Pros
We use it to handle all of our customer emailers and newsletters and even when we send campaigns to millions of contacts, it has been consistently dependable. The spam rate stays quite low and most of our emails actually reach the inbox which is a big plus. We also rely on it for email management and it gives us all the key stats we need once a campaign has been sent.
Cons
Pricing could definitely be more competitive. Custom plans would be a much better option.

Pros
We still use it in one of the companies in our group and it's very easy to work with. The templates are simple and practical and it also connects really well with WordPress which helps automate email marketing campaigns for customers without much effort.
Cons
It does exactly what we need it to do. If anything, I'd maybe want a wider variety of templates but that really comes down to personal preference.

Getting started with it felt pretty simple for me. The interface is clear, easy and user-friendly so it didn't take much effort to navigate. Another big plus is the wide range of integrations it offers which made connecting my email list with the other platforms and tools I use very convenient.
Cons
One downside with it is that learning how to use all of its features can take some time. On top of that some of the more advanced tools are a bit confusing and can be difficult to work with.

Right away, the funnel-building process stood out to me and the templates made getting things set up really simple. Honestly, I've enjoyed pretty much everything about it especially since it costs less to get started than a lot of other email marketing platforms.
Cons
Feature that didn't really work for me was the A/B testing feature. I never use it so it feels unnecessary in my case.

I think it is probably one of the best email marketing tools out there for sole traders. The designs are excellent and being able to upload all of my branding helps keep everything consistent. I also appreciate the template feature because it lets my newsletters keep the same look and feel every month.
Cons
Pricing gets very expensive as your contact list grows and you end up paying more over time. It would really help if there were a discounted rate for sole traders because it is tough for small brands to stand out.

One of its biggest strengths is how well it protects your domain score. That's a huge advantage and honestly something I think only a seasoned Marketing Director would fully appreciate.
Cons
The pricing climbs sharply as your contact list grows. A larger database does not always mean an organization can afford high monthly costs especially when payroll and other major salary expenses are already taking up a big part of the budget.

It covers nearly everything I need for email automation and managing email marketing in one place. Another big advantage is the Zapier integration which adds a huge amount of extra functionality and opens up a lot more possibilities.
Cons
One downside is the customer service response time which usually falls between 24 and 48 hours. Most of the time, I ended up waiting around 36 to 48 hours to hear back. When something urgent comes up, that kind of delay can create real problems. Most organizations do not have the luxury of waiting that long and need issues resolved as quickly as possible.

One thing it does really well is offering a wide selection of templates to choose from. Using it also gives you great analytics for marketing, along with plenty of integrations.
Cons
What I appreciated less about this software is that with some of the templates available in it, it can be difficult to get email alignment and formatting right on desktop compared with mobile.

Cons

Without a doubt, it is one of the biggest and most great platforms when it comes to email marketing. It offers a lot of features and one of the things I appreciate most is how widely adopted it is so many other tools already come with built-in integrations. WooCommerce, WordPress and plenty of others connect with it without much trouble.
Cons
Only part I'm not really happy with is the pricing. It feels quite expensive compared with platforms like MailerLite or Sending Blue. I understand the platform is really good and worth the money but it would still be better if they lowered the prices a bit.

Cons

Uploading contacts and organizing them into segments works really well in it. The built-in templates look polished and creating custom ones is pretty easy too. Cons

Cons
