Great for mailing list powerhouse

Pros

Even now, it remains one of the go-to platforms for mailing lists. It has continued to evolve alongside new technology and the feature set is strong with plenty of room to expand.

Cons

The cost is pretty high and I deal with a lot of unsubscribes. It also doesn't offer much protection when malicious users report me for violations.

fast builder and useful analytics

Pros

Drag-and-drop email editor feels very simple to work with. The different features connect fairly well, the campaign creation process is easy and the builder itself is quick and user-friendly. I also really appreciate the analytics tools because they give a strong 360-degree view of how email campaigns are performing.

Cons

Costs start to climb quite a bit as your contact list grows and a lot of the functionality stays locked unless you move up to a more expensive plan. it also charges for duplicate contacts when the same email address appears on multiple lists sometimes doubling the count or more and it even includes cleaned contacts in your total despite the fact that you cannot send to them anymore which is one of my biggest frustrations. On top of that, customer support has not been dependable so I end up relying more on online forums, chat rooms and Google to find answers.

user-friendly campaigns

Pros

This tool makes putting together polished email campaigns pretty easy even if you are not especially technical. The drag-and-drop builder is simple, the automation features come in handy and it connects well with other platforms. The built-in analytics are also really useful because they let me track open rates, clicks and see what is actually resonating with my audience.

Cons

One thing to keep in mind is that the cost can climb fairly fast as your contact list gets bigger especially compared with some other email marketing tools. On top of that some of the more advanced automation options are locked behind higher-tier plans which can be restrictive for smaller businesses. Even with that, it is still an excellent platform overall.

Perfect fit for small nonprofits

Pros

Having used it for several years across a number of nonprofit clients I support with marketing, I can say it has worked really well for smaller organizations. The platform is simpler to get around which makes it much easier for teams that do not have a lot of time or technical experience. There are plenty of drag-and-drop templates available and those really help with putting together clear messaging. It is also more affordable than a lot of other tools out there.

Cons

A limitation with it is that its data tracking and segmentation are not as advanced as what some other platforms offer. That can make it more difficult to tailor communications based on supporter behavior or engagement. That said, this mainly becomes an issue for more advanced communication strategies which many smaller nonprofits may not actually need.

quick campaign setup

Pros

Getting a marketing campaign built and launched with our data is very easy. The platform is simple to use so we can put things together and get them implemented without much delay.

Cons

At first, we were on the wrong plan for our company and our automated emails ended up stopping unexpectedly. We had to move to a higher plan which really was not an issue but it was necessary to keep up with our growing needs.

user-friendly layouts and tracking

Pros

This software has a very user-friendly design and is simple to work with. It gives you several layout choices when putting together emails and newsletters.

Cons

The service is easy to use and does a great job tracking data. For what we needed, it was very affordable and still let us capture a wide range of information about our constituents.

Pros

It really shines when it comes to the features it offers and how well it handles sending blast emails without much hassle.

Cons

Getting comfortable with it takes a while because the learning curve is pretty steep and the pricing structure is also confusing.

Excellent for sales outreach

Pros

It's been a really useful tool for both sales and marketing. The platform is simple to use, getting everything set up doesn't take much effort and the customer service team has been pretty reliable as well.

Cons

Pricing can start to feel a bit high if you're doing a lot of mass marketing or sending large volumes of emails. That said, it's still not the most expensive option out there.

simple campaign creation

Pros

Creating mailing campaigns is easy thanks to the step-by-step process and it lets me send them out to clients and prospects on our mailing list without much hassle.

Cons

the way it integrated with our other programs was a little unreliable but using an Excel spreadsheet has worked as a quick workaround.

flexible email customization

Pros

One thing that really worked well for me was how much you can customize your emails and messages. The interface also looks really nice which makes the whole experience more pleasant to use.

Cons

Scheduling messages didn't work the way I wanted it to. I also ran into a few tricky moments while customizing emails with some of the available features although I was still able to come up with a workaround.

Pros

The platform offers a ton of functionality and it consistently stays ahead of industry trends.

Cons

At times, it feels like there's almost too much available which can be overwhelming and it may take a while to locate and navigate to exactly what you need from the platform.

Great tool for drag-and-drop

Pros

Putting things together in this tool feels very easy. You can just drag and drop, add photos and text boxes without much effort and the template choices help a lot when you want to create something quickly instead of starting from a blank page.

Cons

Over the years, the cost has increased so it is not quite as budget-friendly for small businesses as it used to be. There are also times when I click a box in the newsletter expecting to edit the text there, then have to remind myself to use the panel on the right side instead.

drag-and-drop email creation wins

Pros

One thing that really helps is the drag-and-drop interface. Our marketing and sales teams can put together attractive promotional emails quickly and without needing a designer which saves a lot of time.

Cons

The pricing gets pretty steep as our customer base grows so the overall value starts to feel weak. On top of that, customer support is basically no help if you get caught up in their inflexible spam filtering system.

handy dashboard

Pros

Using the dashboard feels very easy and the templates are great as well. A big advantage is the it and Canva integration which adds a lot of convenience. The pricing also feels fair for what's included. One thing I've noticed though, is that the mobile version of some emails can look different from what appears on screen.

Cons

A concern on my end has been the WordPress integration security issues flagged by my hosting provider. Even though I keep everything updated, I still need to run scanning and repair software in the background constantly. Website verification can also take more effort than it should. It would be much better if there were a simpler option, like verifying a website through an email address only.

Reliable email marketing powerhouse

Pros

it has been one of the strongest email marketing platforms I've worked with. From building funnels to setting up real-time email automation, everything runs easily and doesn't take much effort. The API is very simple to work with, whether you're connecting it to a WordPress site or a custom-built landing page and it integrates perfectly in both cases. It's a dependable, trusted solution overall.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints about it. It stands out as one of the best email marketing solutions available and it has been both secure and reliable throughout my use.

clean design and powerful templates

Pros

One of the best parts of it is the drag-and-drop email builder along with the wide selection of ready-made templates. It makes creating polished, professional newsletters really simple even if you don't have any coding knowledge. The interface also feels clean organized and very simple to use.

Cons

The cost increases pretty noticeably once you go beyond the free plan limits. On top of that, understanding how tags, segments and groups differ in contact management took some time to get used to at the beginning.

fast polished campaign builder

Pros

Putting together professional-looking campaigns doesn't take long even if you don't have a design or technical background. The drag-and-drop editor feels simple and the templates help keep everything consistent with your brand.

Cons

A downside is that some features are only available on the more expensive plans. You can start with a basic tier thinking it has everything you need, then later realize segmentation, advanced reporting or certain automation workflows require upgrading.

Great email delivery but pricey plans

Pros

It handles the core job it was built for-sending emails-really well. One area where it delivers strong value is spam filtering since messages usually end up in the inbox. The platform is also fairly simple to use. If you need to run A/B tests or manage lead flows, it works effectively for those tasks too.

Cons

Support is pretty weak especially if you're on a free plan. There are often long wait times and even then the help you get tends to be underwhelming. The interface feels dull which seems tied to the limited feature set. Managing contacts is also harder than it should be. On top of that, the pricing keeps going up without any added features or real extra value so the high cost just doesn't feel justified.

affordable start for email marketing

Pros

Getting started with it for my small business was affordable, quick to set up and easy to use for launching my first email marketing campaigns.

Cons

The lower-cost paid plans came with limited form customization and fewer options than I expected. Importing contacts also took a bit of effort and felt somewhat tedious.
