Pros
For me it feels easy to use. It works really well for email marketing campaigns and the pricing feels fair for the value it provides.
Cons
Analytics side is fairly limited. While it does an excellent job with managing and sending bulk emails, it falls a bit short when it comes to analyzing customer behavior afterward. A heat map would really help to see where people interact and what information they engage with.

Cons

Right now, this feels like the best email marketing platform available. It's incredibly simple, comes with an impressive and constantly expanding range of integrations and the product keeps evolving with new innovations.
Cons
My only complaint is that there's a daily cap on how many emails you can send.

Getting started with it is very easy and it integrates without much trouble with almost any CMS to automate new subscriber sign-up. It also lets you track which users were interested in the information sent and build segmented lists based on that behavior.
Cons
Pricing is a bit high and once your database starts growing, you quickly have to move up to a higher plan which adds a proportional extra cost.

Pros
Almost everyone knows it and there is a reason for that. It is one of the best tools for managing contacts, sending mass emails and capturing leads. On top of that, it integrates with WordPress and online stores and the paid version is really good for organizing all the marketing needs of a small to mid-sized business in a practical way.
Cons
The part I have liked the least is that it is not always very user-friendly. With some features, you have to dig around a lot to find them or sometimes they just are not there.

Getting started with it feels pretty easy. It's simple to use, the navigation is clear and several widgets let you embed form code without much hassle. I also appreciate that there's a free trial available for up to 2000 users which makes it easy to test things properly before committing.
Cons
A few parts could be more convenient though. Creating an account takes a bit of effort, providing a mobile number may not suit everyone and switching from one account to another could be handled better.

Customer support has been the standout for me and it itself works really well from lead generation through automated marketing campaigns. It also offers a broad selection of templates that can be customized without much trouble which makes the platform very practical to use.
Cons
Getting started with it for the first time can feel pretty overwhelming because the interface is quite complicated for an average user. On top of that, support does not always reply as quickly as you might need which can push some people to consider other options.

To be fair, it delivers really strong email automation while keeping the interface easy and uncomplicated. They've been a market leader for a reason and connecting the account with other services is very simple.
Cons
Over time though, it started to feel like other tools were surpassing them while charging less. One clear example is their pricing model. it bills users based on the number of contacts which honestly makes little sense. I use a lead magnet that converts really well so picking up 1,000 extra contacts in a week is completely possible. That means I have to set up a process to clean out inactive contacts but until that happens, the monthly cost just keeps climbing. I really don't understand why they don't charge based on the number of emails sent instead. On top of that, their automation features now seem behind what competing platforms offer.

Getting started with it was easy and connecting it to our website didn't take much effort. Signing up was simple and designing and sending emails was just as manageable. Setting up automation and building journeys based on triggers was also very convenient.
Cons
Reporting is where it really falls short. The analytics are pretty weak and there just isn't enough depth there for a more advanced marketer. If you want proper reporting and optimization, you have to connect it with another tool.

Pros
It felt very natural even without any prior experience. It guides you toward the built-in templates and those are simple to customize and use for creating polished emails. The email editor also comes with advanced features while still being very user-friendly which makes the whole design process more engaging. Another thing I appreciate is the option to create your own templates when the prebuilt ones do not match what you want.
Cons
It does fall short when it comes to more advanced, modern marketing automation features. For instance, its segmentation capabilities are fairly basic. It can also become quite expensive if your subscriber list grows quickly over a short period. Outside of those two concerns, I have not really faced anything serious enough to stop me from using it and we do get updates to its features that help improve the overall experience.

Running A/B tests is possible and uploading emails in bulk with names into a campaign is pretty convenient. It also costs less than a lot of similar tools and there are quite a few ready-made templates available to work with.
Cons
Every email includes a disclaimer at the bottom for the recipient which is not ideal. It also does not support sending customized email sequences to prospects and there is no option for lead authentication, prospect funneling or scheduling emails.

The analytics are excellent and the platform is very beginner-friendly. If you're just getting started with email marketing, it is a great place to begin.
Cons

It has been part of my online store setup from the beginning and it's been incredibly helpful. It's quick, simple to navigate and packed with features that let me create and send emails without needing any coding skills. The interface feels clean and simple and the customer support has been excellent whenever needed. I can either build my own campaigns or start with the pre-designed templates and everything works without any hassle. I mainly use it for behavior-based emails and it has definitely helped reduce cart abandonment and increase my sales.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any bugs so far. At this point, it seems to have everything my business currently needs.

Working with it has been a really positive experience for us and we've seen excellent results from the features it offers. We've added signup popups to our website, created signup forms for our social media pages and built drip campaigns for different segments of our audience. Thanks to the reporting and data it gives us, we can quickly put together follow-up campaigns for people who opened or engaged with previous emails, as well as those who didn't. Creating email campaigns feels very user-friendly and tracking performance from the dashboard is convenient. it also comes with a strong selection of templates that can be matched to different business needs. One feature I really enjoy is being able to personalize emails for every contact just by using their first name, last name or salutation. A standout feature I discovered more recently is the ability to track the location of the email recipient.
Cons
My only real frustration is that when I need to send a campaign again, I have to duplicate it to avoid ending up with too many identical emails. It would be much more convenient if I could simply resend the original message to another recipient while keeping everything logged under the first send.
