“fantastic value for beginners”
Pros
As a beginner this software feels like an excellent value. It's easy to use and provides detailed design guidance through examples, templates and articles.
Cons
Every few months, it tends to glitch and it always seems to happen at the worst possible moment.

“Perfect fit for startups”
Pros
Using it has been really easy, the customer support is reliable and the pricing stays very affordable. It feels like a very well-built product for early-stage startups and small businesses.
Cons
Its biggest weakness is scalability when you need it to work with more complex CRM and marketing automation systems.

“a second brain for marketing”
Pros
This has been a perfect marketing automation platform for our needs. The interface is well designed, it's simple to use and it keeps offering advanced features. it feels like a second brain for the business.
Cons
It's been an excellent tool overall and I really don't have any complaints about it. I'm happy with all of its services especially the way it creates emails and manages our contacts.

“campaign setup is decent”
Pros
Campaigns and broadcasts feel simple for me to set up and the payment system is clear enough that I don't get stuck while using it.
Cons
That's about all it really offers and the deliverability still needs work. Even after testing a lot of different domains, around 60 in total, most of our emails still ended up in spam for no clear reason.

“email scheduling without coding”
Pros
Email scheduling and customer messaging are easy for me to manage with this tool especially since I don't need any programming knowledge to get started.
Cons
One of my campaigns was delayed by a few hours and I'm still not sure why that happened. Aside from that, I haven't run into any major issues with it.

“helpful integrations but limited customization”
Pros
The email system was quick for me to learn because everything is laid out in a easy way. It doesn't overload me with extra features but it still lets me send group emails and connect with other tools when I need to reach customers.
Cons
Free basic version is pretty restrictive when it comes to customizing emails so things like special fonts, embedded images and similar design options just weren't available. I also ran into limits on how many emails I could send at one time unless it was connected to another software which was a bit inconvenient.

“fantastic support and simple design”
Pros
Polished email design feels easy for me with this platform even without design or coding skills. I also rely on the support team since they usually respond quickly and help me resolve issues without delay.
Cons
The feature set does feel somewhat limited. I'd really like to see options for dynamic senders and dynamic content added. Right now, there's a bit more manual work required from the user to get certain things done compared with other email platforms. The integrations are also somewhat limited especially with CRMs social media tools eventbrite and similar platforms.

Pros
This tool helps me reach large audiences quickly and consistently without much effort. It also performs well when I need to send time-sensitive updates and I've noticed stronger engagement from recipients.

“mailing list insights i love”
Pros
Audience management works well for me across both small and large lists. I can grow my database, avoid duplicate contacts and track engagement which makes the process much more reliable for me.
Cons
I feel like I'm not using it to its full potential. It seems capable of a lot more but I still feel a bit stuck when it comes to learning how to do more with it. There also aren't many ready-made templates for building an e-newsletter which is tough for those of us who don't have graphic design skills. Because of that, my weekly or monthly newsletters can start to feel a little repetitive over time. If your business already has a designer or content creator though, this probably won't be much of an issue.

“clean design”
Pros
The interface feels clean and organized to me and I like that I can save templates and reuse them later which saves me a lot of time in my workflow.
Cons
I'd still like to see deeper analytics, such as how many people opened emails, what time they opened them and which subject lines performed best. Adding personalization tags also feels a little tedious right now.

“helpful chat support overall”
Pros
Support chat has been helpful for me whenever I've needed assistance and it usually resolves issues without delay.
Cons
There's quite a bit about it that I'm not a fan of. My biggest frustrations are, 1. There's no phone support. 2. It isn't simple and it does a poor job of guiding new users. 3. The wording throughout the platform isn't very clear. 4. The design editor is tough to work with. 5. It's too limiting when trying to turn an existing "regular" campaign into an A/B test.

“fantastic value and learning tools”
Pros
New users on my team find it easy to adapt to this platform. I can quickly train them on email creation, list uploads and scheduling and the free features plus learning resources make onboarding smoother for me.
Cons
A few parts of the email template editor can feel tricky in the beginning although they get much easier once you've spent some time with them. I've also noticed that some of the pre-made templates don't always work that well for the purpose they're supposedly designed for. Still, that's a small complaint and doesn't really change my overall very positive view of the product.

“Excellent value without enterprise cost”
Pros
It's incredibly simple to use while still being highly effective. I'd strongly recommend it because it delivers enterprise-level solutions without the enterprise-level price tag.
Cons
Newer design elements, typography, colors and images still feel a bit rough around the edges.

“powerful campaign stats and reach”
Pros
Sending bulk messages to customers and prospects has been really valuable because the post-send stats show exactly who received, opened, or ignored the message. That makes it much easier to clean up the database and also figure out which audiences or segments are actually interested in a particular message or type of information. The free version also includes a lot of useful features so it works well for companies or entrepreneurs that want to reach their contacts at scale. On top of that, the design interface feels friendly and simple to use.
Cons
A frustrating part is when a campaign gets blocked due to a high bounce rate and they stop a specific list from being sent without telling you which email addresses caused the issue. Instead, the whole list gets flagged and you have to manually review and clean it to find the one or more contacts that blocked the campaign. It's also inconvenient having to create separate campaigns for each mailing list since that takes extra time and reduces the impact of everyone receiving the information at the same time. Another drawback is the lack of compatibility with Outlook which can throw off image formatting when the images are not compressed.

“Simple design and polished templates”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform feels simple and visually appealing and even the more advanced features are accessible enough for fairly new users to take advantage of them. The ability to build very professional-looking mailings from scratch or customize one of the many available templates makes it feel like you can produce expert-level campaigns very quickly.
Cons
Even though I understand they need to protect themselves and their servers from spammers, moving over to the platform can be incredibly frustrating. When you upload a large contact list, it really feels like you are treated as suspicious by default. If the contact data was not gathered directly through their system, such as via an API, they seem to assume the worst. On top of that, there is very little explanation about how their automated list checker works or why a full list can be rejected even when you are a paying customer and have provided proof that you were simply using another platform before. Because of that, I would strongly recommend testing with a small list on the freemium plan before paying.

“quick campaign building”
Pros
Getting started with this platform takes almost no time and showing someone else how to create an email campaign is just as easy even when they're completely new to it. Reworking an existing template or campaign is also very convenient since you can swap out graphics, images, text and other content quickly instead of building everything again from the ground up.
Cons
My biggest frustration is with the way list management works. When a single contact appears on more than one list, that contact gets billed more than once. It would make a lot more sense to have one master list that users can access, then choose which sub-lists a person should belong to. That setup would also make a master unsubscribe much more useful by removing someone from all future emails at once.

“responsive campaign design powerhouse”
Pros
Handling email campaigns across different clients and initiatives is much more manageable with this platform. The interface is responsive and polished which makes building and drafting campaigns feel very simple. It also does a really strong job with data capture so reviewing performance and optimizing campaigns around different goals is pretty easy.
Cons
Getting the most out of it can take a bit of time at first because there is a learning curve. That said the support is great, the documentation is decent and the active user community usually helps answer questions without much trouble.
