What more can I say? SpamTitan blocks spam, has a user-friendly interface and sends daily emails with quarantined messages. It works so well that you forget it's even there.

Cons

For newsletters, it would be helpful to have a setting that automatically whitelists the Reply-to address instead of the auto-generated one-time email.

With responsive support staff, implementing SpamTitan was so smooth. It is highly customizable to cater to the required level of protection in any industry. It also allows end users to release messages from quarantine, saving valuable IT resources.

Some features could be organizing a bit more properly. For example, the whitelist options by address/domain and by IP are currently on separate pages.

Spam Titan is an excellent product for email security. It offers a wide range of features that meet all the necessary criteria for detecting spam emails with a high capture rate. I want to highlight the new feature called LinkLock, which significantly enhances the spam detection rate. Normally, if an email is clean with no malicious content, it is marked as clean. If it contains a URL that is not categorized as bad, it is also marked as clean. However, there are instances where the URL is still new and not categorized as bad. This is where LinkLock comes into play. It scans the URL on the fly to determine if it is clean or not. If it's not clean, the URL is converted to plain text, preventing the end user from clicking on it. This applies even if the email is forwarded to someone outside our organization, ensuring protection for our customers as well.

Cons

For now, there's nothing major. Just a few minor issues that they always resolve.

We needed Spam Titan to block spam from our system due to past ransomware attacks. Spam Titan helps us filter out any suspicious emails before they can become a problem.

Spam Titan is almost too responsive to threats to the point where I miss emails flagged as a threat. I understand that Spam Titan monitors in real-time, but it's frustrating that it doesn't send more than one email per day to notify you of emails in quarantine.
