“very good anti spam software
Pros
It's a high-level anti-spam communication software. Configuring keywords in the blacklist and whitelist is very simple, and once set up, I receive a report every week. The service is of great quality and three times cheaper than the competition.
Cons
The absence of Microsoft Outlook plugins is a downside. Sometimes the software blocks legitimate emails while allowing malicious ones. Everything is not perfect yet, and there is still work to be done in this regard.

I really like the SpamTitan spam blocking feature. It's easy to deploy and manage, and the new addition of LinkLock is excellent.
Cons
SpamTitan should improve more on pattern matching as it is not a difficult task. Furthermore it is not user-friendly.

This solution seamlessly integrates with our existing infrastructure without the need for significant modifications. It's all about fine-tuning and educating our users.
Cons
My greatest challenge and disappointment has been with some edge cases - spam that scores low and legitimate business partners that score high. The mechanism for defining block/allow using header attributes has given me some difficulty. And, for some reason, the end-user option of selecting a message in the daily report and clicking "Allow" or "Block" is not always successful. I believe it needs some refinement.

Deploying and using it was very simple. The user interface is also simple and easy to navigate. We initially opted for the on-premise solution but recently upgraded to the cloud solution to accommodate our expanding needs.

Setting it up and using it was very a smooth process. It catches a lot more spam emails than I expected and has significantly helped in reducing phishing emails.
