“Powerful campaigns”

Pros

Right from the start, the modern interface feels polished and well thought out. The drag-and-drop builder is simple to work with and everything is placed where you expect it to be so there's very little confusion or extra effort. It keeps the whole design process easy and hassle-free. On top of that, it's still fairly affordable and honestly it feels like the best tool available right now.

Cons

A few of the templates can be tougher to edit or troubleshoot if you don't have any coding knowledge. Also, I haven't had any direct interaction with their support or team yet.

“Good tool”

Pros

Getting campaigns together is pretty easy thanks to the drag-and-drop builder. I also haven't really run into any e-commerce or web-based software that needs contact information and won't connect with it. Having the iOS app is also really useful for keeping an eye on campaigns while away from my desk.

Cons

Great tool but in my opinion it still needs broader support for e-commerce integrations. More platforms now offer buy buttons that can be embedded almost anywhere and PayPal has had this available for years but that integration still seems to be missing here. The same goes for video content, while YouTube and Vimeo links can now be added inside a video box, clicks still send people outside the email instead of keeping them there.

“perfect tool...”

Pros

The newer Litmus integration is a really nice addition since it lets you test emails across a wide range of email clients from one platform. Having everything in one place is very convenient to use. Another thing I appreciate is that, at the time of writing, they allow you to put your monthly service on hold so you only pay during the periods when you actually need it.

Cons

It's missing a few capabilities that would make it a better fit for very large enterprises.
