It is great how it halves the time I spend on tasks. With a single message I can reach hundreds of people at once with one click which takes a huge load off my shoulders while still performing exactly as I need it to.
Cons
Some clients needed clarification after I had to switch to a new phone number which caused a minor inconvenience.

It is remarkably budget-friendly substitute for Podium when my clients in TA want an SMS text widget and it's surprisingly simple to tweak so it looks and operates much like Podium.
Cons
Customizing the greeting bubble would be ideal so I could better align it with our brand.

Absolutely love how feasible it is to set everything up and blast out messages! I can organize my clients into different groups and target each one separately. Plus the customer support has been fantastic!
Cons
Sending multiple images or messages quickly consumes credits which I find frustrating.
