“free automations and landing pages”
Pros
The free plan makes email marketing accessible while the paid tiers unlock higher limits and more advanced automation capabilities. What stands out most to me is that landing pages and automation features are available even at the free level which isn't common among competing platforms.
Cons
One thing that needs work is the platform's visual design. It should be more simple to use and they really need to add more attractive templates for customers. Another downside is that free plans don't come with customer support and that doesn't feel right.

“effective mass mailing results”
Pros
Creating large-scale email campaigns is simple and the platform consistently preserves formatting exactly as intended. I appreciate being able to send mailings confidently without worrying about layout issues.
Cons
As an advertising tool, it performs really well but it can crowd your email outbox when the same bulk message is repeated for however many people you want to reach. There should be some way to reduce the size or spacing to make that less tough.

“quick polished emails”
Pros
When I first started blogging, email marketing felt intimidating. This platform simplified the process tremendously by providing ready-made themes that only required my content and branding. Within minutes, I could produce polished, professional newsletters that looked great.
Cons
I really love using this software but I do wish it offered more variety. I usually end up reusing the same themes because the selection feels pretty limited. It would be especially nice to have more theme options for holidays.

“free, polished and improving tool”
Pros
Being able to use the platform for free until my audience grew was a major advantage. It offers the features I need without feeling bloated and the ability to test emails throughout the creation process gives me confidence before every send.
Cons
There are only a couple of minor things that bother me. The layout feels very well suited to tablets but I think it could be organized better on desktop screens. Also, any time I want to make changes to a campaign, I have to take it offline first. It would make much more sense to edit it while it's still live and then publish the update so it replaces the current version.

“powerful features on free plan”
Pros
The interface felt simple from the beginning. While it's easy to use at a basic level, there's still a surprisingly powerful feature set available even for users on the free plan.
Cons
Honestly haven't run into any problems with it at all.

“Good pricing but disappointing upgrade value”
Pros
Affordable pricing makes this an especially attractive option for smaller organizations and nonprofits. The system is easy to navigate and the reporting tools provide useful insights without adding unnecessary complexity.
Cons
I upgraded because I expected access to more email templates and that was a letdown. Even after paying for the upgrade, the selection still felt pretty limited. Since I'm not especially creative, I was hoping for a stronger variety of ready-made templates to choose from.

“great email marketing starter”
Pros
For anyone searching for an email marketing solution, this is a platform worth considering. The generous freemium plan provides plenty of room to learn and experiment while the design tools offer flexibility through drag-and-drop editing, template libraries, or custom-coded emails. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced marketer, it delivers a well-rounded experience.
Cons
A downside is that some of its most valuable features are locked behind the paid plans especially autoresponders for automating campaigns and follower analytics that help determine the best time to send emails. Those are among the strongest features the platform offers so it's a bit limiting not to have them included in the free version.

“professional newsletters that elevate business”
Pros
While running a direct sales business, I relied on this platform to distribute monthly newsletters to customers. Scheduling campaigns, organizing contacts and building professional-looking emails were all easy tasks that helped support business growth.
Cons
I ended up teaching myself how to use the whole thing and the only part that took a bit of time was figuring out how to create strong graphic layouts for my emails.

“versatile templates and detailed reports”
Pros
Creating a new template or modifying an existing one takes very little effort. The platform has continued to improve over time with additional features and I find the reporting tools comprehensive enough to provide detailed campaign insights.
Cons
The one thing I'd really want is more certainty that the emails I send actually reach people, ideally landing in the inbox. If that can be guaranteed, it would be fantastic.

“powerful email design and tracking”
Pros
Guided campaign-building process makes email creation much less intimidating. I also appreciate the social media integrations which help align content distribution across multiple channels. Detailed engagement tracking allows me to see who opened emails, when they interacted and which links generated the most interest.
Cons
One downside is that the free version comes with limited features. That said it still offers quite a lot so it's not a major issue. Still, having a bit more functionality included without an added cost would make it even better.

“excellent segmentation and analytics”
Pros
Customer segmentation is easy to manage thanks to the simple interface. The analytics provide valuable campaign performance data and having the ability to maintain backups adds another layer of convenience and reliability.
Cons
Not a con but one limitation is that it's available only in English, when it really should at least include Spanish as well. It also isn't adapted to data protection laws in other countries and seems to only align with regulations in the United States.

“simple email setup but limited pages”
Pros
Getting everything configured and starting to send emails to my list was very easy. The interface is clear, simple and simple to use.
Cons
Platform does not offer enough functionality to fully build landing pages for growing email lists so I still need to rely on another tool to handle that properly.

“clean reports and flexible design”
Pros
Right away, I loved being able to pull detailed reports on my mailing list and emails. The interface is very simple to use, with a clean, crisp look and I can customize it to match what I need. For the number of mailers I usually send, it also stays free for me which is a big plus.
Cons
Costs can climb once you start sending more and using the program more heavily. The email automation side feels limited and there are a lot of rules around automation that make it more complicated to work with than it should be.

“Simple lists with startup value”
Pros
It's a really great option when all you need is simple list management. The interface is user-friendly, you can create unlimited lists and it stays free until your lists get fairly large. Right now, they allow up to 2,000 emails before you have to start paying. It works especially well for startups, small organizations and anyone just getting introduced to email list management.
Cons
Once I tried to go beyond the basics, the platform started to feel limited. I wanted to resend an email only to people who hadn't opened the previous one and the workaround for that created a mess when it came to merging the lists back together. On top of that, it would take manual effort and multiple steps every single time I needed to repeat the process. If your plans involve more advanced automations with skip or loop logic, you're probably better off choosing a more capable tool from the beginning. For simple local businesses, this may be enough but for a serious online business, it's worth thinking carefully before committing.

“affordable pricing for large lists”
Pros
One thing that works really well is the fair, affordable pay-as-you-go pricing. It lets you store and manage very large contact lists without being locked into a big monthly fee.
Cons
There are still some issues when working with really large lists. Importing 1+ million contacts can trigger Gateway Timeout errors and opening a view with all your lists can take several minutes when you have a lot of large lists.

“Clean campaigns with useful analytics”
Pros
Building polished email marketing campaigns with this platform is very easy for teams. The interface feels simple and visually appealing so new users can get comfortable with the features and navigation without much delay. It also gives teams valuable analytics that help guide and adjust marketing strategies by showing what is performing well and what is not.
Cons
One thing I would still want is more flexibility when customizing the existing templates, instead of having to create one from scratch just to get a design that matches your style and preferences.

“better email results”
Pros
Our emailing has taken a big step forward with this platform. The messages look much more polished and we can actually track how well each email performs to see what's working and what isn't. Since we started using it, our open rates have gone up and that's helped keep our church better informed about upcoming events.
Cons
One downside is that it doesn't include a built-in integration with our main CHMS management software. Because of that, we have to manually move subscribers into the system before sending emails.

“Drag-and-drop campaigns”
Pros
It's probably the best-known email marketing app out there and getting a campaign up and running is incredibly simple with the drag-and-drop builder. There's no coding needed at all which makes it very approachable. It also comes with plenty of templates so even without much experience, putting together professional emails is pretty easy. They've recently added automation too which is excellent for sending recurring emails and helping generate leads. Even better, all of this is free if you're running a small business.
Cons
Creating an email is very simple but there are times when I want a bit more flexibility. In those situations, it can feel somewhat restrictive in terms of how creative I can get. That seems to be the trade-off for having such an easy drag-and-drop system so I do understand why it works that way.

“good templates and scaling”
Pros
Honestly, it's hard not to love it. The templates are some of the best out there and the pricing is flexible and easy for most campaigns under 100K subscribers. It works really well for email marketing at that level, it's simple to use, scales without much hassle and the templates stay clean and practical. Deliverability is also pretty great.
Cons
Cost can climb a lot once you move into bulk pricing above 100K subscribers. It also falls a bit short when it comes to branding customization and it doesn't offer the same depth of features for data integrations and CRM-related tracking like opens and clicks. On top of that, things like landing pages and automations were added pretty late which makes the platform feel behind in those areas.

“Helpful GUI and clear insights”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was incredibly simple. As someone without any experience in email marketing or building newsletters, it has done everything I needed and even gone beyond that. The interface is very user-friendly, the GUI looks fantastic and the advice it gives for improving metrics is genuinely useful.
Cons
Graphics and metrics it offers are definitely appealing but I'd still like a much more detailed breakdown of certain newsletter data especially things like geographic distribution and possibly automated feedback responses.
