“Simple email builder”
Pros
Using this platform has been a pleasure because everything feels very user-friendly. The drag-and-drop setup makes creating campaigns simple and there are templates available for just about any need. The interface is very simple when putting emails together and setting up automation sequences is quick and easy.
Cons
The only downside is that it costs more than a lot of other mailing list providers so the pricing feels a bit on the higher side.

“Great email automation toolkit”
Pros
This software comes with everything needed to run effective email campaigns, from list segmentation and integrations to automation. The interface is user-friendly and the pricing feels fair for what's included.

Customer support could be better and product innovation seems to be moving at a slower pace lately.

“Amazing email campaign powerhouse”
Pros
It works really well for email marketing campaigns and helps create strong customer engagement. It fits both small and large businesses, as well as non-profits. The unsubscribe feature is very dependable and it lets you track who opted out and even the reasons behind it. it handles a lot with just one click which saves time. You also get useful analytics, like how many people opened your emails which ones were undelivered and more. Overall, it's user-friendly, powerful and powerful.
Cons
There are a few limits when it comes to automation compared with more advanced tools but at this price point, it's hard to complain.

“beautiful templates and polished emails”
Pros
They've clearly positioned themselves as one of the leading email marketing platforms out there. Anyone can get started with the platform for free which is a big plus. There are plenty of ready-made templates that help marketers and business owners promote their products and campaigns, along with lots of clean, attractive newsletter designs for different kinds of businesses. On top of that, they include many of the tools an online marketer would need and the email layouts come across as both professional and approachable.
Cons
there isn't anything specific that I can say I disliked about it.

“clean editor but limited automations”
Pros
A big plus is the generous free plan which makes it a great option for anyone just starting out. The interface looks clean and polished, the editor is easy to work with and the templates are decent enough to get things up and running quickly.
Cons
Biggest downside is that they're discontinuing the Shopify integration which is really disappointing. On top of that, there isn't much flexibility when it comes to building automations so it can feel restrictive pretty fast.

“fantastic free start for email campaigns”
Pros
When your email list is under 2,000 subscribers, this is a really good free option to begin with. The free plan includes the same features as the paid tiers which makes setting up email campaigns simple and convenient.
Cons
One thing missing is the ability to collect extra details such as user location, IP address, organization-specific IP, or other useful intelligence. Having that kind of information available during campaigns would make the tool even more helpful.

“Great free mailing list starter”
Pros
It comes with all the tools and resources needed to build a great mailing list without paying upfront. The email builder is simple to work with, flexible enough for different needs and generally dependable when checking rendering through Email on Acid.
Cons
One frustrating part is how the upgrade path works for unbranded emails. If you pay once for a batch of emails, you can switch back to the free plan after that first time. But if you decide to pay again later for unbranded sending, you're basically locked into continuing with a paid option from then on.

“Simple design and fast newsletters”
Pros
Right away, the website's design feels polished and attractive. The usability is excellent too, everything is simple, clean and minimalist. If you need to handle something extra, like editing an image, you can do it right inside the interface instead of working on it elsewhere and uploading it again. The email editor is quick to understand and the templates make it simple to get started fast. It really opens the door for anyone to jump into newsletters and email marketing without much effort.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any issues at all and I don't expect to.

“strong list segmentation tools”
Pros
It's made creating lists and sharing content much simpler for our team. On top of that, the list segmentation and tagging features help us get very specific details on each contact and organize every segment more effectively.
Cons
Building the design for email newsletters can be frustrating because it takes a lot of tweaking in the layouts and templates. A number of the newsletters I've made were hard to size properly especially when trying to adjust different content blocks and position them exactly how I wanted.

“Next-gen automation for business”
Pros
Running a business feels much more organized with this platform and there's a reason it's so widely used around the world. It helps automate work in a smart way which saves time and makes daily tasks more efficient. Every feature I've used performs really well and delivers the kind of reliable, standard service I expect.
Cons
This tool is a great platform overall and unlike many other tools, it hasn't caused me many problems. The only small issue I've noticed is that it tends to spam quite often and that's something that really shouldn't happen.

“adaptable email tracking tools”
Pros
Being able to import a contact list and then tailor the email content has been really useful. It lets us send messages to our students, double-check the recipient list for accuracy, manage the content and add helpful links. The reporting is also valuable since we can see when emails are opened, whether links are clicked and how the content is being used.
Cons
A feature to edit group members directly is definitely needed. It would make updating contact lists much more efficient. Right now since that option is missing, we have to revise the Excel file and upload it again which adds extra time and creates more chances for mistakes. If we could manually update the list or build new groups from an existing one, it would feel much more user friendly and make it easier to manage listservs and keep track of who needs to be contacted.

“great for nonprofit campaigns”
Pros
For nonprofits, being free for up to 2,000 subscribers is a huge plus. The customizable templates make it simple to create attractive email campaigns and the platform is very user-friendly with detailed instructions that help a lot.
Cons
The free plan only covers up to 2,000 subscribers which can be limiting since nonprofits usually don't have much of a marketing budget. Another downside is that sent emails don't show the full content right away so recipients have to click the download button to view everything.

“clean design and flexible plans”
Pros
The interface stays clean and easy without feeling overloaded which makes it pleasant to work in. The email validation setup is also pretty great. I also appreciate that there are different plans available depending on what you need. Another useful feature is being able to bulk edit email statuses by uploading and overwriting updated data, as long as the actual email address itself is not being changed.
Cons
Where things get confusing is with assigning people to groups or segments especially when you notice typos in email addresses and need to correct them. Those corrections have to be handled manually so the choice is either deleting the old addresses and uploading the corrected ones again, or opening them one by one and fixing each entry yourself. Either way, there's a real chance of making an error and ending up assigning someone to the wrong segment.

“simple campaigns with reliable features”
Pros
Managing an easy marketing campaign with this has been pretty convenient. The features are quick to pick up and during the time I've used it, everything has worked reliably without hiccups or system errors.
Cons
Where it gets a bit tricky is list management especially when trying to track different segments across multiple campaigns. The folder setup used to organize lists could definitely be cleaner and easier to follow.

“clean campaigns and strong tracking”
Pros
After trying quite a few email marketing tools, this one really stands apart. The interface is clean, campaigns are simple to edit and the metrics and tracking are very great. Our nonprofit has relied on it for almost ten years and we have no plans to switch. It's also a big advantage that it connects with many other platforms through services like Zapier.
Cons
Honestly don't have any complaints. I am completely satisfied with it.

“email workflow done right”
Pros
When it comes to email marketing, they've basically set the standard. The design is consistently polished, the user interactions feel well thought out and after using it for a long time, I can honestly say they handle those details really well. There's never much concern about setting up a campaign the wrong way because the workflow is very easy. Once you've created a template you're happy with, reusing it for fresh content is simple so you're not rebuilding every mailing from scratch. Another thing that's been really useful is being able to use one login across multiple accounts by adding yourself to existing client accounts. That makes managing several campaigns for different clients at the same time much more efficient.
Cons
At the same time, if you've been using the platform for years and know it inside out, it can become a bit of a love-hate situation. They've clearly prioritized making sure everything works reliably but the number of steps required to get a campaign out the door can feel tedious. That's especially noticeable when you already know exactly where you need to go in the platform, yet it still takes three or four clicks to reach it. In the end though, that bit of clunkiness feels like a reasonable trade-off for the stability and depth of features the platform provides.

“campaign cloning is fantastic”
Pros
Cloning a campaign and sending it to another email list is really convenient and it saves a lot of time.
Cons
A better way to view overall campaign performance across multiple email lists would be really helpful. My clients usually want top-level results instead of a list-by-list breakdown so I end up doing a lot of manual work and building reports the platform doesn't provide.

“advanced templates for ecommerce”
Pros
Beyond sending bulk emails, this software also works really well for promoting an online e-commerce business. If you go for the premium plan, you get access to unlimited premium templates for marketing your store, along with free templates for businesses, companies and plenty of other needs. On top of that, there are already lots of useful templates available at no cost.
Cons
One thing that makes it even better is how beginner-friendly it is. You do not need any HTML or CSS knowledge to get started and it is simple enough for anyone to use as long as they know the basics of using a computer and mouse. It is definitely one of those tools professional entrepreneurs rely on to attract their target audience online.

“flexible templates but tricky formatting”
Pros
One thing I really enjoyed when using the software to create emails was being able to add my own code and make each page look different. The template feature is helpful for setting up the email layout first and then customizing it with extra touches. It also connects pretty easily to whatever website you need to link it with which made implementation pretty convenient.
Cons
Feature I liked least was that the formatting would sometimes break between desktop, tablet and mobile views. Since I have a graphic design background, I could usually work through it but for someone without that experience it would be much harder to fix. Most regular users would probably assume it was just a bug in the email and not know how to solve it.

“effective autoresponders and drip campaigns”
Pros
What I appreciate most is the autoresponder setup for email marketing. It lets you trigger emails based on events and the drip campaign system is very easy to manage. There are also plenty of templates available which makes putting together and sending messages much more convenient.
Cons
The platform does feel a bit outdated though and it lacks sales intelligence capabilities. It also doesn't provide customizable CTAs, website visitor targeting, or any built-in feature for running customer surveys.
