I like that it lets me customize messages and I also find connecting it with HubSpot keeps my lead organization consistent across different systems.
Cons
I'd appreciate seeing additional package tiers available across a broader range of price points and I also think the platform would benefit from stronger, more comprehensive analytics and reporting features.

Pros
Integrating it into our HubSpot setup went without a hitch and I find that whenever a question or issue comes up, their support team responds quickly and helpfully. I notice they consistently go the extra mile to walk me through best practices and fix problems efficiently.
Cons
Not a con but I wish the reporting were stronger and I think the opt-in versus opt-out figures don't accurately reflect who truly signs up, they mostly show those who didn't opt out which isn't the same as a real count of active opt-ins.

The 14-day trial really impressed me, I found signing up simple and I could quickly enter my credit card details without any complications.
Cons
Honestly I found their customer support awful, they didn't listen to me at all as a customer and I can't even fathom how much worse it might have been if we'd continued using their service.

Pros
Setting up the ActiveCampaign integration was incredibly simple and I find it ties into automations flawlessly. I also notice the interface is tidy, messages always deliver and every conversation logs into my ActiveCampaign notes. After trying other platforms, I find this one is by far the best for two-way automated texting and workflow automations.
Cons
Thankfully I did run into a problem where some messages failed to send at one point but the issue was resolved quickly by support.

We can trigger an SMS to be sent through the API directly from our web-based SaaS that manages quoting and order taking. That lets an SMS conversation start automatically whenever a prospect requests a quote. After that automatic touch someone on the team can manually jump into SalesMessage to follow up and work to close the sale. Any teammate can reply and view the incoming responses. It's been really helpful for communicating outside of email during the urgent quoting and booking parts of our business.
Cons
I like that features keep being rolled out and that development moves at a good pace though the API integration's merge fields have become somewhat limited compared to earlier versions and I'd welcome greater ability to push more data into SMS messages via the API.

Handling SMS and an entire contact database through this interface feels fantastic, I've yet to come across another tool that looks this sleek and well-designed. Add in the automations plus integrations with Zapier and ActiveCampaign and I genuinely think this setup is ridiculously powerful for my workflows!

There are a few minor features I wish were included but I find it encouraging that new ones are released almost every month.

Even though I'm not great with technology, I find this tool extremely simple and user-friendly. I also notice it makes sending texts from my computer much easier than on a phone and it has aligned connecting with our CRM which I appreciate.
Cons
There may be an option to schedule messages for a future time but I haven't been able to find it yet and having that feature would be really useful. Since I'm on the East Coast, there are times I want to message people on the West Coast without disturbing them at six in the morning their time.

Cons
So far I can't really point to anything I dislike about the product. if I had to nitpick it'd be great if they added Calendly as an option for scheduling meetings.
