It's not a drawback I will say but they should work more on end-user spam reporting. I currently use KB4 for this purpose, and it would be better if this service was integrated into SpamTitan or if the lists could sync with Defender as my secondary option.

The filtering seems to be overly sensitive, and having more granular control over the filters would be nice. Additionally, being able to receive email digests more frequently than once a day would make some of us happier. We're struggling with the analytics to understand why certain emails are being scored so high.

I can blacklist/whitelist directly from EGroupware or mark mails as spam. The archive of the last X days allows me to resend accidentally deleted emails without needing a separate archiving solution.

I miss being able to easily select the internal flow (mails from users within the same domain). It's easy to select inbound and outbound, but there have been situations where we needed to release a bunch of internal emails, which requires more effort to select individually.
