“Great email tools that deliver”
Pros
Sending emails with this has been affordable and easy for me. It includes all the tools I need to share data and information with my readers without the heavy complications that a lot of other platforms seem to bring.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is stronger email customization options.

“Simple tools for small teams”
Pros
Running marketing for a small business with limited staff means we need something easy and this platform has been exactly that. It feels simple right away and comes with plenty of built-in features that help even a beginner marketer put together effective campaigns without needing a lot of prior experience. It has made email marketing much more manageable for us and being able to add forms directly to our website makes automation feel almost effortless.
Cons
There is not much to complain about. It is affordable, packed with useful tools and very approachable for marketers who are still learning. At the beginning, we did run into a few connectivity issues although that may just as easily have been caused by user error on our end.

“clean interface with great analytics”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels polished and simple to navigate, yet it still offers plenty of customization when you need it. The free version works really well for smaller businesses while the paid plans make it a worthwhile choice for larger companies that want a higher-quality solution. The analytics are easy but still provide the key insights needed to improve future campaigns. It was also one of the earlier platforms to prioritize a clean user experience and its lasting popularity really shows how well it understands what customers are looking for.
Cons
Its overall capabilities don't quite match some competing platforms. If you need to build highly advanced campaigns with deeper customization and multiple opt-ins across several lists, you'll probably need to use a different tool. It seems to have run into the same issue as a lot of other platforms by trying to cover too many needs for too many users. At its heart, it works best as an email platform. The added features for building landing pages and ads are useful but if it keeps expanding in that direction, it risks turning into a jack-of-all-trades platform that doesn't truly excel at any one thing.

“flexible free plan value”
Pros
Using it feels pretty easy and it gives you a nice level of flexibility even with the basic "Free Forever" plan.

A few features are tucked away in places that aren't immediately obvious though they're there once you know where to look.

“reliable mail marketing toolkit”
Pros
The interface feels simple and the overall user experience is well thought out. It's reliable, simple to work with and gives me what I need for both online and offline mail marketing.
Cons
One thing that still feels missing is a customizable dashboard. It would be really useful to view the performance of all campaigns in one place with widgets I could choose myself.

“clear design and handy integrations”
Pros
Platform feels easy to work with. The branding, interface and overall user experience are designed to be clear, simple and pretty self-explanatory. Creating an email and sending it to whoever you need is very uncomplicated. Of course, how strong the email copy or design is and how the mailing list was built to begin with, still depends on the user but the software gives you a great, accessible foundation for email service functionality. Another big plus is how well it connects with other platforms and services. WordPress, for instance, can be linked to an account without needing a specialist developer which is really useful.
Cons
One downside is that the email builder can feel a bit clunky, vague, or just too basic. It's fast, works well and creates emails that display properly across a lot of email clients but there are times when it doesn't offer quite enough flexibility. On top of that, our agency account managers and clients sometimes expect more than the platform can provide, things like additional pipelines, stronger accountability, deeper tracking and more automation. There's also the reality that emails sent through it do not always land in the recipient's primary inbox, for a variety of reasons.

“powerful integrations and perfect value”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how easily it connects with so many other tools and services so it fits in nicely no matter what website hosting or CMS you use. The pricing feels reasonable and the features included are genuinely powerful.
Cons
Can't think of anything about it that I dislike.

“convenient campaigns for lead gen”
Pros
Running weekly or monthly email campaigns to specific target audiences is really convenient for generating leads. Once the campaign is set up, it's basically ready to go.

Only part that ends up taking extra time is preparing the Excel sheet in the required format.

“audience update makes navigation better”
Pros
The recent switch from organizing subscribers in "List" to using "Audience" has been a really nice improvement. It does a better job of grouping campaigns by specific audiences and that makes everything much simpler to navigate.
Cons
The templates could be a bit more user-friendly. Editing inside a campaign can get messy pretty fast if you're not completely sure what you're doing so it's better to keep things basic until you get more familiar with it.

“reliable email marketing powerhouse”
Pros
After using the free version for about 2-3 years, it still covers everything I need and even includes features I haven't had to use yet. It's been dependable the whole time, helping me create well-designed marketing emails and monitor the results without any issues. I still haven't run into limits on contacts or the number of newsletters I can send which has been a big plus. Another thing that works really well is being able to let clients and prospects view archived newsletters directly on my website and with a few small HTML adjustments, they turn into very polished web documents. Open and click tracking has also been as great as any other platform I've used while understanding that no system gets that data perfectly every time.
Cons
There are only a couple of small interface quirks, mostly situations where it takes an extra click or two to reach the section I want but beyond that there's really not much to criticize.

“free plan won me over”
Pros
Free plan is what got me hooked and now I'm honestly a huge fan. I hardly use any other bulk email tool besides this one. It makes marketing feel simple and accessible without costing much at the beginning and the platform is easy enough that even a beginner can use it without trouble.
Cons
Pricing is definitely higher compared to a lot of other options but I can't complain too much since it delivers the results I need.

“powerful templates and api”
Pros
Getting started with this tool was very easy and as a programmer, connecting the API to add new clients to lists and launch advertising campaigns has been really simple. The template system is also very simple yet powerful which is a big help for anyone who doesn't know HTML but still wants to build creative and effective email templates.
Cons
One thing that would really improve it is support for transactional emails. Since the platform doesn't offer that, you have to pair it with another service which adds extra development time and also means explaining two separate tools to users.

“responsive templates with perfect integrations”
Pros
Their library of pre-designed templates covers almost every business niche I can think of so usually I just pick one and get started right away. On top of that, the templates display well on both desktop and mobile devices which is a big plus. Another thing I really appreciate is how many tools and plugins it connects with especially WooCommerce which feels incredibly valuable. I also have the flexibility to tweak each template to match my specific needs.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is that there's no option to duplicate an existing email template or campaign which would save a lot of time. I've also run into issues in the past and when I reached out to customer support for help, I never got a response.

“best budget autoresponder for beginners”
Pros
Compared with other tools out there, this is still the most affordable autoresponder I've used while giving excellent value for the money. It was actually the first autoresponder I picked when I started blogging and even now I'm still using it. The free plan supports up to 200 subscribers which makes it a really great option for beginners. You can even start earning from your email list without having to upgrade to any of the Pro plans.
Cons
As my website has grown over the years, I've noticed it doesn't really support the kind of advanced automation that some of the bigger autoresponder platforms offer. Even with that limitation, I'd still recommend it to anyone just getting started.

“newsletter and audience toolkit”
Pros
A few years ago, I tried it for the first time and remember thinking it was such a clever way to build a newsletter. I recently came back to it for a new project and honestly, it has been a lifesaver. The platform feels much more user-friendly now and far easier to work with. I use it to keep up with a web series, landing pages and forms and it has basically turned into my full package for connecting with my audience. The graphics look high quality and I also appreciate that they regularly send helpful ideas by email.
Cons
I'm genuinely happy with this new version and really don't have anything to complain about.

“budget-friendly pick for starters”
Pros
When cost matters most, this is hard to beat. It's a great choice for anyone on a tight budget, with basic needs, or who just wants something easy to use. If you're only getting started and don't want to spend extra on a bunch of advanced features you won't use, this is probably the best option out there.
Cons
Every now and then, I ran into issues with emails ending up in spam filters. And once your needs grow beyond those of a new business or someone sending to a simple list, there are likely better platforms to consider.

“frustrating limits and limited templates”
Pros
Templates work well and keep things easy so mass emails and newsletters can come out looking polished and professional. Putting together a nice-looking email is fairly quick and not much of a hassle. The email builder itself has an appealing design and getting started doesn't take much effort. It fits the needs of a typical business or everyday email user pretty well.
Cons
Building mass email lists is a challenge. There's a cap on how many email addresses you can send to at once which turns the whole process into something slow and tedious. It really needs better contact list building tools. On top of that, you're pretty boxed in by the existing templates, with very little freedom to design something original.

“Great features but terrible support”
Pros
The platform covers most of the features people would expect from an email list management tool. It's user-friendly and connects well with just about any kind of list-building source you might need.
Cons
Customer support is absolutely awful. A lot of our requests never got a response at all and when someone did reply, the answers were so generic that they were basically useless. One of our subsidiaries spent two months getting their list ready and adjusting everything for launch. After putting in all that time, they sent their first email and had the account shut down three minutes later for an alleged policy violation. The worst part was that nobody could explain what policy had actually been violated. It then took another month to transfer everything to a competitor and since moving, things have worked perfectly.

“clean designs with polished mailers”
Pros
With its clean design and great feature set, this software makes it possible to put together professional-looking mailers for clients in very little time.
Cons
Free plan is very good but the co-branding makes the mailers look a bit less polished. That means having to suggest clients upgrade to the reasonably priced pro tier. It also doesn't let you send mailers for certain business categories.

“mass emails made effortless”
