“Easy daily email marketing”
Pros
After trying other email platforms like Constant Contact, we always end up coming back to it. It's very simple to use and incredibly user-friendly. The drag-and-drop builder works well, list management is easy and we use it every day. They also offer templates that you can customize if you don't want to create something from scratch.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it.

“Simple subscriber management”
Pros
What really stands out to me is how effective it is for managing subscribers and running campaigns. That part works very well and the feature set is simple to use without much effort.
Cons
One downside with it is that it isn't really built with affiliate marketers in mind.

“Quick newsletter creation”
Pros
Getting started with this software was very easy and it fits in easily with our business tools as well as our WordPress platforms. We're able to create and send newsletters to our clients within minutes which saves us a lot of time.
Cons
There are some more advanced features included and a video tutorial would really help new users learn how to use them. The documentation is available but it can be a bit difficult to follow when you're just starting out.

“Reliable email marketing growth”
Pros
Keeping up with email campaigns feels really easy with it and tracking results is just as simple. I've been using it for years in different ways and it has consistently been a reliable way to stay connected with an audience. The free plan for up to 2,000 subscribers is a big plus since it can grow alongside your business. You can jump in at no cost and move to a paid plan later as your contact list and budget expand.
Cons
One frustrating issue I've run into is searching for contacts in my database. Sometimes I'll search by name or email and nothing shows up but if I try to add that same person again, it tells me the contact is already on my list. It's definitely annoying but not enough to stop me from using it especially since I'm using the free version.

“User-friendly marketing platform”
Pros
Right away, it feels very user-friendly, whether I'm building email campaigns or checking reports and performance data. It also brings together a broad set of marketing tools that can really help a startup handle its marketing in one place. The CRM is especially great and honestly it feels like one of the platform's strongest parts.
Cons
Where it shines in variety, it falls a bit short on more advanced functionality. Setting up more complex automated email sequences can be challenging, for instance. The navigation also isn't always the most simple although it becomes manageable once you're familiar with the layout.

“Strong email marketing basics”
Pros
When it comes to covering the basics of email marketing, it does a really great job. The email and template builder is easy to work with and the Audience and Automation features are capable enough for most standard needs.
Cons
It does feel limited when you need more flexibility with automation especially if you're trying to build more advanced logic paths. The contact management side is also pretty basic so it can't really replace a proper CRM.

“Free start for new businesses”
Pros
Launching my own websites, getting the first 2,000 emails free with it felt like a real bonus. If you're starting a business or blog, that kind of breathing room is incredibly valuable, you can send polished, attractive newsletters without taking on a big monthly expense while you're still getting established.
Cons
After your list climbs past 10K emails, it stops being very cost-effective. The pricing rises fast compared with other newsletter platforms. If all you need is basic monthly email management, it becomes really expensive. On the other hand, if your business makes heavy use of the advanced features they offer, the higher cost might still make sense.

“Excellent email templates”

“Simple and customizable templates”
Pros
it is really easy to work with, everything is laid out clearly and the templates are excellent while still being simple to follow and customize.
Cons
At times, it can be a little buggy so saving frequently is a good idea. There are also moments when getting an email formatted exactly the way you want can be frustrating. If you're aiming for more complex email designs, be prepared to spend some time learning the platform because the learning curve can be fairly steep. And if all you need is a basic newsletter tool, the pricing can start to feel a bit high.

“Beginner-friendly”
Pros
Even if technology feels intimidating, learning how to create and send a newsletter with it is very manageable. There's a real can-do energy behind the platform and it feels like the company genuinely wants people like me to succeed at our work and connect with our communities in a polished, stylish and effective way. Uploading my own images and content is simple, the link checker is genuinely helpful and the design interface itself is simple and actually enjoyable to use.
Cons
Terminology threw me off a bit. It may sound minor but I honestly wasn't sure how to get started because I didn't realize that a "campaign" is the term it uses for starting a newsletter. I understand now that the word is broader and applies to pretty much any outreach or marketing effort. I've also talked to friends who had a similar struggle getting started with it which is unfortunate because it really is an excellent product and service overall.

“helpful campaign reporting tools”
Pros
Getting campaigns together in it has been pretty easy thanks to the drag-and-drop, customizable email templates. We're still on the free trial and at this stage it does everything we need. The dashboard reports are also a nice touch especially the simple stats for open rates and click rates.
Cons
At the beginning though, it took some time to get used to the platform. There are a lot of features thrown at you all at once so the learning curve felt fairly steep when starting out.

“flexible newsletter creation”
Pros
Putting together a professional-looking newsletter is really easy and the platform gives me a lot of flexibility. I've used the built-in it templates and I've also been able to design and use my own graphics without any trouble.
Cons
I do wish it offered more simple, aligned template options to choose from.

“reliable delivery and generous free tier”
Pros
Across several years and in a few different situations, it has been consistently dependable for me. My emails always get delivered and the setup is easy, with options to connect it to existing workflows when needed even though we haven't explored that much yet. I also appreciate that the it branding in the email footer is small and unobtrusive so it doesn't take attention away from my messages. On top of that, the free plan offers a fairly generous usage allowance.
Cons
Only downside I've run into is that, on the rare occasion something breaks, getting support as a free-tier user can be tricky. This has only happened to me once and it was clearly a software problem rather than user error. Even so, I managed to contact the it team through social media and they resolved it for me.

“powerful campaigns and templates”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform felt very user-friendly and I really appreciate how well it works with other tools like geo-tracking, Google Analytics and social media for monitoring conversions. It comes with a wide range of features that make it possible to build impressive campaigns for a business. The templates are also a big plus since they help a lot when putting together newsletters, landing pages, emails and social media posts. Another thing I value is the free plan which lets you send around 1,000 to 2,000 emails to subscribers.
Cons

“smart tagging for big lists”

“Easy website and shop integration”
Pros
Connecting it to websites and online stores has been very easy especially since it already offers ready-made APIs for most of the platforms people commonly use.
Cons
One issue still comes up when importing a contact database made up mostly of general email addresses, it frequently rejects the import even when the mailing list is completely legitimate.

“Great start for beginners”
Pros
When we were first getting started, this was quick to set up, covered all the core basics we needed and being free was a big plus.
Cons
Once our business started growing though, the cost went up very quickly. At that price point, there are other platforms out there for ecommerce that offer a lot more features.

“Capable campaigns and automation”
Pros
it comes with a huge range of features for managing, building and sending email campaigns. Sometimes all I need is a simple campaign and other times I want to create a full automation funnel and it handles both really well. On top of that, the third-party integrations open up even more possibilities. The feature set honestly feels almost endless.
Cons
It can be a bit confusing if you're new to it. You really need to understand the ins and outs to set up successful campaigns properly. Once the structure starts to make sense though, it becomes much more easy to use.

“powerful and delightfully simple”
Pros
This tool really feels like the Amazon of sending newsletters to customers. I get newsletters and blog updates from plenty of other companies too and a lot of them are clearly using it as well. It's simple to work with but at the same time it's still a very powerful tool. Really impressive overall.
Cons
For me, it all comes down to how simple it is to use. I honestly don't have any negative comments.

“strong crm integration support”
Pros
Great tool and it works with almost every major CRM platform. Along with Constant Contact, it's basically the industry standard so it tends to be the best-supported email campaign tool across other systems. The biggest advantage for me is how simple it is to connect with the rest of my software stack.
Cons
The downside is how the pricing climbs as your contact list grows and there's also no free unlimited image hosting. Those are both things I had with Robly. The tradeoff though, is that Robly is much harder to integrate. For a small business, it really comes down to choosing between a well-known platform like it or Constant Contact for easier integrations and campaign building, or going with something like Robly which costs less but doesn't connect as well. In any case, all of these systems allow you to import your existing mailing lists.
