Pros
It is a great tool to send out text notifications and blasts. It is easy to enroll with and sign up for.
Cons
Our company used this tool to mainly send out birthday wishes, which in theory seems pretty great. I have no clue if the error we faced was on our end or the software, but after 22 birthday wishes the text blasts went on back to back, so I unsubscribed.

The software is easy to use. I enjoy keeping all my mobile sign-ups in one place and being able to reach my community instantly. It is a very nice tool and has a positive outcome.

The price of this software is a bit too much.

Pros
Marketing has been a task that we enjoy a lot now, just because of Trumpia. It is easy to reach out to our clients. It is easy to use. The training and functionality are great, and it keeps us coming back. I would recommend using this product to my friends and colleagues.
Cons
There aren’t any cons that come to my mind, but I’ll have to say maybe the price. It is a bit expensive.

Pros
It is easy to contact our team in an emergency, and they can respond back to our texts as well. Once you are trained completely on the back-end of the system, it gets a lot easier to use. The terms of service protects our employees from spams and stuff.
Cons
Its quite complicated to navigate lists and databases, to learn the difference between the two, and how to move people from one place to another, which tier of the system you need to be in to delete someone.

I like its ability to track emails that have been opened and reopened. It also lets you know how many of your clients did not even open your email. These statistics help a lot.
Cons
Its hard to add a new list to another email template. Im dealing with various clinics and I need to be prepared to use specific templates and lists that go with the clinic.
