“Easy marketing with strong integrations”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels friendly and pleasant to use. It connects with it which is something most systems that offer an opt-in module usually support. There's also plenty of documentation, guides and general information online about how their system works. The pricing plans are good and I also appreciate that it works as a stand-alone system.
Cons
One downside is that there isn't a free plan available without a watermark. Also, in many cases, you end up needing a third-party integration to get it working properly with WooCommerce.

“Convenient website and marketing automation”
Pros
Connecting websites with marketing workflows feels incredibly convenient here. The polished design and great functionality make it simple to tie a website into this CRM and the integrations with Zapier and it can unlock a lot of value.
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the expensive side and getting access to certain features can require paying quite a lot more. The plans would be better if they offered more flexibility.

“A simple start to email marketing”
Pros
it was the first platform I used to send emails at scale and it made getting started really easy. I also appreciated the wide selection of email templates they offer.
Cons
Part I liked least was that although emails usually landed in the inbox, there were occasional times when they didn't which was frustrating. Pricing also isn't the most competitive if you're sending a high volume of emails.

“Smarter campaigns with useful insights”
Pros
Everything is pretty easy to use. We can schedule email campaigns, track clicks and subscriptions and the metrics are really useful. It also helps us keep all of our contacts in one place and integrating it with our website was simple.
Cons
Only issue was that some of the older members of our organization had a bit of trouble figuring it out at first.

“Flexible email templates for teams”
Pros
Setting up a templating system outside the project was really easy and it has taken a lot of load off our servers since they no longer have to keep building and sending full emails. Keeping templates separate from source control has also been a big plus because non-developers can update and edit them without needing access to the codebase or any understanding of the project structure. Subaccounts have been a huge improvement for our team too.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to organize templates into folders instead of having everything shown in one long list. It would also help a lot if templates could be nested inside other templates especially for keeping headers and footers consistent across emails. This is not a huge problem when you only have a small number of templates but I've had to create around 20 different ones over the past couple of months and many of them reuse the same headers and footers. Once I need to update a header, it's going to take a lot more time since I'll have to go into each template and change it one by one.

“A customizable marketing hub”
Pros
After the recent updates, it has really turned into a great marketing hub and I love how much you can do with the templates and customization options now.
Cons
With all the new features and improvements they've added, I honestly don't have any complaints about the software. If anything, it's become my new favorite.

“Feature-rich email marketing made easy”
Pros
Getting started with it felt a bit intimidating at first but after using it for a while, it becomes clear that the platform is actually very simple to use and configure. Their technical support has also been really helpful. It comes with a lot of useful features especially for sending emails and newsletters and the integrations with other platforms save me a lot of time and effort when I need to move quickly. The drag-and-drop template editor is another feature I really enjoy. There are plenty of email templates available, along with a nice variety of design themes. Being able to use part of the platform for free is also a big advantage.
Cons
One downside is that it is not the most affordable tool. Also because it includes so many features, it can be a little hard to understand how everything works when you're just getting started.

“An all-in-one tool for marketers”
Pros
Running a small online business, I've come to see it as one of the strongest all-around options for marketers and entrepreneurs. Setting up and formatting email campaigns for my mailing list is simple and the split-testing feature makes it quick to see which campaign performs better which has helped me generate more sales leads and conversions. it also lets you create a wide range of templates that match your topic without needing any coding skills. On top of that, it supports list growth and helps you expand your subscriber base. I'd definitely recommend it to beginners because it works well as a one-stop shop for marketers and entrepreneurs. It's affordable and as your business expands, you can move up to bigger plans.
Cons
I'd still like them to offer more flexibility with automation although I would absolutely keep recommending the platform.

“Lead generation made simple”
Pros
Since I started using it at work, this has been one of the best email marketing tools I've worked with. We can build our own content and send the right message to customer lists as well as social media audiences. The lead capture feature is the part I rely on most in my day-to-day work.
Cons
One downside is that image files don't keep very good quality when attaching them to content and higher-quality files from drives take quite a while to upload. The pricing is also on the expensive side compared with other email marketing platforms that offer similar features in the market.

“A beginner-friendly email marketing choice”
Pros
It's a really good free option for anyone just getting started with email marketing especially if you only have a small subscriber list. That makes it a strong entry point for beginners. There are also plenty of polished, professional-looking templates so you don't need a whole team of designers and coders to put together something that looks good.
Cons
Once your list grows beyond 2,000 subscribers, the pricing jumps quite a bit. It can start to feel almost too expensive especially for occasional users who are not consistently using email marketing as a regular source of business.

“Free marketing support for small businesses”
Pros
Being able to use it for free is a huge win for me especially since sales dropped during the pandemic in my e-commerce POD business. On top of that, it covers pretty much everything I need. The platform is incredibly simple to use, the navigation feels spot on and the features available are excellent. I spend nearly every day buried in designing, editing text, uploading and handling a bunch of other tasks so I barely have any time left for promotion. That is exactly where it has been a lifesaver for me.
Cons
I have technically been using it for about two years though I had it sitting idle even longer before that. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about it. I do not keep using tools that feel pointless, useless or flawed and this definitely is not one of them. I absolutely love it.

“Automated campaigns with powerful analytics”
Pros
Creating campaigns takes very little time and they come out looking polished. it keeps all my different lists-members, customers, prospects and more-in one place which makes everything much easier to manage. The audience segmentation is really useful too since I can target specific groups, like people without a membership, with particular campaigns. It also connects with TeamUp which is the main software I use for my business, through Zapier. Because of that, whenever a member is added or updated in TeamUp or their membership status changes, it updates automatically as well. On top of that, the analytics are excellent.
Cons
One thing I was disappointed about was seeing the campaign scheduling feature for sending at a specific date and time removed from the free version.

“better template design tools”
Pros
Template design is where this software really does better than the others we use. Honestly, I've wanted to stop using it because our organization already relies on too many tools for email campaigns but the interface for building templates and handling the overall design is stronger than platforms like Bloomerang. That's the reason our marketing team keeps pushing to keep it. It also feels more user-friendly than some competing options.
Cons
One issue that keeps coming up is deliverability since a lot of our emails end up in spam folders. That doesn't seem to happen with the other database platform we use, Bloomerang. Bloomerang appears to send newsletters in smaller batches instead of all at once and that seems to help prevent the problem. Maybe there's more behind it but the end result is that a lot of people miss our campaigns because of this. On top of that, the pricing keeps climbing which is hard for a small grassroots organization like ours.

“lots of integrations and features”
Pros
It connects well with a wide range of programs and apps which makes it really flexible. It also comes with plenty of useful features.

“clean analytics for campaigns”
Pros
Running a marketing agency means we're in it all the time, building email campaigns for clients and managing event-related communication as well. Newsletters are a big part of what we do every week so having access to analytics we can review and share with clients is really important when it comes to shaping the next strategy. The interface is clean and fairly simple to learn which makes regular use much more convenient.
Cons
At this point, it has delivered on everything it says it can do and even a bit more. We haven't run into any issues.

“powerful email marketing toolkit”
Pros
Right away, it made managing email campaigns feel simple and easy. At the same time, it still offers advanced capabilities like multivariate campaigns and impressive landing pages that connect with your website. I really can't say enough positive things about it. For the price, this feels like the strongest option available. It has helped me grow my mailing list and figure out what actually connects with my audience.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that the Pro features are missing from the basic starter plan. I get that this is part of their pricing model but a lot of those extra tools would be really valuable for new startups like mine that just do not have the marketing budget to upgrade to Pro. I also had a hard time getting my emails fully compliant especially now that so many messages get blocked or marked as spam. That is not really it's fault but it does make email marketing harder to navigate in general. Still, they do about as much as possible to simplify the process.

“powerful free plan for starters”
Pros
One of the best things about it is its great free plan which works really well for hobbyists, bootstrappers and people who are not very technical. The platform is still simple to navigate and the help section covers just about every question you might have. They also provide webinars that do a good job of explaining how the different features work.
Cons
This tool used to include multiple lists and scheduling on free accounts but those features have been shifted to the paid plans. The pricing is still fairly affordable but if you're just starting a business and cash is tight, that can still be an issue.

“lots of campaign customization”
Pros
The biggest advantage for me is the wide range of customization options. It lets you build very specific designs for a campaign, offers far more flexibility than competing tools and connects better with other software as well.
Cons
One downside is that the free tier can feel too restrictive and ends up pushing people toward the standard plan even if they only need the platform for a single campaign tied to a special event. Not every user runs a business that needs ongoing marketing throughout the year so a pay-per-campaign option would be a really nice alternative.
