“scheduling wins big”

Pros

This covers pretty much everything needed for a more advanced email marketing campaign. My favorite part has to be the scheduler, it actually sends emails based on the times that have performed best before which cuts down a lot of research time for the user.

Cons

Formatting can be a little tricky at times. Something may look right in the content box but not show the same way in the preview. It does sort itself out eventually though.

It's been very efficient and genuinely effective which is exactly what I want from this software.

I'm happy with every part of this software. It works very efficiently and there really isn't anything I like least about it.

When I need to get important information out to my audience quickly, this is a pretty decent option to rely on. I really enjoy the layout choices, I've got a holiday mailer lined up right now and it looks fantastic! and they make it possible to keep things brief while still presenting everything in a visually appealing way.

Cons

Image resizing could definitely be improved. I often work with small, high-resolution photos that should scale cleanly to sizes like 72x72 or 150x150 but the results can end up blurry, lower quality, or sometimes the images fail to upload altogether.

Pros

Nearly every platform I use seems to support it through integrations which makes getting started really convenient. It's simple to use, the free tier is quite generous and the email builder looks polished and well designed.

Cons

The platform can be quite restrictive when it comes to affiliate marketing software which may be frustrating for some users.

The built-in tips make the platform easy to learn even for users who are not very tech-savvy. I also appreciate the drag-and-drop editor, live previews, campaign reporting and the free plan for smaller subscriber lists.

Cons

Frequent updates sometimes make the interface feel confusing and support can be difficult to reach when help is needed. I also worry that accounts may be suspended without much warning due to spam concerns or high unsubscribe rates.

Template customization is flexible, the image guidelines are easy to follow and customers can unsubscribe without any hassle. The reporting tools have worked really well for me too.

Cons

A major drawback is the lack of an undo feature or access to previous draft versions. I've lost work after accidental edits or deletions and had no way to recover it.

Having an automated email sequence in place has been a huge help because prospective piano students automatically receive the information they need after I enter their details. I also enjoy customizing newsletter colors and styling before sending them to clients and music studio parents.

Cons

Uploading custom business stationery was more complicated than I expected. I eventually needed outside help to get my designer-created assets set up correctly which was the only part I couldn't manage myself.

Pros

Very little effort is needed to get started with this platform which is one reason I've continued using it for years. The polished editor also makes it easy for my clients to jump in and start working quickly.

Cons

Automation tools are one of the weaker areas for me. Setting up workflows feels more complicated than it should, visibility into automated journeys is limited and some workflow capabilities offered by competing platforms are missing.

Pros

API and plugin support made integration with other web tools easy for me. The dashboard provides useful insights and the automation features help keep things moving when I'm busy.

Cons

Large number of features can occasionally feel overwhelming especially for newer users.

UI feels approachable from the start and the email editor is easy to use. I find the reporting, support resources and shopping cart integrations especially valuable and I'm excited to see even deeper Shopify integrations in the future.

Default templates are fairly limited if strong branding is important. I found myself spending extra time customizing them and some newer tools like landing pages and postcards still feel unfinished. The growing number of premium add-ons also makes the platform feel less all-inclusive than it once did.

This platform has helped me create more effective email campaigns with very little effort. I also appreciate the responsive customer support and the professional appearance of the emails I build.

Cons

Some updates have made parts of the interface feel inconsistent. The email editor could be smoother, particularly for typing and formatting content directly although I still find it to be a very valuable tool overall.

Pros

Managing campaigns through the mobile app has been a major productivity boost for me. I can monitor bounce rates, CTR and conversions from anywhere even through Apple Watch support.

Cons

Since it works more like a browser-based web app, the compiler does freeze from time to time and when that happens I have to restart the entire app.

One frustrating part is how groups and segments are priced. Every time you add another group, the cost goes up even when those email addresses have already been paid for.

New users can get started quickly thanks to the ready-made templates and simple interface. I also find the analytics, list segmentation, integrations and event signup tools very useful.

Cons

Tracking conversions from email sales through ecommerce integrations can be a little difficult. Also, once your company grows past a certain point, you may need to move up to a more advanced and dynamic platform like Bronto or HubSpot.

Creating polished-looking emails takes very little effort which is something I really enjoy about this platform.

Cons

I'd just like to see the automation features become a bit more powerful.

This platform has helped me grow my company's email list while saving time through campaign scheduling. The free account option and responsive customer support have also been valuable for me.

Cons

It does feel limited when it comes to advanced features compared with other providers so we may eventually need to move to a platform with more functionality. It also doesn't include autoresponders which is a noticeable gap. Another downside is that their support hours are based only on Eastern Time which makes getting assistance less convenient for users in other time zones.

Ease of use is one of the biggest strengths of this software. I can create attractive emails with the drag-and-drop editor, choose from plenty of templates and take advantage of the free plan while evaluating whether it fits my needs.

Don't have anything negative to say about it. I think it's an excellent tool and very valuable for marketing. Sure, unlimited free emails would be nice but I understand they need a way to make money. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this app.

One thing that's really useful is how clearly it tracks everything happening with my emails, including exactly who opened them and the specific time it happened.

Cons

Only part that can feel a bit daunting is seeing that someone I want to work with has viewed the email and still hasn't replied.
