“reliable email campaigns every time”
Pros
For years, this has been the only platform we've used for email marketing campaigns and it has consistently delivered great results. We can easily create professional-looking emails, schedule them in advance and send them at a very reasonable cost. Honestly, I have no complaints.

Pros
As a marketing agent, I've found this software extremely useful for creating email campaigns for potential clients. I like how polished the templates look and I can easily add company images and promotional invitations that direct people to our website. Building targeted email campaigns never feels complicated and I especially appreciate being able to track results and see who responds. The platform has also made organizing, scheduling and managing my campaigns much easier.
Cons
Only thing that could be better is the pricing. Still, if the goal is to reach the right customers for contracting, this is one of the best tools I have used. It connects directly with customers and the monitoring features are very helpful.

Pros
What stood out most to us was the fair pricing and the ease of use. We found the system easy enough that anyone in the company can create campaigns without much difficulty.
Cons
At the beginning, the Shopify integration was pretty intermittent although it got it working properly again soon after.

Pros
Creating landing pages, sending professional emails and managing my contacts are critical parts of my business and I feel this platform handles all of them exceptionally well. Everything I've used has worked exactly as I needed.
Cons
Downside is that there's no customer service available and the help documentation can be difficult to work through at times.

One feature I particularly value is the quality of the analytics. I rely on the reporting to track email marketing performance and it has also been useful for monitoring how our internal teams engage with informational emails.
Cons
With more complex IT setups, you may have to make a few configuration adjustments to get SPF and DMARC record changes sorted out. That said, this is pretty normal when using any third-party platform like this.

What impresses me most is the combination of an simple interface, strong automation, design tools, integrations, analytics and scalability. I also appreciate the extensive support resources and the free plan which works especially well for small businesses like ours.
Cons
it does have some downsides, including higher pricing as your list grows, advanced features that can feel complicated, limited customer support some restrictions with template customization, reporting that could be more in-depth and list management that gets expensive because duplicate subscribers are counted.

Pros
The updated campaign builder feels much faster and more reliable to me than previous versions. I've found features like time warp scheduling especially useful for improving open and click rates. The audience and campaign tools work smoothly and I appreciate the flexibility of the drip campaign options for managing longer-term campaigns.
Cons
HTML option inside the content builder still needs improvement since it is missing some basic commands like center alignment so padding has to be used as a workaround for now. It would also benefit from better overall optimization because it can hang on slower systems due to heavy browser usage.

Among all the email marketing tools I've used, this remains one of my favorites. I find it very beginner-friendly, easy to use and simple to navigate. The tags and groups help me organize customer data effectively and I also think the landing pages work extremely well for promotions on platforms like Facebook and Google. Creating audience segments is another feature I find particularly valuable.
Cons
After spending time using it, it's honestly very hard to compare other software to it when it comes to email marketing.

Using it for email marketing and contact management has been pretty easy. We no longer need a CRM with a ton of advanced functionality and this covers what we need quite well. As an email platform, it works really well especially if you are not looking for customization or any special requirements.
Cons
A few sections of the website are pretty misleading when it comes to what features are actually included. I've contacted support about three different articles that explained how to set things up and in every case, those features were not actually available. Since it's owned by Intuit, I expected it to integrate nicely with QuickBooks Online but that really has not been the case. The integration is not very useful and there is no real way to collect payments or track customer purchasing behavior.

it feels like a genuinely fun brand to use, with a rich set of features that makes it obvious the developers had a clear vision for what they were building. For a small business, it covers a lot on its own so you don't have to rely on a bunch of third-party tools, while still offering plenty of integrations and tool support as your company grows or if you're working at a larger organization.
Cons
One issue it shares with a lot of bigger software platforms is that demand from such a large user base can lead to occasional performance fluctuations. The product also tends to stay fairly unchanged over time which seems aimed at keeping long-time customers comfortable.
