Pros
Having a separate number for clients to contact me has been fantastic, I find it makes communicating so feasible especially since my agents sometimes want texts while others prefer email.
Cons
Occasionally I notice the search feature behaves strangely and doesn't always return what I'm expecting.

“HubSpot integration works”
Pros
Integration with HubSpot works nicely once I manage to get the connection set up though I had to spend a bit of time on that step.
Cons
Setting a password is really difficult for me especially on my iPad tablet, I also couldn't get the chat to work and it kept saying replies would take hours. Constantly having to log in is annoying and I keep getting requests for feedback at all hours which is especially frustrating during my off-work time like right now.

“PipeDrive centralizes texts”
Pros
What I really like about this software is its integration with PipeDrive which I find keeps our team's texting centralized, every conversation ends up in one place and reflects in our CRM.
Cons
I'd love for it to have deeper PipeDrive integration so I could send texts directly from PipeDrive without hopping between tools.

“Reusable messages save time”
Pros
Messaging between twenty and fifty clients each day is much easier with this tool and I find the workflow very aligned. I especially appreciate being able to store lots of reusable, canned messages so I don't have to type the same thing repeatedly. Most of the time I can send a text while also leaving a voice message and I find that process quick and simple to execute.
Cons
Honestly I don't have many complaints about it. What I have noticed though, is that occasionally when I type a contact into the search field nothing appears on the first try. In those cases I end up searching with another piece of contact info, like an email or phone number, before the right person shows up.

“two-way SMS with automation”
Pros
I think this platform is a fantastic two-way SMS solution. Its built-in Keap (Infusionsoft) integration lets us launch automations which I find broadens the product's capabilities significantly. The recently released API is something I plan to use to automate, scale and personalize our SMS campaigns even further.
Cons
There are a few small features I'd like to see added to their native Keap integration though they're relatively minor and hardly worth calling out given that no rival comes close. More importantly, we've only been using the app for about a month and they've already pushed out multiple great updates.

“Zapier integration works”
Pros
Zapier integration stands out and I'm impressed by the useful functionality it offers. The support team has been responsive and I find their help genuinely reliable whenever I need assistance.
Cons
Not a con but I've been hit by the per-message pricing. Since we send a large volume of texts, I'd love to see a tiered deal where buying a block of messages grants us bonus or discounted messages something like buy X and get extra free credits. Right now there's no price break for purchasing in bulk, every text costs the same regardless of quantity. Offering an upfront-purchase incentive would make me more likely to commit to a larger package.
