“full control and helpful templates”
Pros
I really appreciate having complete control over my subscriber lists. Once I became familiar with the platform, everything felt easy to navigate. The templates, integrations, guided setup process and educational resources make list management much more approachable.
Cons
After some recent changes, the menu and options feel a bit less simple than before. I'd say the biggest issue is that some companies, like real estate businesses in Spain where I live, can't share client email addresses with them so as far as I know that makes the service unusable for those cases.

“Great free start for newsletters”
Pros
As someone who values simplicity, I think this platform is an excellent choice for beginners. The free plan includes enough functionality to help grow and engage an audience without requiring a major financial commitment.
Cons
Moving lists from one platform to another can be a hassle so if you expect to build a large audience and eventually outgrow a free service, it's worth looking into other platforms that have a low-cost starter plan.

“custom email automation made simple”
Pros
Building automated email marketing workflows is one of my favorite features. The platform keeps everything simple while allowing automation to handle much of the work. I also like being able to integrate customized email replies using templates tailored to our needs.
Cons
Getting started was a bit challenging because, as a new user, configuring the application to match specific needs felt complicated. There are a lot of available options which can be overwhelming at first. Still, after spending some time with it, you begin to see the value in having so many settings since it allows you to customize almost everything.

“simple newsletter creation”
Pros
Even with basic computer skills, I feel confident creating attractive newsletters and email campaigns. The platform makes the process approachable without sacrificing quality.
Cons
One downside is that some providers especially Gmail, may automatically sort these emails into spam or social folders. That means your messages might not actually reach the audience you're aiming for since they can end up in junk instead.

“strong email campaign imports”
Pros
Setting up campaigns is very convenient because I can easily import mailing lists, graphics, files and other resources needed to create effective email communications.
Cons
The template design tools do feel a bit limited at times so I usually end up choosing the closest option to what I want and then removing the parts I no longer need.

“polished emails that deliver”
Pros
What I appreciate most is that it reliably delivers polished, professional-looking emails. The mobile-friendly design is another major advantage that helps ensure a good experience for recipients.
Cons
A few parts come with a fairly steep learning curve especially if you are not familiar with HTML. That said we hardly ever need to use that section.

“advanced templates for email marketing”
Pros
Managing email marketing through this platform requires very little effort on my part. The feature set is strong, the template library provides excellent starting points and the generous free plan makes it easy for businesses to begin without immediate costs.
Cons
One limitation is that affiliate marketing isn't permitted on the service. It's also very strict about list quality so if you upload a poor list, there's a good chance your account could end up getting banned.

“Simple templates and useful metrics”
Pros
A couple of years ago, I came into email marketing as a complete beginner and this tool made the whole process feel incredibly manageable. Within a week, I went from not knowing much to feeling confident enough to run campaigns like a pro. The templates are well designed and the interface is very simple which made learning much faster. One of the biggest advantages for me was the amount of metrics it provides. I could clearly see what was not working, make adjustments and keep improving the quality of my campaigns every week or so. On top of that, if you do not have much budget for paid email marketing, the free tier is a huge plus since it supports up to 2000 subscribers which is fantastic.
Cons
there is very little for me to complain about with this software. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that their customer support could be a bit better. Aside from that, I am genuinely very satisfied with the tool overall.

“reliable delivery and rich integrations”
Pros
Platform has been incredibly dependable. I've used it for my monthly campaigns and special event emails for more than 8 years and it hasn't caused a single issue. The new features they roll out are clearly tested well because they work immediately without any hassle and my delivery rates have stayed exactly where I need them. Their demographic tools are especially useful and the integrations with APIs and other web services are excellent.
Cons
If there's one downside, it's the cost. You do get a huge range of features for the price but if all you need is to send one or two emails a month and nothing beyond that, it can feel pretty expensive.

“clean UI with capable tools”
Pros
Biggest plus is how simple it is to use. The prompts are clear, everything is easy to follow and the interface looks really polished without giving up the tools you actually need.
Cons
I've worked with plenty of email marketing platforms and unless you're trying to pull off something unusually complex, it's honestly difficult to find much to complain about here.

“versatile layout and easy access”
Pros
Right away, the page layout, the visual balance of the images and the smart use of space make a very good impression. The way its components work together really adds value and matches what users usually look for. From my point of view, those are the features that stand out most when judging the overall contribution of the site. On top of that, it is very accessible, simple to manage and flexible enough to adapt well to all kinds of working conditions.
Cons
As for anything that might be considered a negative point, there really is nothing on the page that fits into that category. With the solutions and options it provides, it is actually quite the opposite since its features make the experience favorable and support the tasks that rely on using this website very well.

“free plan and polished emails”
Pros
Having a free option even if only to a point, is a huge plus. It helps me send emails to my clients reliably and most of the time it handles that really well. Putting together marketing emails is fairly simple and the final result looks really polished.
Cons
Getting started took a bit of effort. Building landing pages, pop-up forms and sign-up forms felt confusing because some details needed to be changed in one place while other parts had to be updated somewhere else. I still think that part is a little complicated. Still, once everything is set up and running, it works very well.

“free start and aligned workflows”
Pros
Getting started with it is incredibly simple and the free plan for the first 2,000 subscribers makes it a really nice way to try the platform before committing any budget. It works well as an all-in-one tool which is a big plus. I usually use WordFly and compared to that, this platform feels much more aligned and easy to work in. The Wordpress integration is also very valuable since that plays a major role in our business.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the interface seems to change every time an update comes out. That can create issues especially when younger designers are still learning and then have to adjust to a new layout again. The pricing also gets a little confusing once you start dealing with 10,000+ subscribers. I had to spend time on the phone with customer support just to fully sort that out.

“engaging templates for campaigns”
Pros
Being able to save email campaigns is a big plus because it helps plan a communication strategy more intentionally while still presenting everything in an engaging, eye-catching way. They've also added a wider range of template options which makes it easier to match different user preferences.
Cons
Having a free option is something I really appreciate although the pricing could be more budget-friendly for larger-scale products. Still, I'm glad the free plan exists since it works well for most smaller campaign needs.

“strong integrations”
Pros
This has been the first tool we adopted and it's still the only one we use. The wide range of integrations is a huge plus and honestly one of the things the whole team appreciates most. Running email campaigns with it is also very easy and simple.
Cons
Pricing is where it falls short. It may be a market leader but the cost feels excessive and that's the part we all really dislike.

“flexible newsletters and marketing tools”
Pros
Nearly 10 years in and this is still the newsletter platform I keep coming back to. The first thing that sold me was how user-friendly it was, along with how much freedom it gives you to customize. You're not stuck choosing from just a small set of templates so your newsletter or email campaign can actually look the way you want it to. Lately, they've also expanded things quite a bit for small businesses, with added tools for Instagram and Facebook ads plus other marketing features. Whenever someone asks me which newsletter service to use, this is the first and only one I suggest.
Cons
There are still a few elements you can't fully remove which is a little frustrating. That said I get that some of it is probably tied to legal requirements they need to keep in place so it doesn't seem like something they can really change.

Pros
This has been an excellent email marketing tool. It lets you send a large number of emails every month without any hassle. The premium plan also adds really useful features like email tracking, daily reports and reminder emails which make it even more valuable.

“great newsletter templates”
Pros
Putting together an e-newsletter with this software feels really easy. Within only a few clicks, you can build not just a newsletter or blast template but one that looks polished and professional too. The setup process is simple to follow because the platform walks you through everything step by step so getting a campaign ready to send doesn't take much effort. Another thing I really appreciate is the pricing structure. You can begin with a free account and stay on that plan if it works for you, then move up to a paid option later if you need more features. Even the free version comes with a very great set of tools.
Cons
It currently has three pricing tiers and I do wish there were a few more options available. Freelancers, entrepreneurs and small businesses all have different needs so having additional plan choices would make the software more flexible.

“handy sharing”
Pros
Sharing with colleagues works really well, the email editor is easy to use and the signup forms on both mobile and websites are simple to set up and manage.
Cons
The editor does tend to mess up text formatting from time to time which is understandable. It also leans heavily toward sales so things can feel more complicated than necessary if that is not your goal. With groups, lists, subscribers and tags all in the mix, it can be hard to keep track of who is who.

“Great email campaign analytics”
Pros
Handling large email campaigns with this platform has been excellent, whether it's newsletters, announcements, or other bulk messages. The analytics are especially useful since they show exactly how many people opened the email and what links they clicked. Adding new contacts is also very easy and having multiple mailing lists makes it even more practical.
Cons
I don't have much negative to say about it because I've really enjoyed using it. It's focused only on email but for a startup or someone just getting into marketing campaigns, it's a very great way to reach the right audience.
