fantastic landing page tools

Pros

Packed with useful features and it's very user-friendly. The onboarding team really knows their stuff which made getting started much easier. It works especially well for landing pages and connects nicely with booking software.

Cons

One thing I miss is phone-based customer support. Help is limited to SMS and email and these days it's pretty uncommon to reach a real person. I do wish it offered live customer service reps you could actually speak with.

budget-friendly email builder

Pros

A simple, no-frills platform that's easy to work with and the email builder is very easy. It's a low-cost option that works well when budget is a concern.

Cons

The design tools are more basic than what you get with some other platforms. Even though it's built as a budget-friendly solution, it still gets the job done efficiently.

strong email marketing

Pros

it has been a reliable option for handling email marketing. Putting campaigns together is pretty easy, audience segmentation is useful and the reporting makes it simple to keep an eye on performance. They also run promotions through Rakuten fairly often and right now there's even 40% cashback.

Cons

From a marketer's perspective, the biggest downsides are the fairly limited automation tools and the way pricing quietly climbs as your contact list gets bigger. It starts out affordable but over time you can end up paying more than you would for a much better CRM. Customization also feels a bit frustrating and advanced segmentation is more difficult than it really needs to be.

powerful tool with friendly interface

Pros

Right from the start, this tool felt incredibly powerful. It was simple to learn and use and the user interface is very friendly and welcoming.

Cons

There is nothing about it that I dislike. It has been working really well for us ever since we started using it.

Excellent and user-friendly tool

Pros

Compared with other software, it is more affordable and much simpler to learn and use. It also integrates well with other tools which makes it even more useful.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about it. I would definitely recommend using it.

Perfect with multi-team access

Pros

It's fairly affordable and for the most part, simple to navigate. One thing that works really well is being able to use a single login across multiple departments.

Cons

Working with new lists, adding contacts and merging duplicates is a real headache. The contact side of the system feels very disorganized. I can't easily tell how many contacts I actually have, how many duplicates are in there and so on.

Cons

Pros

Building email templates is really simple thanks to the drag-and-drop editor and the sending network performs well too, with great open and click rates.

Cons

At times, the software feels a bit laggy and doesn't respond quickly enough and the audience selection feature is only average.

newsletter tool that scales

Pros

it feels like the go-to option for newsletters for good reason. It offers pricing and feature tiers that fit most service levels and it scales nicely as your newsletter expands. It also connects really well with my organization's CRM which has been a big plus.

Cons

A few of the metrics it shows are a bit unclear especially how it defines subscribers as 'often,' 'sometimes,' or 'rarely' engaged. I've also run into problems when trying to exclude certain audience segments correctly. On top of that, the email designer can be frustrating to work with at times.

Pros

This email marketing platform is easy to use and includes some basic CRM features. It's also fairly affordable compared with several other options on the market.

Cons

In the end, it feels caught in the middle-more advanced platforms offer broader and better functionality, while lower-end tools cost less and still provide enough for what many users need.

contact management that delivers

Pros

This platform turned out to be a really great tool for keeping all of our contacts organized. Sending emails through it was always a quick and simple process.

Cons

The part I liked least about it was the built-in templates on the platform. We ended up needing to create most of our own templates instead.

Great for small teams but limited features

Pros

It was very easy at the time and it worked really well for us as a small business.

Cons

As our company grew, it started to feel too limited for what we needed and didn't really scale along with our business. Over the many years we used it, it also seemed like there weren't enough new features being introduced.

clean email marketing workflow

Pros

Getting started with it felt very easy. The interface is simple and user-friendly so putting together professional-looking emails didn't require any technical skills. The drag-and-drop editor is simple to work with and the templates and layout options have a clean, modern look. One thing that really helped was how manageable subscriber lists were, along with the ability to segment audiences for more targeted campaigns. The automation features were useful too especially for scheduling emails and nurturing campaigns without having to monitor everything constantly.

Cons

Some of the more advanced tools-such as conditional content, dynamic personalization and automation workflows-feel a little limited or awkward compared to other platforms. Pricing also starts to feel less competitive once your subscriber list gets larger. The reporting dashboard does the job but it would be better with more customization options and deeper insights built in, instead of having to export data into other tools.

powerful customer journey tools

Pros

Automated customer journeys and the prebuilt integrations have been really useful. It makes it simple to grow an audience and connect additional channels without much hassle.

Cons

Pricing can feel a bit high for a small business. Also, the Facebook custom audience integration seems to break pretty easily and it looks like a common issue based on what I've seen online.

decent starting option

Pros

It's relatively simple to get started with, offers great value for the price and works well as a starting solution overall even if it's not the top option out there.

Cons

The interface feels somewhat confusing and cluttered to me. Since I already get overwhelmed pretty easily when I'm juggling multiple tasks, it's UX ends up causing a lot of back-and-forth which makes the whole workflow feel more tiring than it should.

confusing setup and weak support

Pros

After a lot of editing, I was finally able to upload my contact list once my downloaded file matched the required template.

Cons

Getting started was really unclear and there was barely any support available. The platform was difficult to navigate and not very simple to understand.

visually appealing email design

Pros

This platform offers great templates but the part I enjoy most is its Canva integration which lets me create emails with a much more attractive visual style.

Cons

My only complaint about it is that its pricing has gone up quite a bit over time so now I have to manage my contacts more carefully to avoid extra charges.

Pros

Launching an email campaign feels pretty easy with this tool. It handles the basics well and the built-in reporting for open rates, bounce backs and unsubscribe numbers makes it simple to keep tabs on performance.

Cons

A growing number of people and companies seem to be flagging it emails as spam which hurts how effective campaigns can be. There's also the bigger challenge that younger audiences are moving away from email as their main communication channel. it could probably benefit from shifting more of its marketing focus toward social media platforms.

clean design and custom uploads

Pros

Being able to drag and drop my own videos and images is really useful and the interface stays clean and easy while I work.

Cons

it does have a free plan but it comes with quite a few limitations. Features like dynamic content are restricted unless I upgrade to a paid premium plan.

reliable automation for newsletters

Pros

Getting started with it was easy. The automation does exactly what we needed and we've been using it consistently for newsletters as well as important automated emails we need to send out.

Cons

Honestly, there wasn't much we disliked about it. The only issue we ran into was a connection problem with a spreadsheet we were using. We didn't realize it had disconnected for a few days but once we caught it, it was simple to fix.
