Pros
The ability to create a format, update it and then reuse it for a new version of an email newsletter or message has been the most useful feature for me.
Cons
There are plenty of design options available but at times it can still be tricky to arrange everything exactly the way I want.

Pros
It has been a complete all-in-one option for sending bulk emails and monitoring their performance in real time. Another thing that works really well is how it automatically adjusts the email layout based on the device people use to open it. Sending company-wide communications and tracking the results has become incredibly simple. The pricing is also very fair. For about $10 per month, you can support a company with roughly 5,000 employees. On top of that, the design templates look polished and professional and they're flexible enough to customize without much effort.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints about this software. The pricing, design, platform and analytics all line up perfectly with what we need.

Pros
Being able to start with a free plan and figure out whether it actually fits your needs before committing is a big plus. Email marketing can feel overwhelming at first so having the chance to try the platform with a smaller portion of your list and interact with the support team before upgrading makes a real difference. It shows they trust what they've built and after spending some time with it, it's clear why.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much here to dislike. The only frustrations I have are more about email marketing in general, like layout limitations and it has already done what it can to improve that. At the end of the day, email is still a pretty outdated communication format so messages are never going to appear perfectly consistent across every client or platform. That's not really a knock on it itself.

The interface feels easy and can be customized to fit different needs. The analytics are also very detailed and the fact that it's free makes it even more appealing.
Cons
There are still some restrictions on the free plan and if you're new to it or using email software for the first time, it may take a bit of time to get comfortable with the platform.

Pros
This software has been a great service for me, with well-designed templates, a user-friendly setup and strong deliverability.
Cons
Downside is that once your subscriber count hits a certain level, the cost jumps a lot. As an author still building my career, I just couldn't keep paying for it after my list grew enough to push me into their higher pricing tiers.

Pros
Being able to segment subscribers into different lists based on what I need is really useful and the platform offers several ways to send newsletters and emails, with plenty of well-designed templates available. Customizing everything also feels very easy.
Cons
One downside is that everything is in English. At times, the different campaign sending options are not very simple to understand.

One of the things I've enjoyed most about this software is how many options it gives you to customize emails, build automation campaigns and work with a wide range of resources that are even available on the free plan.
Cons
The part I like least is that it often isn't very simple and comes with a moderate learning curve but it's worth putting in the time to learn because it's such a complete tool.

When we started looking for a tool to manage campaigns and send regular newsletters to our audience, it turned out to be a great fit. The pricing plans are practical since they scale based on how many contacts and subscribers you have. It also offers plenty of customization which makes it easier to match the look and feel of your brand. From a campaign manager's perspective, setting up automated campaigns and running them is very easy.
Cons
My only complaint is that the options for integrating it with websites are somewhat limited.

After testing a few other platforms before settling on it, the biggest issues we kept running into were high spam rates and a lack of quality email marketing templates. it is the one tool that truly improved our email marketing strategy. The spam rate is almost zero and the templates are very simple to customize and use across different types of email campaigns.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is more templates being added on a regular basis. The current template library is great but the number of options still feels limited. Having new templates introduced under each category would be a big help for us.

“Beginner-friendly email marketing platform”
Pros
Getting started with this tool was surprisingly easy even with zero marketing background. I was able to learn the tools they provide, build a clean and consistent brand and send my weekly newsletter to the hundreds of people who read it. The analytics are clear, the interface is simple to move through and the customer support is excellent which makes managing my audience and campaigns feel much easier than it should. Mail Chimp is the first platform I'd recommend to anyone trying to reach their audience without a lot of hassle.
Cons
The only feedback I really have is that the option to send re-subscription emails could be much easier to find. I had to dig around quite a bit before locating it and I also wasn't able to manually re-subscribe an email address that had been subscribed before. Aside from that one issue, I really don't have any other complaints.

I think it has really been broadening what the platform can do. It used to be just an email marketing service but now it's clearly turning into more of an all-in-one tool for running an online business. That makes it a good starting point for smaller teams while still giving you room to scale by adding more features as the business grows. It also continues to be one of the stronger options when it comes to integrations with other software.
Cons
The downside is that a number of features in the free and lower-tier plans feel pretty limited compared with the monthly cost. It was free for a long time but the pricing model has changed and some features that used to be included are no longer available at those levels.

For me, it has been a really great option because it's user-friendly, connects with a lot of other platforms and makes sharing content between tools very easy. For instance, it works with Canva so I can design something there and send it directly into my account. Adding new email contacts is simple and the pricing is very reasonable. I use it now for my current business and I also relied on it before when I worked in the nonprofit sector. It was incredibly helpful to have a tool that let us stay connected with clients without stretching the budget. Even the free plan includes access to features that many other systems charge a lot more for.
Cons
Honestly what I use it for, I really don't have many complaints. I've seen the platform evolve over the years and with each new update and integration, it has addressed the concerns points I had along the way.

Email campaigning is where this platform really shines. We use it for our regular email newsletter and once the template was set up, sending newsletters consistently became very easy. Managing our email list is simple and it also integrates well with our contact form.
Cons
Coordinating the same email campaign across multiple accounts can be a bit difficult to handle. We've learned that it works better when just one person is making changes at a time instead of having several people collaborating on it simultaneously.

I think it works really well when you're just starting to use email as part of a marketing strategy especially for small and medium-sized businesses. It includes a lot of features that, until not long ago, were only available on much larger customer management platforms, particularly when it comes to automation.
Cons
A few features still don't work quite as well as they should and could definitely use some improvement. With so many tools available, it can be hard for someone new to the platform to figure out where everything is. It's also worth noting that for larger contact databases, it can become a somewhat expensive option. Another downside is that it sometimes offers integration with an online store but if something goes wrong with that integration, there isn't really any support available.

Connecting it with PrestaShop was very easy for me. It comes with a lot of useful features, like order confirmation emails, abandoned cart reminders, journeys for registered customers and more. The dashboard is quite functional and it usually gives great scores that help keep emails out of spam.
Cons
It would be better to have the panel available in Spanish and improve the usability of the menus. The email design process could also be a bit faster and more agile.
