easy to use tool with reliable support

Pros

I find it really easy to use and their customer support has consistently been excellent.

Cons

When I'm looking at my contacts the list loses its sort order after I open a contact and go back to the list. Also if I set the page to show 500 contacts, that setting doesn't persist after I click into a contact, it reverts and I have to set it again.

Custom fields for tailored messages

Pros

The custom fields available on each contact are something I really appreciate, they make crafting tailored messages for different groups simple. On top of that, I find the support team easy to reach and very helpful whenever I need assistance.

Cons

Maybe I'm just not seeing this feature but it's an issue I've run into across a lot of messaging platforms, I'd love the ability to reply directly to a customer's message from the email notification I receive. Right now I have to click a button in the email that opens the platform and then reply there which adds extra steps. Allowing replies straight from the email would save time and make follow-ups feel a lot more simple and immediate for me.

Quick RVM dispatch, human support

Pros

From a single screen, I can create a voicemail for RVM, pick a list I previously uploaded and dispatch exactly the messages I want. I find this much simpler than other RVM platforms I've tried and the real human support makes resolving questions quick and easy. Using this tool has genuinely sped up my workflow.

Cons

This tool isn't the cheapest option out there, I can find cheaper alternatives. However many lower-priced services don't perform anywhere near as well some even make it nearly impossible for me to use the credits I've purchased. For me the slightly higher price is acceptable because the platform is so much easier to use.

Texting stands out as my favorite feature because I can chat back-and-forth with clients in real time and I find the product overall very feasible to use.

Cons

What disappointed us was that we couldn't receive emails inside the platform itself so we had to switch over to a separate email app to view messages, a small hassle but still an annoying extra step.

This tool is price-wise extremely affordable which lets me confirm that email marketing is the right channel.

Cons

For me this platform made importing my contacts feasible, building workflows easy and allowed me to assemble genuinely useful marketing and communication setups.
