“all-in-one team efficiency”
Pros
Having everything in one place is the biggest advantage of it. It makes things more efficient for our staff and keeps the workflow convenient.
Cons
The software could be more user-friendly. There are definitely other apps out there that feel more simple to use than this one.

“smart segmentation and scheduling”
Pros
it has been really useful for splitting our contacts into groups like pharmacists, distributors and health organizations. The drag-and-drop editor makes it simple to build polished, professional-looking emails and being able to schedule campaigns for whatever time works best is incredibly convenient.
Cons
Reporting has room for improvement especially since the click-through details can feel a bit basic at times and connecting it with our ERP took more effort than expected.

“helpful free plan for small teams”
Pros
There's a free plan available which works really well for a small business that doesn't need to contact a large number of customers on a regular basis.
Cons
Once your contact list starts growing, the pricing can become a little expensive but it's still definitely a very useful marketing tool.

“campaign analytics that deliver”
Pros
Campaign analytics have been a huge plus for us. Open rates, click tracking and A/B testing are all easy to access and easy to walk our creative leads through. It's fast to work in too especially with the design builder which feels very responsive.
Cons
Audience management is where things feel less simple, particularly when syncing with external CRMs. Every now and then, duplicate contacts still manage to slip through.

“mailing and archives work well”
Pros
Designing emails in it feels easy and sending them out is just as simple. Another part I really appreciate is that my emails are archived which lets people go back and read previous editions anytime.
Cons
I understand that it is there for security reasons but having to go through two-factor authentication every single time I log in starts to get a bit frustrating.

“Convenient email tools”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels simple and very user-friendly. It makes sending internal emails really simple and the analytics are excellent.
Cons
it could use more customization options so designs can better align with brand guidelines. As it stands some of the design elements feel a little too homegrown.

“simple campaign setup”
Pros
Putting campaigns together with this product feels very easy which is the part I appreciate most. You really do not have to be a marketing expert to create campaigns that are strong and effective.
Cons
One thing that slows me down is image sizing. It would be much better if the program automatically adjusted image dimensions to fit the marketing piece because resizing them manually still takes a bit of time.

“targeted campaigns that deliver”
Pros
it has really helped me grow my audience and drive better engagement. Being able to segment my list based on shared behaviors lets me send much more targeted messages and that has led to stronger open rates and more click-throughs.
Cons
At times, it feels like I am paying for inactive or unengaged contacts unless I stay on top of cleaning up my audience carefully.

“Powerful audience targeting”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how powerful the segmentation features are. They make it much easier to reach the right audiences with the right messaging.
Cons
I really haven't run into any problems. I know it can be pricey but since I'm not the one handling budget decisions, that doesn't really affect my day-to-day use.

“very user-friendly”
Pros
Among all the tools we use across the organization, this has been one of the simplest to work with. It is very affordable and the interface feels really user-friendly.
Cons
Honestly, I do not have any complaints about it. It has been the best tool for us and we have been using it for more than two years.

“fast email blasts and branding”
Pros
Being able to send email blasts quickly has been really useful for getting information out to our clients as fast as possible. I also appreciate how much flexibility there is to adjust and customize the designs so they match our branding.
Cons
One thing that held it back for me is that it was not always as simple as I would expect from a product in 2025. It also seems to lean a bit too heavily on AI automation at times and I still end up having to go back and make edits to contacts manually.

“user-friendly and well connected”
Pros
Right away, the user-friendly design made it simple to work in and I also appreciated how well the program integrated with other tools. Overall, it's a really good program!
Cons
What bothered me was the text looking completely normal while I was editing it, then appearing all messed up once I sent it out. The spacing and formatting would get really weird.

“accessible and quick to learn”
Pros
Everything about the software feels built with accessibility in mind so it's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with the different features and there's no steep learning curve getting in the way. Because of that, users can start making the most of its capabilities pretty quickly. The accessibility of the software really makes it simple to use and fast to learn.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't run into any real issues while using the software. The only thing I'd like to see down the line is the addition of some AI features especially for building templates.

Pros
It's been really helpful for managing and staying in touch with our employees through different channels, including social media, email and various landing pages.
Cons

“frustrating domain authentication”
Pros
Once everything is fully set up, the platform works really well most of the time and is fairly simple to use.
Cons
Any time something goes wrong with my account, the experience is absolutely awful. I have been trying to get my domain authenticated for 6 weeks now. I followed the instructions on the website and spent countless hours on chat support but nothing has been resolved. It has been incredibly frustrating and honestly makes me want to cancel my account(s).

“handy editing and social sharing”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy. Editing pictures feels effortless and the integration with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter is something I really appreciate.
Cons

“flexible across every screen”
Pros
Working with it feels very easy and it adapts really well from large screens down to smaller ones. I especially appreciate the way templates are managed separately from campaigns.
Cons

“versatile email marketing toolkit”
Pros
Everything runs really well. Like most SaaS tools, the free plan comes with a few important limitations but it's still highly flexible for creating, sending and tracking marketing emails. It does exactly what it's meant to do.
Cons
It's hard to complain too much about a free service, honestly. If I could add one thing, I'd want exported contacts to include the Contact Rating since that's the list you'd use to call people and understand why they're not engaging.

“handy setup and design”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the design works really well. It's practical to use especially since I've been using the website for a long time so I already know how to work efficiently and get things done quickly.
Cons
The price is the biggest problem. It feels ridiculous and the way subscribers are counted is seriously frustrating. That's honestly one of the main reasons I've had to start looking at more affordable alternatives.

“Reliable for newsletters”
Pros
It works well for both quick announcements and longer email newsletters. We use it for a monthly arts newsletter that goes out to individuals and also gets shared across social media.
Cons
Getting the formatting exactly right can be a little frustrating at times although that may partly come down to my limited tech skills. Switching users was also difficult when our assistant left and someone new took over.
