“outlook import and clear analytics”
Pros
To get my contacts in from Outlook was easy and I was able to put together my first email campaign without much trouble. The analytics are also really useful especially being able to see who opened the email and whether they clicked any of the links.
Cons
It can be a little tricky to make it do exactly what I want at times although that probably has more to do with my own learning curve than with the software itself.

“budget-friendly marketing favorite”
Pros
This is one of the most popular and widely used marketing tools for small businesses. It's also quite a bit cheaper than many competing options and the free version gives you a great sense of the quality before committing.
Cons
Customer support is lacking and it will probably need more features over time.

“flexible templates and integrations”
Pros
Getting campaigns out the door is simple with this tool. The drag-and-drop email templates work really well and just about anyone can learn how to use them without much effort. it also connects with nearly every other software platform you might need.
Cons
Costs can climb pretty quickly once you start working with larger contact databases.

“powerful email marketing toolkit”
Pros
Using it has been a very positive experience. The interface is user-friendly, the template selection is extensive and the automation tools are powerful enough to take my email marketing to the next level. The reporting dashboard also gave me detailed insights. It feels like an essential tool for businesses of any size.
Cons
One downside is that it's pricing tends to increase over time which can be discouraging for small businesses working with limited budgets. Customer support also feels slow at times and not responsive enough when technical issues come up which can be especially frustrating during critical moments.

“Simple pick for startups”
Pros
It feels very easy and the interface is simple overall. It's a great choice at the beginning for anyone launching a business or working with a smaller subscriber list. A lot of CRM and CMS platforms also integrate with it which makes it simpler to connect extra functions when needed.
Cons
Once your subscriber count grows, the pricing can start to feel a bit expensive.

“subscriber management made simple”
Pros
One thing that really worked well for me in it was the "subscribers" feature since it let me keep my email list organized and manage contacts without much hassle. I could add, edit or remove subscribers whenever needed and sending emails to the entire list only took a few clicks. That made my email marketing much more convenient and helped me get messages out to the right audience at the right time.
Cons
Since I'm still new to it, the part I liked least was how limited the free plan feels. Even after only using it for a few days, it became clear that several advanced tools and features are locked behind the paid plans.

“beginner-friendly email campaigns”
Pros
Compared with many similar platforms, it feels like the best fit especially for beginners who want to understand how email marketing works and build effective campaigns. It includes a lot of powerful tools, like the Creator Assistant, that really help anyone put together highly effective email campaigns.
Cons
A downside is that some features I have seen offered for free on other platforms, such as workflow management for automations, require a paid plan here.

“integrations still deliver”
Pros
At one point, we really loved using this software but that changed when they stripped away so many small free features and made it harder for startups to rely on it. We do still appreciate the simple integrations and the simple email journey builder although even that seems to be shifting again.
Cons
it keeps changing its interface, features and pricing plans so often. Over the years, it feels like I've seen more versions of this tool than almost any other software. That alone wouldn't necessarily be a problem but in reality it ended up costing us time. On top of that, support was slow to respond and not very efficient when helping us.

“versatile email tools”
Pros
It's widely used and pretty easy overall. The prebuilt email templates are useful, the API integration works really well and the forms are simple to create and actually perform reliably. The platform feels simple enough and the contact list is organized clearly with groups and subgroups. Being able to resend to non-openers with one click from mobile is also really convenient.
Cons
Ever since they changed the pricing and the limits in the free trial version, I think they've lost a lot of customers. These days there are more professional platforms available for a lower price and they offer more even in their basic plans. I also never felt that creating campaigns for user groups with AND/OR conditions was clearly explained and it often confused me because the process isn't very simple.

“Not recommended!!”
Pros
I intentionally marked everything negatively to point out the absolutely unacceptable behavior of the compliance support team. After nearly 10 years of sending newsletters with different tools, I was told that my emails supposedly violated compliance rules. This happened because they rely on an automated robot they clearly trust blindly, without actually looking into the real situation. We sell food supplements and there was no way to make those USA-based "experts" understand that these are not medicines.
Cons
Honestly, I didn't like anything. The product itself might not be bad but if there are issues, they should be flagged during the testing phase, not after you've already prepared the newsletter and the distribution list, only to discover at the very end that their robot rejects it. They were also unable to tell me which policy I had supposedly violated or which specific word or words, in their opinion, were against their rules.

“fantastic email campaign starter”
Pros
Creating and sending polished, visually appealing emails to clients with it feels really simple. It comes with free templates, lets you schedule and automate recurring emails and gives you plenty of useful campaign stats to track performance, all without paying anything.
Cons
Once I had been on the free plan for a while, the template selection started to feel a little limited. The paid version definitely includes more options and the free version still has a decent amount but after continued use I wanted more variety. At the same time, upgrading didn't feel worth the cost for what I actually needed.

“Convenient interface for campaigns”
Pros
Getting started with it takes almost no effort. The interface is clean and simple and you really don't need any technical background to launch email campaigns.
Cons
One clear drawback is that the free plan is much more limited now than it was when I first began using it. At this point, the free option really only works for very small lists and basic email sends.

“Great email marketing toolkit”
Pros
Even with its funny name, the platform is very easy to use, including for people who have never worked with this kind of tool before. It covers pretty much all the essential features needed for email marketing and the pricing feels affordable.
Cons
Right now, I really do not have any complaints and I am satisfied with what it offers. The only thing I can think of is adding some kind of AI that could give tips on how to make emails more attractive.

“user-friendly email platform”
Pros
A few years back, it was completely new to me since I'd been using another platform before that but it turned out to be very user-friendly and simple to work with. I only had a couple of questions and the online knowledge base cleared them up without much trouble.
Cons
Pricing feels a little high. We have a large contact database coming in through our website but since we're not emailing all of them regularly, the cost just keeps going up. That's partly on us for not using it the right way but it still ends up being more expensive than I'd like.

“simple campaign tracking wins”
Pros
Even without being very tech-savvy, I can still put together a campaign, manage it all the way through and keep an eye on the results without feeling lost. The reporting and analytics are really useful too since they let me adjust things as needed and actually see engagement and sales improve.
Cons
The integrations can be a bit tricky at times but with some patience and a little searching online, it's usually something I can work through.

“handy templates and reports”
Pros
A strong highlight for me is the all-in-one showcase center. It's very simple to use, comes with useful email templates and the reports are genuinely helpful. The improved AI suggestions and automation make the platform even more practical and the optional web hosting plans are a nice extra. There's also a decent free plan available which adds a lot of value.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that the lower-priced tiers now include fewer features than they used to and overall it feels moderately expensive.

“powerful email tools and support”
Pros
This tool has been a strong and budget-friendly email marketing platform for me and it's very simple to work with. Even as a beginner, the interface feels approachable and the drag-and-drop editor makes it quick to build attractive emails. The templates are also a great starting point when I want to create my own designs. It comes with a broad set of features and integrations and the customer support has been excellent. On the pricing side, it offers plans for different budgets and the free plan is especially useful for small businesses, while the paid options give more features and storage. It also includes powerful tools like email automation, segmentation and A/B testing which help me build better campaigns and improve results. Another advantage is how well it connects with other popular platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify and WordPress making it easier to tie email marketing into the rest of my business systems. Support is available through the website, email, phone and even 24/7 via email, chat and phone which is very helpful. I also appreciate that the platform is mobile-friendly so I can create and send emails from my phone or tablet. On top of that, the detailed analytics let me track campaign performance clearly and the library of more than 100 templates gives me plenty of options to work with.
Cons
After more than two years working in email marketing with it, there are a few downsides that stand out to me. The free plan is fairly limited when it comes to automation since it only supports basic workflows like sending a welcome email after someone joins a list. If I need more advanced automation, I have to move to a paid plan. Pricing is also a bit higher than some competing email marketing platforms so if budget is a big concern, other options may be worth considering. Deliverability is generally great but there have been occasional reports of issues which could matter if email delivery is a top priority. There are also restrictions around certain industries and content types since it does not allow campaigns related to alcohol, tobacco or gambling. Another weak point is the mobile app which is not nearly as capable as the web version. I can't fully create or edit campaigns there and access to analytics is more limited. Overall, it is a good platform but it does have some trade-offs especially for users who need lower pricing, stronger mobile functionality or more advanced automation on the free plan.

“best campaign setup I've used”
Pros
Out of all the email marketing tools I've tested, this one has the simplest process for building an email campaign. At the same time, it's still powerful and thoughtfully designed so even someone who only uses it occasionally and is still a beginner can understand the data and clearly see how a campaign is performing.
Cons
It feels more geared toward businesses that run email campaigns regularly as part of their day-to-day work. I only send campaigns 3-4 times a year before major events and right now it doesn't really offer a pricing option that fits that kind of use. There's also no way to pause and restart a subscription and editing images or photos inside the email design is harder than it should be.
