Cons
Reporting tools feel a little basic and don't offer automation. If it allowed scheduled report delivery to stakeholders on a regular basis, the platform would be even more useful.

Among email marketing platforms, this remains one of the easiest solutions I've worked with. The clean interface, hassle-free drag-and-drop builder, beginner-friendly automation workflows, modern templates and easy analytics make campaign creation quick and accessible even without design experience.
Cons
Pricing ramps up quickly as your contact list gets bigger and that happens fast. Advanced segmentation also isn't as strong as what you get from more specialized platforms. If all you need is email, the platform can start to feel a bit bloated. Support on the lower-tier plans is also not exactly pleasant to deal with.

Over the years, the platform has delivered an excellent experience for me. The customer support and template library stand out the most and I'd readily recommend it to anyone looking to generate leads and grow their audience.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much to complain about with it. There is a bit of a learning curve at first but that's pretty normal with any new software.

What I appreciate most is having the ability to send bulk texts or emails to all my customers from one place. It makes announcing new product batches and reminding customers to place bids incredibly convenient.
Cons
There is definitely room for improvement with the app and with the website interface on mobile. The app feels very limited and does not include all the tools that are available on the desktop version which kind of defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. On top of that, setting up a campaign from a phone through their website is basically impossible because the sizing is off so creating last-minute campaigns becomes really difficult. The customer support chat was also somewhat awkward to use. I ran into a couple of errors with my text message campaigns and when I contacted support, they said they could not reimburse my credits. That was frustrating especially since most of my customers did not receive the text that time.

Pros
For users without a technical background, the platform feels especially approachable. The automation and workflow tools make it much easier to maintain consistent communication with leads and clients, while the pricing offers excellent value compared with many competitors.
Cons
It bothers me about it is that it does not connect with more software directly. Having to rely on a third-party tool like Zapier just adds another possible point of failure.

Compared with many alternatives, the value for money has been excellent in my experience. The user-friendly interface, mobile email capabilities, contact management tools and dependable customer support have made both marketing and sales significantly easier to manage.
Cons
One area that could use some improvement is the spam filtering. At times I'm not completely sure it's catching everything effectively although I understand that kind of thing can be difficult to monitor accurately.

One of the biggest strengths of the platform is its beginner-friendly design and easy workflow. The clear campaign-building process, drag-and-drop templates, automation tools, audience segmentation features and analytics make it easy to create professional campaigns without a steep learning curve.
Cons
A downside with it is how quickly the pricing can climb as your contact list gets bigger. Once you move beyond the free plan or lower-tier limits, the cost can rise fast which may feel restrictive for small businesses or anyone building a larger audience. There are also some limits around design flexibility and the depth of automation unless you move up to a higher-tier plan. More advanced options-like complex customer journeys, deeper segmentation or extra customization-aren't as available on the basic plans. On top of that even though the interface is friendly for beginners, it can start to feel a bit crowded or less simple when you're handling multiple campaigns, audiences or settings at once. Overall, it is powerful and simple to start using but the rising cost and plan-based feature limits can become frustrating as your marketing needs grow more advanced.

Creating professional-looking email campaigns is remarkably simple with this platform. The simple interface, contact organization tools, audience segmentation features and efficient campaign management capabilities help me work quickly without unnecessary complexity.
Cons
For a small business, the free plan works fine but it does come with a few limitations and even the paid plans have caps that can start to feel restrictive when your contact list grows. It would be even better if the paid plans were priced a little lower so they were more affordable for SMBs.

Being able to integrate and embed features right into our website has been a real game changer. It helps pull people in through the newsletter and then directs them back to our site to finish watching, reading or listening to our updates. That setup has led to a big increase in web traffic.
Cons
This tool gets expensive especially when you're sending several newsletter campaigns each month and need to both store a large contact list and email those users repeatedly. Another drawback is that the email automation journeys are pretty complicated and hard to set up properly.

Having a free account works really well for my small business right now. As things grow, it's nice knowing I can upgrade to a paid plan and expand into separate email lists when I need to.
Cons
To access all of the email-building features, I have to switch between the app and the web version. I'm not sure why everything isn't included in one place.
