“Simple to use and reliable”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and that simplicity is easily my favorite part. Everything about it is simple, the reporting covers what I need well enough and whenever something comes up, the support team is incredibly attentive and quick to help.
Cons
Reporting probably has room for improvement although that has not been a major concern for me. The API integrations could also be more powerful, or even available in some cases but that has not been a big issue on my end either.

“Excellent free email allowance”
Pros
Compared with just about every other email platform I've tried, the free plan here is on another level. Being able to send 12,000 emails a month to as many as 2,000 subscribers is incredibly generous. I haven't seen another service come close to that without charging especially while still delivering this level of quality even on the free tier.
Cons
Interface has never really been my favorite part of the platform. It has improved gradually over time which is good to see but I can still understand why some people continue to complain about it.

“Versatile templates and growing features”
Pros
Being able to build a complete email directly in the platform is a big plus, whether you know how to code or not. The pre-made templates are really helpful and the interface is simple enough for first-time users to get comfortable with quickly. It's also nice to see the platform keeps evolving and adding more advertising features over time.
Cons
I genuinely preferred this software over other options and enjoyed using it. The only downside I'd point out is that if you don't have at least a basic understanding of email marketing, it can be a little hard to know where to begin or what steps to take. There is a help button available but no actual tutorials.

“Useful analytics but frustrating limits”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to track and manage marketing data in one place, who we're targeting, how they interact with what we send, how they respond and plenty of other insights that are really valuable. I also really appreciate having access to campaign archives and being able to duplicate them so they can be adapted to match our brand.
Cons
At the same time, there are quite a few issues with it. The first is that importing contacts in batches from a mailing list isn't handled well, you're basically stuck entering them manually or working through Excel sheets which gets messy fast. Another major problem is that you can't send a campaign if the total number of contacts in your lists is higher than your subscription allows even when you're not emailing all of them. I'd much rather be able to upload all of my marketing contacts and then choose who to send to while still staying within my email limit. Right now it's a real hassle and that's a big reason we've started looking at other email marketing options. I'm sure upgrading the subscription would make things simpler but that leads to my third complaint, pricing. The plans seem to jump from affordable startup options straight to packages built for much larger companies, with very little in between for small businesses like mine. When you add that on top of all the other marketing costs, designers social media and everything else, it becomes hard to justify and just isn't realistic for a lot of businesses.

“Excellent drag-and-drop email tool”
Pros
Without a doubt, this is the most user-friendly drag-and-drop email platform out there right now. Even the free plan includes premium-level features and supports a great number of subscribers. It also does a really good job of helping grow an email marketing list, with opt-in integrations like WordPress that work exceptionally well.
Cons
The one area that feels underdeveloped is the newer landing page add-on. When stacked against other tools on the market, it falls pretty short. Still, if they manage to refine that feature, it has the potential to become a true all-in-one marketing platform.

“versatile integrations for agencies”
Pros
Connecting other software tools through the API integrations has been really convenient for keeping email lists updated and sending users regular cadence emails and reminders. Another part that helps a lot is being able to manage subaccounts under a single email which makes the agency side of my business much more manageable.
Cons
A/B testing feels pretty limited since it only supports a two-sided test. If those options were expanded into full multivariate testing, this would be the #1 email marketing platform across the board but for now those missing features still leave a noticeable gap.

“fantastic free email reach”
Pros
Having a free email account with this kind of access feels amazing especially even with the limitations on marketing campaigns. Email has become a very important marketing tool for blogs, websites and businesses so that advantage really matters. It also works well with many platforms and it's the email service I use for bulk sending and for sharing photos through photobooth software.
Cons
Before I started using it, I looked into the pricing and overall capabilities. A lot of the comments I saw were not very encouraging but in my case it has performed really well because the number of emails I send each month stays within the free plan's limit. That said if I needed broader reach or automatic reply features, I would probably consider another option that handles those needs better.

“amazing templates and reporting”
Pros
Running email campaigns with this tool has been incredibly easy. There's a huge selection of templates when setting up a mailing and starting from scratch is also an option. We took one of the standard templates, adjusted it to match our company branding and had everything ready in about 10 minutes. The editor is very user-friendly making it simple to add text sections, images, headings, separators and more. After each campaign goes out, the reporting is probably our favorite part. It gives us more information than we even end up using, including daily updates on subscribers and unsubscribers. The mobile app has also been really useful since we can check campaign reports and manage subscriber lists while away from the office.
Cons
Our biggest complaint is the pricing structure. The cost is based on the number of subscribers rather than the number of emails sent. Since we only send around 12 mailings per year but maintain a large subscriber base, the pricing ends up feeling quite expensive for the way we use it.

“affordable plans and handy app”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how affordable the plans are especially if you're just getting started with the software or you're new to email marketing. Having a mobile app to send campaigns on the go is also really convenient and getting the account set up was quick and easy.
Cons
There are other platforms out there with lower pricing and stronger features. I also had trouble getting a response from customer support. They did eventually get back to me but the wait was definitely frustrating.

“powerful customer outreach tool”
Pros
It's an excellent marketing tool and a really effective way to stay connected with your customer database while keeping them updated on your latest promotions.
Cons
It isn't the most user-friendly platform and the cost gets a bit high if you want to reach a larger client database.

“bright newsletters that stand out”
Pros
Our communication with members has changed completely since we started using this for newsletters and announcements. Instead of sending plain, dull emails, we're now putting together colorful e-newsletters that really catch people's attention. The layout is very user-friendly and getting around the platform feels simple.
Cons
To be honest, after using this software for 4 years, I really haven't run into any major issues. Every now and then I've been unsure about how to customize a template but I've usually been able to sort it out on my own.

“trusted brand with powerful integrations”
Pros
Among email campaign platforms, this one still feels like a major player. It comes with strong built-in integrations with a lot of other apps and services which is a big plus. They keep adding tons of features to stay competitive and while many of the more appealing tools sit behind higher-tier plans, the platform still offers a lot. It also has the advantage of being a well-established, reliable brand that looks like it will be around for the long haul which matters if you want to scale with it over time.
Cons
These days, the rest of the industry has caught up and copied what used to make this a standout, easy campaign management tool. Now it feels overly bloated. The drag-and-drop editor for building emails is awkward and limiting unless you plan to add your own code. If I were a small business owner just getting started with this kind of SaaS, I'd probably feel pretty frustrated by how tough it is to get around. The font selection is also surprisingly limited which makes brand management harder right out of the box. On top of that, the constant presence of integration upsells keeps pushing you toward spending more. The free plan used to allow 10,000 emails and now it only gives 2,500. With so many competitors offering better value, it's hard to justify especially since the paid plans are expensive compared with other providers.

“professional emails on a budget”
Pros
There are plenty of templates available which makes it possible to put together very professional-looking emails. Learning how to pick a template and add articles or images is pretty easy. The support tools are also very useful, including options that let recipients opt out or respond through embedded links. It's very cost effective for small organizations because the free plan allows a generous number of emails and the paid plans are reasonably priced for the polished results you get.
Cons
Reporting side could be more user friendly. When I need to go back and use a previous report, it can be hard to locate the same one again. Having more report options and more flexibility to edit reports would definitely make it better.

Pros
Customizable templates are a big plus. They help small businesses get up and running quickly and the free plan makes it practical to use until the company grows enough to need a paid option.

“effective email campaign reach”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is how well it helps us build email marketing campaigns that reach the part of our customer base that responds the most and it also makes it much easier to keep in touch with them consistently.
Cons

“simple setup with strong customer tracking”
Pros
Getting this up and running was very easy and it fits into websites or webpages without much effort. It's a clear, no-nonsense tool for tracking customers and sending information out to them. The setup is simple but it delivers a lot of value when it comes to building a customer database and gathering demographic insights.
Cons

“flexible templates and campaign control”
Pros
Creating emails feels really easy thanks to the customizable prebuilt templates. It also does an excellent job with campaign tracking, managing different lists and running A/B tests which is a huge plus.
Cons
Hardest part is that all the email data ends up separated from the rest of the marketing data. The platform is really good overall but the analytics need to connect better with other tools or offer more integrations.

“user-friendly email marketing win”
Pros
At first, I assumed this would be a waste of time and stopped using it for a while. More recently, I had no choice but to use it for one of our clients so I went through the platform properly to understand how it worked. To my surprise, I realized it's very user-friendly and makes setting up email marketing really simple. Since then, I've been enjoying it and using it regularly.
Cons
Bigger challenge isn't really the software itself but email marketing in general. These days, inboxes are overcrowded with promotions and offer emails and email marketing has been declining because of that. Getting a great percentage of recipients to actually open marketing emails is difficult and that's the part I like least right now, not being able to achieve a high volume of opens through it.

“versatile signup forms”
Pros
It lets you build subscription forms that work right on your website, blog social media pages, or a landing page. That also makes it easier to choose exactly which contacts should receive each campaign.

A few of the more useful features are locked behind the paid plan, like the autoresponder for automating sends and follower analytics that help you figure out the best time to send a campaign.
