“efficient mass text messaging for recruitment”
Pros
When we needed a texting-based solution for recruitment I discovered this platform could handle large-scale mass text messaging efficiently which I find really valuable.
Cons
I'm not impressed with the interface's convenientness.. searching for a contact I haven't messaged before often fails to show the correct results.

“Private and convenient student text help”
Pros
I give my Math and Physics students text help between lessons and I notice they love it. Having a separate number keeps my personal phone private and I also find setting notification hours very convenient. Being able to use it from my computer, not just my phone, is something I truly like.
Cons
Please let me send PDFs from my phone instead of only from the computer, I REALLY want that feature right now!
