“Simple email marketing for startups”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was a pleasure. The interface felt very simple and putting together mailing campaigns was simple from the beginning. I also really appreciated being able to use it for free up to a certain number of users. It was an excellent way to build out my email marketing while my contact list was still growing.
Cons
I did wish it offered more features I could connect directly to my website for automation. I wasn't able to find the level of automation I needed which is ultimately why I moved to a competitor. That said if automation is not a priority, it's still one of the best options out there for a small business or startup.

“Reliable email marketing powerhouse”
Pros
After using it for six years, it's clear they put a lot of effort into keeping pace with the constantly changing digital marketing world. The platform is also very user-friendly and it makes building engaging email campaigns about as simple as it can be.
Cons
Moving elements from one campaign over to another can be a little tricky and it's an issue I end up dealing with pretty often.

“playful UX for marketing teams”
Pros
Using this has been a really positive experience for our marketing team and it's also been good to work with from a developer integration standpoint. The interface is user-friendly and has a playful feel which makes a task that would usually be pretty dull a lot more engaging.
Cons
Building segments can be frustrating at times because the segmentation controls are fairly limited, you can only use up to five different segments. A few features also feel a bit lacking, such as not being able to bulk update merge_vars in lists without also changing the subscription status of members.

“insightful analytics and ongoing improvements”
Pros
After trying a range of software tools, I can say each one comes with its own strengths and limitations. This one is easy to use and I appreciate that it keeps getting better over time. The dynamic side of it matters a lot too especially now that people do not open emails the way they used to. Having analytics available is really valuable because it helps us figure out what needs to be improved.
Cons
Since I rely on more than one email contact platform, it is usually because certain tools offer features others do not. One thing I still want here, whether it is already being developed or not, is the ability to see exactly who opened which email and then send follow-up emails based on details like click-through rate, open activity and similar behaviors. It really comes down to how specific you need your targeting to be.

“fantastic for small lists”
Pros
Getting free email support for up to 2,000 subscribers is a big plus. Managing lists feels very easy and honestly about as simple as it could be. Sending campaigns and checking analytics is really interactive and the email composer is very user-friendly. On top of that, there's practically no need for HTML coding.
Cons
The paid plans are quite expensive. Also, the drip marketing setup is extremely difficult to implement in this tool.

“thoughtful features and smart integrations”
Pros
They really seem to have thought through all the details. Anytime I run into a question, there's usually a helpful link right there with a clear explanation that actually makes sense. The platform is very user-friendly and it's obvious the team knows what they're doing. You can also tell they pay attention to customer feedback and make updates based on what users need. The website and CRM integrations have been especially valuable as well.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the A/B testing reporting. I'd love to see a few more reporting options especially the ability to download one combined report for both campaigns when leadership just wants the standard email stats. Then it would be helpful to drill down further the same way you currently can with the individual A and B campaigns. It's possible this feature is already there and I just haven't come across it yet.

“convenient tool”
Pros
Its biggest plus is how simple and user friendly it is. You definitely do not need to be an email marketing expert to understand how to use it. There are also plenty of helpful tips online that show you how to make the most of the software and use it effectively. On top of that, the customer support team is really helpful whenever any issue comes up and if there are broader site-wide problems, they communicate about them on their social media channels.
Cons
I cannot think of anything negative to say about it.

“powerful email batching and reporting”
Pros
Using it feels pretty user-friendly overall. It lets me send many different kinds of emails in batch, makes designing those emails simple and the reporting is clear enough to read and evaluate without much trouble.
Cons
The interface was recently redesigned and right now it feels harder to understand than before. I'm sure some of that is just the learning curve and I'm hoping I'll get used to it again with a little time.

“helpful weekly newsletters”
Pros
Putting together weekly newsletters with this software was genuinely enjoyable. We used it to share process updates, troubleshooting tips and similar information on a regular basis. It was also really useful when someone on the team was away on vacation since they could go back and read past newsletters to catch up on company changes.
Cons
Once I started using it, I wasn't always sure how much the software was actually capable of. That was probably because there wasn't enough tutorial guidance to show everything it could do.

“affordable templates and helpful support”
Pros
As an online content marketing tool, it helps businesses share content through multiple channels, including email and website pop-ups. It fits small and medium-sized businesses really well and it comes with a range of email and other templates even though customization is somewhat limited. The dashboard is user-friendly, the pricing is affordable and the customer support has been very good. It also connects nicely with other tools such as Gmail, Zapier and MS Outlook.
Cons
There's a good selection of templates available but the customization options are fairly limited. Compared with competitors like Zoho which offers a few extra features at the same or even lower price, it can feel a bit behind. Email segmentation is also somewhat limited.

“great pick for email campaigns”
Pros
Running email campaigns as a digital marketer, this is one of the first tools worth checking out. The free plan is pretty decent and supports up to 2,000 contacts which is a nice starting point. It also comes with a custom email editor that covers the basics well enough to get the job done and the drag-and-drop setup makes building emails convenient.
Cons
Drag-and-drop email editor is user-friendly but getting a true WYSIWYG result can be tricky. Even after sending test emails, I usually need to go back and tweak small details to make everything look just right.

“feature-packed free version”
Pros
Right from the start, the free version felt loaded with useful tools and for a lot of small businesses especially newer ones just getting off the ground, it's more than enough. It gives me great options for managing contacts, designing attractive emails and tracking customer activity, like who opened messages and who clicked through. There's also a simple unsubscribe option for customers who want it so they don't have to reach out to me directly. Altogether, it takes a lot of hassle out of my day-to-day work.
Cons
there was very little to complain about. My overall experience with the software was really positive and even the free version turned out to be quite powerful for everything I needed.

“Advanced email scheduling options”
Pros
There's a lot you can do with the email features and I really appreciated being able to decide which templates and messages people would see after joining the list, along with when they should receive them next.
Cons
Getting everything set up is pretty complicated. I wish the system were more easy because the long walkthroughs didn't really feel worth the time to me.

“excellent templates and UX”
Pros
The UX is excellent and very beginner-friendly so getting started doesn't feel intimidating at all. There are plenty of built-in templates available which means you can put together attractive emails without needing any design background. On top of that, the brand itself is really strong and their newsletter is beautifully put together with valuable content and resources.
Cons
Reporting features aren't as extensive as what you'll get from some of the more advanced, full-featured tools.

“Helpful templates and automation”
Pros
Email marketing is handled pretty much without any hassle with this tool. It includes plenty of templates for building attractive broadcasts and messages for the right audience. There's also a free plan which is really useful for small business owners who want to grow their profits using great email marketing services.
Cons
Free plan is enough for basic email marketing automation but you'll need to move to a paid plan if you want access to all of its features and full benefits.

“Strong campaigns in one place”
Pros
Whole experience is built around getting campaigns live fast and making them as effective as possible. The prebuilt templates, plus the ability to handle emails, landing pages and ads all in one place, let you stay focused on selling instead of figuring out the mechanics of marketing. Its integrations with major providers are stable, reliable and work exceptionally well.
Cons
Template customization is where it really frustrated me. That's the one area I hope they spend the next few development cycles improving because once you start scaling, you want your emails to have a more distinct look and feel. Having to design them in other tools and then import the templates back in feels awkward and far from ideal.

“effective email campaign tools”
Pros
Running email marketing campaigns on this platform has been really good. It comes with ready-made email templates for creating layouts and it also lets us build custom email designs when needed. On top of that, it provides campaign reports and user analytics which are very helpful for tracking email marketing performance.
Cons
I think the free plan is limited because it only allows sending 12k emails per month which isn't enough. Customer support also needs improvement because they take too long to respond whenever we face difficulties.

“Detailed reports and great delivery”
Pros
We used it for email marketing across our retail locations and it handled the job well. The reporting is very detailed which made it much easier to see what was working and what wasn't. The template editor was excellent too and it helped us get campaigns up and running in a very short time. The interface is clean and user-friendly although a few settings are tucked away pretty deep so sometimes you have to search around a bit. On top of that, the delivery tests we ran turned out well and most of our test emails landed outside the spam folder by default which is obviously a big plus.
Cons
The free plan is okay but I honestly wouldn't spend much time on it. It makes more sense to move to at least the cheapest paid plan.

“excellent templates for newsletters”
Pros
Putting together simple email newsletters is really convenient with the drag-and-drop editor. I especially appreciate being able to place images directly within the body and the recent update that allows images to be used as backgrounds has been a nice improvement. The templates also work very well on mobile which matters a lot. I use it every week for sending newsletters and it fits that job really well.
Cons
Platform is supposed to let users embed code in emails but I've had trouble getting even a small Google map to embed properly. On top of that, the server seems to get overloaded at times because lately uploading files and opening templates has been slower and more difficult.

“Free and does the job”
Pros
Right from the start, this felt very simple to use and the fact that it's free makes it even better. It does exactly what you'd expect it to do and pretty much everything you'd want it to.
Cons
I'd still like to see a bit more customization although I'm using the free version so those options are probably available in a paid plan.
