“keeps my outreach on track”
Pros
This has really helped me stay on top of things especially when it comes to sending email campaigns to attract customers and bring in new clients.
Cons
There have been a few times when emails didn't go out right on schedule but it's only happened occasionally.

“fast setup”
Pros
It doesn't take long to set up and send an email campaign. The customer support team has also been excellent, they reply quickly and are very helpful.
Cons
I do wish there were more options for customizing the templates. A few of the templates I used had bugs that support wasn't able to resolve so we ended up having to rebuild them from scratch. I'd also like the campaigns to display better in Outlook.

Everything is designed to be very user-friendly so even without much experience using services like this, it's simple to understand and use.

I've been using it for years and honestly don't have any complaints or negative points about the service.

“Perfect list building for starters”
Pros
It works really well for building an email list and it's a good option when you want a free program to get started. The Shopify integration also fits in nicely and works well.
Cons
The biggest issue and the reason I ended up switching platforms, is that you can't view inactive subscribers beyond either 3 months or the last 50 campaigns. I need to be able to check who hasn't opened emails in 100 days, 300 days, or even 6 months. When I contacted customer support, they just said they would pass it along to the engineering team.

“excellent for email campaigns”
Pros
We rely on it to handle all of our clients' email campaigns and it makes the whole process really easy. Building a campaign is quick and connecting it with other platforms for automation works very well.
Cons
Because it's designed to be so user-friendly, the email builder feels a little basic. I do wish it included some more advanced features.

“newsletter templates and sharing”
Pros
There's a really good selection of templates for our weekly newsletter which has been helpful. Uploading images, resizing them and adding content is simple and I also make use of the publishing share options, including Facebook.
Cons
Trying the landing page designs was enjoyable and they looked really nice. The only thing I wasn't clear on was whether I could send one of those pages to our email list so I still need to learn a bit more about that.

“Reliable email automation”
Pros
One thing this product really delivers on is email automation, it's simple to manage, runs frequently and goes out right on schedule.
Cons
Some of the updates can feel a little repetitive at times. Also, customer support is only available during regular working hours and that really should be improved.

“powerful scheduling and analytics”
Pros
Between the scheduling tools, clean interface, ready-made templates, user-friendly setup, flexible design options and great list management, this platform has been a really strong fit. The Google Analytics integration is especially useful and the built-in analytics system gives us the insights we need without relying on too many outside tools.
Cons
there's very little to complain about. The only minor challenge on our side has been figuring out the best way to use lists as an organization but it's not a major problem and hasn't changed our decision to keep using the product.

“Simple email blasts and teamwork”
Pros
Putting together an email marketing blast feels very simple even for someone without much experience. On a small team, we regularly hand tasks off to one another and this is one of the simplest tools to transfer between people. The templates are easy to build and adjust and sharing data is just as convenient for anyone with a login. The open and click tracking is especially useful because it helps inside sales make more targeted follow-up calls without having to directly mention the marketing campaign.
Cons
One limitation is in the way marketing emails can be designed internally. The platform comes with prebuilt basic layouts for messaging so if you want something more customized, you may need to create your graphics separately, export them as image files and insert them that way to preserve quality. That said simpler layouts are not necessarily a bad thing. In some ways, it acts as a built-in restriction that helps prevent overwhelming your audience with too many graphics.

“newsletter powerhouse for agencies”
Pros
Back when I was at a small agency, this was the tool we relied on to put together all sorts of monthly newsletters that highlighted our business. It's easily one of the simplest options out there for building lists quickly and sending out newsletters and other promotional emails fast. In today's business environment, it really feels like a core tool to have.
Cons
Pricing can start to feel steep once your subscriber list gets bigger. Over time, that can become a real issue if you're depending on this service to grow and maintain your email lists.

“Quick adoption and usability”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty simple and the learning curve is light so new users can pick it up without much effort.
Cons
The Mandrill login process could be more easy. Also, the 2FA SMS delivery has been unreliable, I was locked out of my account for two weeks because of it.

“powerful mass mailing results”
Pros
Out of all the mass mailing tools I've tried, this one has been the most effective by far. Being able to explore around 90% of the features for free really helps build confidence before putting money into it. I had tested several other applications before this but they always left me disappointed with the feature quality and the results. This one stands out because it's simple to use, delivers the best ROI, has an excellent knowledge base and keeps getting constant upgrades.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is the Omnivore spam filtering system since a lot of my genuine customer data ended up being marked as spam.

“reliable mailing list tool”
Pros
It takes care of all our mailing lists and opt-ins without any hassle. The platform is simple to use, the pricing feels fair and it does exactly what we need it to do.
Cons
I'd like to see a bit more guidance on the back end especially on the admin side. It's pretty bare-bones there and if you haven't spent much time with it before, getting started can come with a fairly steep learning curve.

“powerful email marketing toolkit”
Pros
This tool connects with a wide range of SaaS apps which is a big reason it's such a popular email campaign platform for small businesses and similar users. There are also plenty of useful features, including autoresponders, campaign series setup, multiple templates and advanced analytics.
Cons
Customer support is basically nonexistent. On top of that, customizing email templates can feel a bit sluggish.

“email design time-saver”
Pros
Back when I worked at a smaller company, we used this software for a mailing list of about 2,000 contacts and sent weekly and monthly campaigns. I helped with designing the emails and the platform was easy to work with. It offered great design options and made sending emails feel nearly effortless. Overall, it saved a lot of time.
Cons
One thing I noticed was that the interface could feel a bit awkward now and then. Putting together and formatting an email sometimes took more effort than expected. There were also times when the content looked right in the editor but appeared slightly off in test emails so it often turned into a bit of trial and error. It did seem to improve over time though.

“Mail campaign automation gem”
Pros
Running client email campaigns with this has been a real plus especially for automating sends around specific events. It lets us set up campaigns in advance and the built-in templates with pre-loaded data make the entry process much faster and less tedious. Another helpful part is being able to view the email responses in one place which supports better planning and helps shape future strategies.
Cons
The only issue is that response collection often lacks clarity which can make the replies harder to manage and organize properly.

Pros

“smart value for outreach”
Pros
Considering the price, it's hard to find a better option. It makes digital marketing and outbound campaigns feel very manageable. Even some of my older coworkers, who usually need long, dedicated training sessions before they're comfortable with new tools, didn't need that here. Once we brought it in, people got up to speed quickly and started using it right away to save time and expand their reach, thanks to the easy UI and the wide range of features.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the tiered package setup. Some plans included features I really needed, along with others I had no use for. It would be much better if there were more flexibility to customize the package and choose exactly which features are included so it fits our needs more closely and keeps us from paying for tools our team isn't ready to use yet.
