“helpful segmentation and integrations”
Pros
Our team at Biblio has relied on it for quite a while now. We manage a large contact list and the tagging and segmentation features have been really useful for sending more targeted emails to our audience. It also connects with a wide range of other software and it's been easy to work with as our operations continue to grow.
Cons
At this point though, it feels like we may be outgrowing it. The pricing keeps going up, while the newer features being added don't really matter for our business. On top of that, the analytics and reporting feel pretty limited and the demographic data isn't always very reliable.

“powerful marketing toolkit”
Pros
It has been part of my workflow for several years now. I originally signed up when I launched my first marketing blog and needed a reliable way to grow my email subscriber list and support my business. Back then, the platform was much more limited but now it has evolved into a full-scale marketing solution which I really appreciate. The surveys and blog features are especially useful alongside the email marketing tools. It also integrates really well with WordPress so getting things set up and running is pretty easy.
Cons
Getting started with it can feel a bit overwhelming at first and it definitely takes some time to understand how everything works on the platform. Aside from that, I honestly do not have any real complaints. In fact, it feels faster than some other tools in the space, like GetResponse and similar options.

Getting started doesn't take much effort at all since the platform is very easy to move around in and use.
Cons
They can cancel or suspend your account at their own discretion. If that happens unexpectedly, you could end up losing very important email lists when you are not prepared for it.

Hands down, this is still the most user-friendly email marketing campaign setup and launch experience I've seen anywhere on the market and I've been using it since 2010.
Cons
One of the few reasons we moved away from it was that especially in the earlier days, it wasn't designed for advanced marketing automation and it still really isn't built for B2B marketing automation.

Pros
This software is pretty easy and a lot of the work is automated to a very high degree. It also connects well with other apps through integrations which makes day-to-day tasks much more convenient. On top of that, it covers the goals of email marketing while also supporting social media marketing.
Cons
It could be better if the way new feature tutorials are shared were improved because it is hard to stay updated on them. The security checks can also make logging in multiple times frustrating. Also, the list management feature usually does not work that well unless the list name and description are entered very carefully.

Pros
Being able to segment the audience is something I really appreciate because it keeps email campaigns relevant instead of overwhelming people. The platform is user-friendly and there are package options that fit organizations at different levels.
Cons
One thing that feels lacking is the campaign analytics report since it does not show all the details I want to see, such as who the campaign was sent to and who opened it first.

Cons

“Simple and clean strategy tool”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels very simple to work with. The UI/UX is clean, clear and easy to follow and from a strategy perspective, it also does exactly what you need it to do.
Cons
Every now and then though, technical bugs show up. For example, it sometimes fails to load the correct "from" email and it doesn't seem to be tied to the browser because the issue still happens regardless.

Setting up automated welcome emails has been really useful for reaching out to new users right after they opt in on the website.
Cons
The landing pages are pretty basic. it's landing pages feel very limited compared to a custom-built website. They work well enough for beginners but for experienced developers, they're not really worth using.

Pros
Being able to go back through campaigns and check whether they were opened or not has been really useful. I also appreciate seeing which links people are clicking inside the emails because it shows me what parts of a campaign are actually getting attention. That makes it easier to reuse the content that worked well and keep our donors and supporters informed while continuing to encourage contributions to our cause.
Cons
A few parts of the platform are less user-friendly than I would prefer. Since I have a background in computer science, it was not difficult for me to learn but I can definitely see other people having a harder time getting comfortable with it quickly.

It has a free plan that works really well when you're just getting a business off the ground. Once things start expanding though, it makes more sense to move to one of the bigger providers if you want stronger template design options and more dependable service.
Cons
It felt like the platform didn't do a very good job of keeping up with newer tools and features that other companies were already offering. Integrations were added very slowly and then the sale to Intuit made things worse. After Intuit made changes, all of my clients' templates were broken. There was no warning at all-they just started showing up in inboxes completely messed up and in pieces.

Pros
It is easy to work with and the drag-and-drop builder makes putting things together really simple. The platform also has a very polished UI/UX which makes the whole experience pleasant.
Cons
Weak spot is customer support. Considering how much the package costs, there really should be at least some option to call occasionally even if it's just once a month for a single issue. Chat just doesn't feel equivalent and unfortunately the reps aren't always as helpful as they should be.

Keeping our email audience updated on what's going on with our organization is really important to us and it has been the best tool for that. It gives us plenty of flexibility to tailor our campaigns, tracks things like open rates, bounces and unsubscribes and lets us adjust the content so everything stays consistent with our brand.

Pros
Getting information out quickly is one of the biggest benefits here and it keeps everything accessible when it needs to be. The reporting feature also gives instant feedback on errors that come up so users can make the needed corrections right away.
Cons

Right from the start, the layout felt very simple. Setting up automated emails, creating lists, sending bulk campaigns and handling the rest of the core tasks is incredibly simple. I've worked with other email marketing platforms before and this one is clearly ahead of them while costing about the same. It's the platform I'd confidently recommend to almost any small or mid-sized business.
Cons
There were times when the platform felt a bit sensitive or finicky and I ran into a few issues because of that. That said, I haven't dealt with those problems in quite a while so it seems like they've been consistently improving it with updates.

Getting contacts imported and organized is easy and setting up templates and launching campaigns is just as manageable. They keep rolling out new features which has been a big plus and my clients really enjoy using it. I rely on it to create monthly newsletters for both my own business and my clients and handling the templates, audiences and files is simple.
Cons
Figuring out the landing pages, opt-in forms and customer journeys takes some trial and error because it is not very simple. When navigating through the software, it can also be difficult to locate exactly what you are trying to find.
