to tracking clicks on specific links.
Cons
Recent redesign felt a bit confusing to me. Pricing is also on the higher side though I still think it's generally worth the cost.

“email campaigns made simple”
Pros
Running it for my side business has made email marketing campaigns much simpler. I write a lot of campaign content but usually do not build them myself so I was pretty nervous going in. Still, this tool made the whole process feel easy and I'm honestly really grateful for that.
Cons
It's been really good and I genuinely enjoy using it. The only thing I'd suggest is offering a more flexible plan for smaller businesses.

“Nurture your leads”
Pros
Creating and setting up landing pages is quite easy with this tool. You can create personalized emails and nurture your leads with the help of it. It has been almost 2 years that we’ve been using Mailchimp and we yet are not disappointed by it. The templates are easy to design and creating campaigns is much easier. The price of this tool is also better in comparison to its competitors. It is completely free for those who have less than 2000 subscribers. When you cross the 2000 limit that’s when they start charging you.
Cons
The monkey badge does not stick to the emails until we upgrade our account.

“fast setup and powerful insights”
Pros
Getting started took less than 10 minutes after signing up which was a huge plus. It's simple enough to build and send an email marketing campaign, create forms, manage users and check detailed reports all in one place. There are a lot of reporting and analytics options available and they give really useful insight into bounce rates, subscriber numbers and subscriber behavior. The email campaign builder is very user-friendly, with a drag-and-drop editor and plenty of templates to pick from. I also appreciate that there are several pricing plans so it's easier to choose one that fits your needs. It connects with a wide range of other platforms especially Google Analytics and using the two together gives you excellent data for managing marketing. On top of that, it can be used to create social media posts and overall it's one of the quickest ways to get your marketing up and running.
Cons
Automation tools are not as easy to set up or use as the rest of the platform. It also uses some of its own terminology instead of standard marketing terms so there's a bit of a learning curve at first. If you spend a little time researching it beforehand though, it shouldn't cause too many issues.

“versatile email bulletins”
Pros
It lets you build different kinds of email bulletins and stay connected with people who want updates about your products or services through regular newsletters. The custom templates are really useful because you can create personalized emails once and send them to your whole follower list at the same time, instead of rewriting the same message again and again.
Cons
I still haven't been able to figure out the insertion event. On top of that, every time I add a new list, the monthly fee goes up again. There are also times when the saved campaign drafts end up looking distorted.

“Simple email marketing hub”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels very simple, just drag and drop, type your content and hit send. When I'm working with clients who are completely new to email marketing, it makes it much easier to show them why it matters because everything is laid out in one place, past campaigns, reporting, basic CRM tools and the ability to act on the results without leaving the platform. It also connects with plenty of other tools so I can build campaigns and automations using data from Wix websites, Hello Bar campaigns, Facebook and more.
Cons
Platform has been improving constantly, with additions like automation and free landing pages. As a tool built with email marketing first in mind, it really does its job well. Where it starts to fall short is when you want to branch out into broader digital marketing needs like a CMS or more advanced CRM functionality, that's just not really its space. Because of that, I'd still recommend it mainly to clients who are just getting started and want a strong launch point.

“fast campaigns and live metrics”
Pros
This tool is incredibly fast for campaigns. The professional templates cut down the setup time a lot and the drag-and-drop builder makes the whole process very practical. It saves me a ton of time and I also really appreciate the range of metrics it provides since they let me track and analyze campaigns in real time.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that emails sent to Gmail often end up in the "Promotions" tab. Task automation is not very easy either and the platform does not give many options in that area. It would be better with a wider set of features especially since some functions are buried and take a while to locate.

“professional email templates”
Pros
Putting emails together is one of the things this software does really well. I'm able to customize messages and build polished, cohesive emails that look professional from start to finish. The template feature is also a big help because it removes several steps from the process when creating customer emails.
Cons
Overall organization and structure can be a bit confusing at times. For instance, every guest has to belong to a group tied to the email which makes things less easy. Sending structured emails to just one or two guests who are in different groups takes extra steps and a bit of figuring out.

“feature-packed email builder”
Pros
There's a huge range of options and features here and the drag-and-drop editor makes them feel very approachable. It gives you plenty of room to customize things, plus the analytics are detailed and genuinely useful. Managing a mailing list feels not just easy but actually enjoyable. The interface looks polished and pleasant, yet there's a lot of depth once you start digging into it. The testing tools were especially useful too, helping fine-tune an email before sending it out.
Cons
Visual drag-and-drop editor is definitely convenient but that convenience sometimes comes at the cost of flexibility when you want to do something less simple. Figuring out positioning or inserting elements in ways that go against the default setup can get annoying and occasionally pretty frustrating. Still, considering the price and how user-friendly it is overall, that minor inconvenience feels worth putting up with.

“powerful targeting and clear reports”
Pros
Getting started with this software is very easy because the interface is so user-friendly and you definitely do not need to be a tech expert to use it. I'm able to store a large amount of detail in my contacts which makes targeted campaigns much more effective since I can reach the right audience every time. The landing page feature has also been really valuable, helping me bring in more contacts through professional-looking web pages. Once a campaign is finished, the reporting is clear, simple to follow and genuinely helpful when it comes to improving future marketing efforts.
Cons
There is not much to criticize but a couple of things could be better. The pricing model can be a little awkward to figure out at times. I've ended up purchasing credits because the monthly charge does not really suit periods when I am sending very few e-shots although the credits themselves do not feel like the best value. Another limitation is that I can only use 5 variables when sending a mailshot to a segment. Since my business is fairly complex, I would prefer more flexibility to target specific industries in particular locations and that cap makes it harder than it should be.

“time-saving lists that deliver”
Pros
This has been a real time and effort saver. I can set up multiple lists for different types of communication which helps keep everything organized. At the level we use it, it also comes at no cost which is a big plus.

“affordable campaign targeting boost”
Pros
Running marketing campaigns with this tool feels very practical because it comes with plenty of simple features to manage everything in one place. Segmenting audiences is very easy which makes it much easier to reach exactly the people you want to target. It's also reasonably priced and the send-time option helps emails go out when clients are more likely to actually open them instead of ignoring them.
Cons
Template customization can be a bit tricky and the designs it includes are fairly basic. That said if you spend some time working with them, you can still create really great results. that's the only real downside I've noticed with this software.

“clean layout and high-impact campaigns”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels clean, simple and very easy to navigate. It delivers exactly what it promises and is genuinely easy to use. Importing email addresses, building lists and launching campaigns can all be done without needing to be an expert. And that big red send button for pushing out a campaign is such a satisfying touch, it really makes the whole thing feel powerful.
Cons
Just like with other email platforms I've used, the templates can be a bit buggy and awkward to work with. If you don't have some coding knowledge, putting together a truly top-tier, polished email design probably isn't going to happen. Still, considering it's a free tool, that feels like a fair trade-off. And honestly, my emails still look much better than they used to so I'm very happy with it overall.

“reliable sending and useful reporting”
Pros
We rely on it heavily for email campaigns, sending over 5 million emails each year to more than 350,000 constituents. It has stayed consistently reliable in both delivery and data accuracy and the reporting tools are timely and genuinely useful when we're planning follow-up efforts. Another big plus is the comparative data which helps us track our performance against similar organizations and spot trends more clearly.
Cons
One frustration has been the recent pricing change which puts our organization in a tougher position. Because of our large list size, we use the pay-as-you-go option and now that credits expire, we can't take advantage of buying larger bulk amounts that make more financial sense for our university. Customer support is also a weak spot, there's no phone support so every troubleshooting issue has to go through email which can really slow down the time between reporting a problem and getting it resolved.
