“SpamTitan works great -- until it doesn't

Not only it works well but I must say that the implementation was a also easy.

Cons

This product is cloud-based. In early August, it experienced a complete failure. I realized that we stopped receiving emails. To resolve the issue, we bypassed SpamTitan by rerouting DNS, and unfiltered emails started flowing. We reached out to SpamTitan, and they confirmed that the cloud instance we were using was offline for unknown reasons. Since our business operates 24x7, we had to function without SpamTitan from Friday to Monday. We contacted them multiple times for updates, but there were no updates provided. We were assured that we would be updated via email and phone, but that never happened. Surprisingly, they didn't offer any alternative web-instances for routing. By late Tuesday, we had already found another product and migrated our production platform to the new provider. Their support was terrible. Furthermore, canceling my subscription has been equally frustrating. Whenever I call and select the appropriate option, it goes to voicemail with no callbacks. If I choose "technical support," I have to be connected to Customer Service, and even then, it's difficult to reach someone. One time out of two tries, I managed to speak with a live customer service representative who then had to connect me with "retention." Unfortunately, nobody was available, and despite promises of a callback, it never happened.

Pros

The one thing I like the most is that the learning curve is minimal, and the support team provides accurate, thorough and timely assistance.

Cons

It could be better if they implement some form of AI spam filtering to improve the situation. There's more spam slipping through than I'd prefer, but some of it is due to adjustments and address listings on my end.

With SpamTitan I am now confident that our company's clients are protected from viruses and spam.

I have no complaints; the product performs exactly as expected.

“My choice for anti-spam software

Pros

SpamTitan actually works really well. It has significantly reduced the amount of spam emails I receive. The initial setup only needs to be done once, and most of the time, I don't even have to monitor the reports because legitimate emails are rarely blocked.

Cons

Currently, there are some features missing from the software. It would be helpful to have the ability to preview the content of spam emails without needing to whitelist them. This feature would allow users to fully understand the content of blocked emails without them appearing in the main inbox.
