“Free and user-friendly tool”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the price. Since it's free, my clients can send regular email newsletters to an existing customer base without any extra cost. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well it handled importing large email lists collected through a previous signup system. On top of that, it's very user-friendly which makes it possible for my clients to set up and design their own newsletters without much trouble.
Cons
It does come with a lot of options and that can make things a bit confusing when all you need is a simple setup.

“All-in-one marketing platform”
Pros
This platform offers an simple, user-friendly set of tools that works well for businesses of any size especially smaller ones. From landing pages and web forms to email campaigns and subscription management, it covers just about everything in one place.
Cons
Haven't really run into any downsides although I imagine there could be some analytics limitations depending on how large the company is or how many users are involved.

“Strong integrations and reporting”
Pros
One thing that really keeps me using it is the number of integrations it offers. The email builder is user-friendly, the templates are helpful and the reporting gives me the insights I need.
Cons
Still I would love to have more email templates available to choose from. It would also be really helpful if there were a way to fix URLs in emails after they've already been sent.

“Convenient WooCommerce integration”
Pros
Connecting it with my WooCommerce store has been really useful since I can pull in products directly and use them in my emails.
Cons
The mobile app feels basically useless. It keeps throwing vague general errors when I try to do very simple things even something like sending a test email. Just an error with no real explanation.

“Easy email marketing platform”
Pros
Right away, the most noticeable thing about this tool is how simple the interface is for creating emails and handling everything related to that process. It also delivers a very high open rate which is a huge plus. On top of that, its marketing tools are another strong advantage.
Cons
I'd say it's very close to perfect but there is one major downside, the price is very high.

“customizable dispatches that deliver”
Pros
Getting the hang of the features was fairly easy and I can adjust them to match exactly what I need. One thing that really helps is being able to reuse last month's dispatch layout to create a new one each month instead of starting from scratch. I also appreciate the automated dispatch that gets sent out to my subscribers who signed up to stay in touch with me.
Cons
At the beginning, it felt a bit intimidating because I had to work through quite a few issues while figuring out how the user interface worked but over time it became much more familiar. It's still pretty early-stage software so there isn't really much to complain about. It was also simple to set up, create checks and send them out.

“flexible email scheduling and reuse”
Pros
I find it fairly easy to work with. It's convenient to schedule emails ahead of time and being able to go back, edit and reuse older campaigns saves a lot of effort.
Cons
Getting the exact results you want does come with a fairly steep learning curve and the platform has a few bugs here and there. That said none of them have been serious enough that I couldn't work around them.

“custom designs without the hassle”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about it is how customizable it is. It lets me create emails that feel unique to my audience and I can do that without needing any graphic design experience.
Cons
One annoyance with it is that duplicate accounts can sometimes be an issue which has been frustrating for my client.

“Pricing and verification challenges”
Pros
After years of working as a software developer, it has remained one of the best email builders I've used. I've relied on its APIs in ongoing projects and they've consistently worked without issues. It comes with plenty of integrations, a great collection of email templates and a well-organized reporting structure. The interface is also attractive which makes the platform more appealing and comfortable to work with. On top of that, it does a good job of keeping track of emails.
Cons
There are still a few downsides I've noticed. Domain verification in it is not very easy since you need to create an email first and then add it into the platform and it could also use more analysis features. Another issue is the pricing which keeps getting more expensive over time.

“Easy email scheduling”
Pros
One area where it has been especially helpful is handling automated and scheduled email marketing. Being able to set up a full week of scheduled posts at once saves me a lot of time and makes planning much more convenient.
Cons
Platform can feel confusing at times because there are so many features and menu options to work through.

“Time-saving email automation”
Pros
Using last month's email as a template for the next one saves me a lot of time each month. I also appreciate the automated email that gets sent to readers when they sign up to stay connected with me. The features are simple to work with and I can customize things to match exactly what I need. On top of that, it's free which makes it even better.
Cons
One thing I'm not a fan of is the subscriber cap. Once my list goes past around 2,000 readers, I'd have to upgrade to a paid plan or move to a different platform. I enjoy using it but at that point I'd need to look into how its pricing compares with other options.

“All-in-one”
Pros
Over the years, it has become one of the best-known email marketing platforms, adding a wide range of new features that make it even more capable. At this point, it really feels like a marketing Swiss Army knife.
Cons
the biggest downside is the pricing which is pretty common with SaaS tools like this. That said if you actually use it to its full potential, it can more than pay for itself.

“Great for small email lists”
Pros
This works really well if you have fewer than 2,000 contacts and need to send regular emails to your list. It comes with a handful of design templates to pick from and the builder is simple to use.
Cons
Once your contact list gets larger, it gets expensive pretty quickly especially since it doesn't offer the advanced features you'd expect from other CRM platforms at a similar price.

“Confusing email platform”
Pros
It felt like the default choice for mailing list management and that showed in how many WordPress plugins and other services already offered built-in integrations with it.
Cons
Using it though, was a completely different story. The menu names, actions and settings were incredibly confusing and far from simple. Setting up campaigns, creating emails or newsletters and building landing pages did not feel easy at all. Getting around the platform was a real headache. It took countless clicks and plenty of frustration just to track down my contact lists which were labeled with vague, unhelpful names, or to locate the media library which at one point was also buried under some unclear label. Even finding whether I was editing a campaign, a landing page, or an email was more difficult than it should have been. Definitely not a platform for the faint of heart.

“Fast landing page creation”
Pros
Just recently, I put together a really nice opt-in page with its landing page builder and the whole setup only took about an hour and a half. The email automation has been really useful for the kind of work I do. On top of that, the interface is clean, simple and elegant so it doesn't take much to figure out. I was able to create both my opt-in and welcome email templates in under an hour.
Cons
Only issue I ran into was when I contacted customer support for help finishing a task and the response took a little longer than I was expecting.

“Free tools for small businesses”
Pros
As a small business owner, being able to try it for free is a big advantage. The newer features make it even more appealing especially the option to schedule appointments with clients directly. It also comes with a full collection of email templates which adds a lot of value.
Cons
At the beginning, it felt a little overwhelming because I had to deal with quite a few frustrations while learning how the interface worked. Over time though, I got used to it and now it feels much more natural to use.
