“friday emails made better”
Pros
Running recurring email campaigns has been incredibly easy for me. I can quickly reuse saved templates and features like the YouTube content block make creating engaging emails much more convenient.
Cons
It still annoys me to have to go through two-step verification every couple of weeks. I get that it's there to keep my account safe but honestly, I don't feel like I need that much protecting. My hands are deadly weapons, I had to register them at the police station.

“reliable bulk messaging platform”
Pros
We've found it very effective for communicating with large groups. Most emails are delivered successfully and the company does a great job keeping us informed about updates and platform changes.
Cons
A few features could be made more user-friendly and less code-heavy. At times, finding your way around the platform can be a bit challenging.

“trusted spam protection templates”
Pros
One thing I really value is the platform's strong focus on fighting spam. It creates a more trustworthy email experience through thoughtful design and clear communication.
Cons
The downside is that the product language is deeply built around its own jargon. That can make it frustrating to find what you need when you are not even sure where to start. For instance, auto-responders are labeled as automation flows.

“fantastic templates and email reach”
Pros
For our larger campaigns, the platform keeps everything manageable with its simple interface and extensive template library. We also appreciate the website template features and generous free plan.
Cons
Pricing depends on the size of your email list so costs go up as your audience grows. On top of that some features are locked behind the premium plan.

“helpful onboarding but hidden api key”
Pros
The onboarding process impressed me right away. Instead of generic setup instructions, it guided me through practical questions that made learning the platform much easier.
Cons
One part that is surprisingly hard to deal with is creating an API key. The option is tucked away inside a submenu under a main menu that doesn't seem related at all. I've run into this several times when setting up an account for a client, creating a list and then trying to connect that list to a form on their new website. At the point where you pair the form with the list, you need to generate an API key and even after doing this at least ten times, I still spend around five minutes hunting for it every single time. The frustrating part is that I'm usually very good at finding things like this so I can only imagine how confusing it would be for an average user. That said I realize most average users probably never need to create an API key since it's more of an advanced feature.

“adaptable templates and scheduling”
Pros
I find the campaign creation process very efficient. Whether I'm using custom templates or pre-designed ones, the editor, testing tools, previews and scheduling features save me a lot of time.
Cons
A thing that really bothers me is the lack of phone support. If you need help from customer service, you're stuck using the chat feature which I don't love. I'm also not thrilled with the way contact lists have to be uploaded. They changed that process recently and now it can take quite a while.

“Customizable newsletters for growing teams”
Pros
Across our small and mid-sized clients, we've seen excellent results with the platform. Features like A/B testing, multimedia content, signup forms, GDPR compliance and real-time reporting provide tremendous value.
Cons
As a newsletter tool, it does a very good job but once you move into more advanced marketing strategies, it starts to feel limited. Segmentation is not flexible enough to create multi-level send-outs based on different variables which can be a drawback for more complex campaigns. For small and medium-sized businesses, it offers good value but for larger companies it can feel expensive considering the level of functionality available.

“strong newsletter results”
Pros
Over the years, I've used it for both newsletter and ecommerce campaigns and it has consistently performed well. The cart abandonment recovery feature alone has helped me recover valuable sales.
Cons
Pricing gets a little hard to justify once you go past 2,000 subscribers so that part can sting. Still, if you're really using the platform the way it's intended, the value is definitely there.

Pros

“easy to use for beginners”
Pros
As someone who values ease of use, I really appreciate how simple the platform feels. Even new users can become productive very quickly.
Cons
Every now and then, after saving my work, I've ended up losing progress or even an entire project. Most of the time it works the way it should but there have been a few occasions where updates I made to my monthly newsletter disappeared and I had to recreate everything from scratch. I don't think it was user error though I can't say that with complete certainty especially since I believe it's supposed to save automatically as you work.

“responsive templates but frustrating support”
Pros
Email is still one of the most widely used ways people communicate every day, with millions of messages being sent around the world. One of the biggest problems with email services is the large amount of spam and this platform offers solutions to help deal with that. It works as both an email marketing service and a marketing automation platform and its responsive interface adjusts well to different screen sizes for both commercial and non-commercial users. Whether someone is using a mobile phone, tablet, desktop, or laptop, the interface adapts properly to the device which makes the application convenient to use. It also includes a wide range of options designed to improve the user experience. A good example is the multi-template feature which offers different newsletter layouts, each with its own personalization options.
Cons
A common complaint from many customers is the weak support from the vendor. When users submit a complaint or report an issue, the investigation and response often take a long time to reach them. On top of that, the system gets updated very frequently which frustrates users because the interface keeps changing. Each time an update rolls out, people often have to relearn where things are and search again for options they previously used. There are also some features that are restricted or unavailable in the platform. Another issue is the use of certain unfamiliar language or terminology which can make new users uncomfortable because those words do not feel natural or simple to them.

“affordable templates with flexibility”
Pros
As an email marketing tool, this has been a budget-friendly option especially for a small business sending campaigns to a smaller mailing list. It comes with plenty of ready-made templates where you can add your own branding, graphics and colors to match your business. Those templates are simple enough for people with little or no technical background and the wide selection still gives you room to be creative. If you need more control, you can also build your own HTML/CSS templates and use them in the custom template section which gives you the most flexibility for creating something tailored to your needs. Managing multiple lists has also been very useful since it makes it possible to organize and send emails to several lists automatically when needed.
Cons
There are a lot of features packed into it and even though the documentation is great some parts are still difficult for beginners to fully understand and put into practice. Getting the most out of its functionality can take some effort. On top of that, the UI changes the team rolls out from time to time can be confusing and sometimes it is not immediately clear where certain tools or options have been moved.

“adaptable newsletter templates”
Pros
This tool works really well for newsletters and has helped us build our brand, keep connected with customers and support our retail business overall. One thing I really value is being able to preview templates and see how a mailout will look on desktop, mobile and tablet before sending it. The rich text editor is also a big plus because I can format newsletters the way I want without needing much HTML knowledge. Compared with similar tools like Zenreach, it offers a lot more flexibility and customization. It's also very manageable when working with a single mailing list.
Cons
One frustrating part is that whenever the software gets updated, it feels like a major overhaul. The workflow changes so much that I end up having to learn the platform all over again every few months. It's fairly simple if you're only handling one or two large mailing lists but I wouldn't recommend it for managing lots of smaller audience segments because it starts to feel clunky and hard to control. Another issue is unsubscribing, it's not very easy for recipients to remove themselves from lists and to stay compliant with subscription laws, that responsibility ends up falling on us instead of being something customers can easily do within the program.

“great for growing teams”
Pros
For me, getting campaigns up and running is incredibly fast with this platform. Whether I'm creating a custom HTML template or using the drag-and-drop editor, both options are quick and easy to work with. Compared to many ESPs I've used before, this one offers the best balance of simplicity and advanced features like drip campaigns and user suppression.
Cons
It does offer several advanced features but it still falls a bit short when managing large-scale campaigns for bigger clients. For small to mid-sized businesses, it works really well but those user-friendly tools start to feel restrictive once you need to handle more complex campaigns with multiple lists and dynamic variables.

“strong email campaigns”
Pros
I find email campaign creation very easy with this tool. It handles email marketing efficiently, makes template building easy and allows me to send bulk emails without wasting time. The available plugins and extensions also make website integration simple while HTML customization provides additional flexibility.
Cons
One thing to watch out for is email authorization. At times, sending emails without proper authorization can cause problems so it's important to be careful when mailing.

“excellent email builder quality”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the visual email builder. It allows me to create professional-looking emails while maintaining a high level of customization and it performs better than many competing solutions I've tried.
Cons

“easy-to-use designs and flexible emails”
Pros
After finally migrating my mailing list, I realized I should have made the switch much sooner. I was initially worried about losing subscribers but the platform turned out to be simple and packed with options for email layouts and designs.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is a truly bare-bones template for those times when you just need to send a quick two-line note about a correction, cancellation, or similar update. Even the most basic template available still takes a little time to put together.

“easy campaigns and useful tracking”
Pros
Creating campaigns for large marketing lists feels very simple to me. The reporting and tracking data are organized clearly making it easy to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.
Cons
One issue we consistently notice is that our open rates tend to be a bit lower with it. We usually see about 10% fewer opens compared with similar software used for the same timing and campaign content. I can't say for sure whether more of these emails are ending up in spam but after speaking with other marketing managers, it sounds like they've seen similar results.
