“Professional email builder”
Pros
From what I've used, it's a really strong email platform. I know they've added more features and expanded what they offer lately though I haven't had the chance to dig into those yet. Still, I've spent a good amount of time with the email side of the platform and it works very well. It lets you put together polished, professional-looking emails without much effort.
Cons
At first, the functionality felt a little confusing because everything is handled from the panel on the right side. That setup didn't feel very simple when I was learning the platform and it made some tasks harder to figure out in the beginning.

“generous free tools”
Pros
After being around for years, this platform has continued to grow and expand what it offers and a lot of those features are still available for free which is a big plus.
Cons
One thing I really wish it handled better is moving the emails I create into other platforms I use, like my blog. Right now, I either have to send an email that only includes a link to the blog, or I end up recreating the same post twice, once on my blog and again in the email. It would be much better if I could publish that content across multiple platforms and social media more easily.

“Beautiful emails that deliver”
Pros
The emails look fantastic and they've quickly become the standard I expect for both platform and transactional messages.
Cons
Campaign management feels a bit awkward at first. Setting up and handling basic sequences in the app isn't very simple but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to use.

“Mail pro with drag-and-drop”
Pros
It really feels like this tool can turn just about anyone into a Mail Pro. It gives you everything you need and the drag-and-drop setup makes it simple to arrange things the way you want. The layout is also very easy so it's easy to navigate and understand.
Cons
Pricing is the toughest part especially for small businesses. I can see it being almost impossible for a smaller company to justify or afford using it.

“insightful reporting”
Pros
After spending some time with it, creating attractive marketing pieces becomes really easy. The reporting is especially useful because it clearly shows what's performing well, what people are clicking on and who is unsubscribing. Another big plus is the free plan which covers you up to a certain number of subscribers.
Cons
Getting familiar with the software took a bit of patience at first and the learning phase felt somewhat tedious. That said once everything clicks, it works really well.

“Trusted platform”
Pros
The platform feels simple from the start and I was comfortable using it very quickly. Setting up campaigns is convenient and its long-standing reputation gives me confidence in the product.
Cons
The pricing structure can be a bit confusing at first until you really understand how it works and which plans include which features. Aside from that, the only real drawback is that they don't provide telephone support.

“fantastic templates and free trial”
Pros
A free trial is a great advantage because I can explore the platform before committing financially. Editing templates is easy and I can create professional emails without any coding experience.
Cons
As for improvements, there are only a few things that come to mind because the company is already doing a really good job. One idea would be to offer templates with rounded edges. People tend to feel more comfortable with rounded shapes than sharp angles so using them in templates and buttons could make the design feel friendlier and maybe even improve click rates. It would also be very useful to add a countdown clock for limited-time offers, along with a dedicated tools section focused on proven email marketing psychology techniques like social proof, scarcity, reward and punishment. Features like that can really help increase conversions. For example, a tool that connects with online stores such as Shopify and shows how many times a product has been purchased could be very effective since social proof often encourages more sales. Small additions like these could make a noticeable difference and bring even more value to the platform. I'd also love to use it for more personal communication with clients because compared with this, Gmail's design honestly feels ugly. I don't have more space to keep writing ,)

“plenty of features”
Pros
Free plan is especially valuable when you're new to email marketing. I appreciate how many features are included, along with the flexibility to customize campaigns to fit my needs.
Cons
At times, the customization options don't line up exactly with what you want so it can take some extra tweaking or a bit of compromise to get the result you're after.

“smart scheduling”
Pros
Creating polished and professional email campaigns is easy with the wide selection of templates available. I also like how simple it is to add images, videos, links and documents while scheduling campaigns ahead of time.
Cons
The part that can get a little frustrating is how it handles email Lists. If you want to break up a Master List, you have to sort people into Groups. That setup works well most of the time but you can only send an email to 5 groups at once. It's not a major deal-breaker though when I'm emailing specific classes in a program, I sometimes have to create multiple emails just to reach only the students I actually want.

Pros

“Simple tools and useful reports”
Pros
What I enjoy most is how simple everything feels. It connects with the social media platforms I use, provides useful campaign reports and the free plan covers my needs perfectly.
Cons
It does take a bit of time to get comfortable with at first. The dashboard can feel a little advanced if you are new to this kind of tool so the learning curve is slightly longer than expected. Aside from that, I really do not have many complaints especially when you consider that it is so affordable or even free.

Usability stood out immediately because everything is easy to understand and manage independently. The campaign insights also help me make better marketing decisions.

Pros
Even the free version includes an impressive number of features. When I needed help with a template, customer support patiently guided me through every step until I felt confident doing it myself.
Cons
I really haven't run into any drawbacks. Compared with other options that cost a lot more, this one offers better features and far better support.

“custom forms and campaign control”
Pros
Customizable signup forms are extremely useful because I can tailor them for different products or topics. Managing large email lists and tracking recipients is also very easy for me.
Cons
The only real downside I notice is that setting up an automatic reply can get pretty complicated when you need something more tailored to your situation. Another issue is that premium plans become quite expensive as your subscriber list grows which may be frustrating for some businesses. It's also only available in English and that can be a major limitation.

“excellent templates and analytics”
Pros
Email builder immediately impressed me with its design flexibility. I can save custom templates, personalize emails with customer details and use the analytics to improve future campaigns.
Cons
It wasn't completely simple when I started using it and there is a slight learning curve. It took me some time to understand things like the difference between a campaign and a list and I also had to figure out how campaigns actually work. Even though I eventually got it sorted out, I was definitely confused at first about how to send an email to new subscribers. I have an automated campaign set up now but it took a while to get there.

Pros
The setup process is simple and the template builder makes campaign creation easy. I feel that almost anyone could learn the platform without extensive training.

“Helpful email campaign guide”
Pros
As someone with a design background rather than formal marketing training, I appreciate how the platform guides me through campaign best practices while still giving me the creative freedom to design emails my own way.
Cons
There's not much to dislike. If anything, I just wish I didn't have to rely on it in the first place. That said it's genuinely useful for just about anyone especially people who end up doing marketing for a company without actually being trained for it.

Pros
Whenever I run the occasional campaign, this works really well and I've also set up a few workflows so the automated sequences trigger on their own. I got stuck on one part of the setup and the support was fantastic. They were quick, professional and helped me sort out the issue efficiently which I really appreciated.
