powerful reporting across platforms

Pros

Supermetrics really stood out to me for making complicated data integration feel much more manageable. It pulls together data from multiple marketing and analytics platforms without much hassle and it helps automate reporting tasks that would normally take hours to handle by hand. The interface is also user friendly and the fact that it works well with Google Sheets, Looker Studio and BigQuery gives us a lot of flexibility and makes it a very capable tool for our team.

Cons

One issue I ran into, though, is that the authentication process often needs to be repeated several times which breaks up workflows and slows down automation. On top of that the connection tends to drop repeatedly as well.

Fast setup for paid data

Pros

Getting this set up for paid marketing data was very easy. It's not as strong when it comes to social organic data but that seems to be more about the way the source data is structured than the platform itself.

Cons

Pulling organic social data from Meta platforms like Instagram and Facebook, as well as TikTok, is still a weak point. On the paid side though the data structure is the best and works well.

all connectors in one place

Pros

What I like is having all the integrations in one platform as it's very helpful. One of the biggest advantages is being able to pull data from many sources into a single Looker Studio report. Another big plus is that their Google integrations are the best and more reliable than the native Google ones in Looker Studio.

Cons

A few connectors need to be reconnected every month but the dashboard has a very user-friendly interface that makes the process pretty easy.

powerful reporting across every source

Pros

Having one tool that can quickly pull data from GA social platforms and other sources has been a real game changer. It connects with all the key data sources we rely on and makes putting reports together very easy.

Cons

There's honestly very little to complain about. I have used�it�for such a long time that there isn't much not to appreciate. If I had to point out something, I'd say�it�would be nice if the GA4 connector handled sampling a bit better, though�it�still works very well overall.

good tool :)

Pros

Integrating Supermetrics to the main marketing platforms I use such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and others has been very smooth. It also pulls data directly into Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio or BigQuery without any coding which saves a lot of time. On top of that the library of data visualization options is very strong and adds a lot of value.

Cons

Pricing can get expensive especially when you need several connectors or have to use�it�across multiple accounts or client projects.

great social reporting dashboards

Pros

It's been proven very useful having it connect with all of our social media platforms since that makes building reporting dashboards much more manageable for our team.

Cons

A frustrating part is that the integrations keep disconnecting and we end up having to reconnect them over and over before they finally work again.

Pros

I must say it's been very helpful having one tool that pulls data from all the different platforms into Looker, instead of juggling multiple solutions.

Cons

At times�it�gets a little slow when handling larger data sets and the pricing is higher than some comparable platforms.

fast connectors for analytics

Pros

Pulling data from practically any tool has been a big win for our setup. In our case, we use it to move HubSpot data into Looker and the connector works very quickly. The query builder is also very useful for creating custom queries tailored to our analytics needs.

Cons

One downside is that connectors outside the basic plans come at an additional cost so you have to pay extra for some integrations.

Awesome reporting powerhouse

Pros

As a data-driven marketer, Supermetrics has been a huge help. It connects well with Google Sheets so pulling in marketing data and Google Analytics information takes very little effort. Also it's highly flexible and makes the whole process of collecting data and building reports much more manageable.

Cons

Pricing feels a little high for smaller businesses and setting up more advanced data queries does take some time to learn. On top of that there are occasional connectivity hiccups that can be annoying, although they don't happen often.

all inclusive reporting for the win

Pros

Having everything in one place is a big plus since I no longer need to switch between different tools just to get the information I need. This tool covers everything for me.

Pros

This is a really strong tool for analyzing data from promotional campaigns. You can import the data directly and it gives you some of the best tools for digging into the results and understanding performance.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the support response time which felt a bit slower than I expected.

reporting powerhouse

Pros

Having 80+ sales and marketing integrations in one platform has been a huge plus. I no longer waste time pulling data from different tools because everything is centralized in one place. On top of that the platform is very user-friendly so putting together reports and analyses is fast and efficient.

Cons

The part I am less excited about is the price. Even though I can see the value it brings and how much time it saves when analyzing data, the cost can feel a bit high for some users especially small businesses or solo entrepreneurs.

simple ETL with strong usability

Pros

This ETL really stands out for how simple it is to use and it doesn't require any data engineering skills to get started.

Cons

Only downside is that�it�still isn't connected to the full martech ecosystem.

powerful dashboards and stellar support

One of the best parts is how many different data sources it can pull from and being able to build a really powerful dashboard directly in Google Sheets is a huge plus. There's a lot of flexibility so you can get creative and really bring your ideas to life. On top of that the support team is excellent and has been able to help with just about anything I have needed.

Cons

It�offers a lot of capability but that also means the pricing can get pretty expensive.

Pros

Having all my marketing data in one place has been the biggest benefit for me. This tool makes it very simple to track and analyze everything from a single platform and I can connect sources like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads without any hassle. Because of that, I no longer waste hours pulling information from different platforms and trying to combine it manually before I can actually analyze it.

Cons

I have noticed that some data sources occasionally have loading issues which can be frustrating at times. I'd also appreciate having a bit more control and flexibility when�it�comes to customizing the report templates.

smooth looker studio connection

Pros

Connecting it with Looker Studio and Google Sheets is very easy. It pulls Google Analytics data directly into those platforms so there's no need to export anything or waste time fixing formats.

Cons

The documentation and support don't feel especially comprehensive across every feature. That may be because�it�changes enough to make constant updates difficult but�it�still leaves me feeling like there are capabilities I am probably missing without realizing�it.

accessible reporting

Pros

A simplified user interface and the ability to work with multiple DSPs without any prior programming knowledge make report setup very easy and accessible.

Cons

What doesn't work well for me is that the different integrations are only available in the higher-tier plans. Even though basic integrations like Google and Facebook are included in the entry-level package, most new companies need integrations for backend acquisition tools and CRM suites from day one. And not everyone can afford the agency plan.

It is pretty easy to use and it handled large volumes of data surprisingly fast. Plus it offers data analysis that is both simple and powerful, with an interface that's fairly easy to understand.

Cons

One downside with�it�is that the data access can end up being quite expensive. The pricing model is also a bit complex which can make�it�less worthwhile for small businesses or individuals who only need a limited number of data sources. Also some users may find�it�challenging at first and�it�can take a fair amount of time to fully learn.

excellent connector coverage

Pros

Having one tool that pulls data from many different sources makes a big difference. Overall it looks very complete, it's simple to work with and it comes with plenty of connectors plus useful options like scheduling and saving queries. The biggest advantage for me is how wide their connector library is compared with smaller competitors.

Cons

For my needs, I am not missing any functionality. The only downside is the pricing which is much higher than other tools. The cost is honestly hard to justify and living outside the US makes�it�even less affordable.

It pulls data from Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms which makes it very useful for bringing all those stats together instead of checking each source separately. It's especially helpful for anyone working in Business Intelligence and the data it extracts can be analyzed in tools like Tableau and Google Data Studio without much hassle.

Cons

One downside is that because it integrates with so many platforms, data updates and processing can take a while. It also sometimes has syncing issues with platforms like Facebook and Google and that's definitely an area the developers still need to improve.

reliable data automation

Pros

Getting reliable data from multiple sources is much simpler with Supermetrics because the tools and capabilities it offers make access easy and practical. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong automation it brings to the process especially when it comes to combining data from different sources. That has been a big help since merging data used to be something I struggled with quite a bit in the past. The Google Sheets integration is also a huge plus because it lets us pull data in quickly and in a very organized way. On top of that the metrics available in it are powerful and help us structure the data we collect based on the priorities we've set which is important for getting accurate results.

To really take full advantage of everything�it�offers,�it�does require time and effort to properly learn how to use�it.
