“User friendly website boost”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and it really helps you or your company gain more visibility and put yourself out there.
Cons
It does have a few glitches now and then but that's pretty common with most platforms.

“art portfolio with lots of options”
Pros
Having one place to showcase most of my artwork for everyone to view is something I really appreciate. There's also a wide range of features and customization options available which gives me plenty of flexibility.
Cons
The downside is that I have to pay if I want to sell my products online. If I choose not to upgrade, I feel like I should still be able to sell without that extra cost.

“accessible website creation”
Pros
Launching a site feels very easy because the interface is accessible and user friendly. I can enter all my information quickly and it makes building an attractive website much simpler without stressing over technical issues. It also helps us push out promotions effectively which gives me more confidence in using it for the business long term.
Cons
It does offer a wide selection of templates and the platform is generally simple to work with which I appreciate. At the same time, having so many features can make parts of it harder to figure out. One thing I really enjoyed was being able to create unique pages but that option disappeared after I upgraded my membership plan. Another downside is that social media integration is limited.

“affordable templates and support”
Pros
The pricing is probably the biggest plus with the software. Their free version is surprisingly strong and can compete with or even outperform, plenty of paid options. There are also lots of templates to pick from which makes getting started more appealing. If questions come up or something goes wrong, they offer 24/7 support which is really helpful. On top of that, if you want to set up an online store, the SEO tools they provide along with support make it feel like a solid all-around deal.
Cons
One issue is that moving your data from it to another platform is difficult. It may seem like building a website is simple with this tool but in reality it can be more complicated than it appears. A business could end up missing opportunities without even noticing especially if they do not fully understand how to use the built-in tools or Google Analytics.

“No-code website creator”
Pros
Building with this software has been really enjoyable because it doesn't require any coding knowledge and in some situations it even walks you through how to add code snippets and where to get them from.
Cons
Part I didn't like was having to verify my business information with Google. It feels a bit like a setup and a way for Google to charge people later even though it seems free at the beginning.

“great templates for freelancers”
Pros
Creating my freelance website with this tool has been a really positive experience. The platform feels very user friendly and a lot of its features are available to use for free. It has helped me a lot when putting together my online presence. There's also an impressive range of designs to choose from and the templates included are beautifully arranged in a way that really helps a website stand out. With it, I'm also able to promote my work to potential clients from all over the world.
Cons
There really isn't much for me to complain about. I've been satisfied with the features overall.

“beautiful designs and quick setup”
Pros
Starting off with it is simple, the interface is easy to use and the design options look really polished. Making edits later on is also very convenient whenever updates are needed.
Cons
The monthly limit on emails is a downside. It would be much better if it allowed at least one email per week.

“Free website setup in minutes”

“All in one software”
Pros
Compared with most open-source CMS platforms, this one takes away the trouble of constantly updating the core software and plugins. It works as an all-in-one package so there's no need to spend extra on add-ons. The wide selection of themes and the amount of customization available are definitely helpful.
Cons
Platform is fairly easy to use but getting very specific customizations done can still be frustrating when you're trying to make it look or function exactly the way you want.

“solid value for website building”
Pros
After spending a little time building a site with it, the features started to make sense and the overall functions was pretty easy to learn. The pricing also feels quite reasonable for what you get in return.
Cons
Running a fitness company, I'm not a fan of how crowded the dashboard feels with all the extra features. I really wish there were an option to hide or turn some of them off in the admin view. It also took me way too long to realize the software could be used in the ADI editor which got pretty frustrating and even led me to try Squarespace for a while before I finally figured it out.

“flexible templates and secure setup”
Pros
Putting a site together feels very easy and the security is definitely strong--strong enough that getting back into my own account was almost a challenge. The drag and drop editor gives a lot of freedom and there are plenty of template options to choose from which makes building pages feel more customizable.
Cons
The downside was the pricing which started to feel too expensive especially since I still struggled to fully use everything. There's so much information to sort through that it became overwhelming and reaching customer support wasn't as helpful as I needed. I also didn't love that you have to keep paying since the website feels more like something you rent rather than own outright. In the end, I canceled it and decided to hire a professional builder instead.

“made online selling simple”
Pros
After spending a lot of time researching my options, I chose this to help launch my business online. I've been selling through physical retail stores for years but online sales were completely new territory for me. It gave me clear, easy-to-follow guidance along with continued support which made the whole process feel approachable for a beginner while still offering the tools needed to support a well-established business. I absolutely love this app. Thank you!
Cons
Since I'm still fairly new to using it, I honestly haven't come across anything that feels like it needs update. I'm extremely pleased and really thankful I found this app.

“mobile-friendly builder”
Pros
Very easy to set a site up and get it running and the software handles a lot of the heavy lifting by providing templates, design options and color palettes for you. With how user friendly it is, how well it centralizes business tasks and the fact that I can manage everything right from my phone, I gladly recommend it to any small business owner I meet.
Cons
There can be a slight delay when pages are loading or being prepared though they have definitely made progress in improving the speed. Also, once you choose a template, you can't fully switch over to a completely different one later on.

“reliable templates and fair pricing”
Pros
Right from the start, this has felt like a very user friendly website builder. The templates look really good and are simple to pick, edit and customize the way I want. The pricing for the basic plan, along with the extra tools and services, feels reasonable and competitive too. After using this for a long time, it has proven to be a reliable platform for me.
Cons
The ads that appear on the starter plan don't look very appealing. The app store also still feels a bit limited in terms of available apps though hopefully that improves over time. On top of that, the SEO reporting could definitely be improved to provide better-quality insights.

“Clean templates and quick setup”
Pros
To get a site or blog online is pretty fast with its AI especially if you're just starting out. The templates and design options look polished and modern and there are plenty of easy features for people who want something simple without a lot of extra bells and whistles.
Cons
A drawback is that the AI sometimes takes a while to load and the dashboard isn't the clearest at first. If you want to do more detailed editing, you need some time to figure things out before the tools start to feel natural.

“website building made simple”
Pros
Building a website was completely new to me but this made the whole thing feel surprisingly simple. Once I started working on the design, the platform guided me step by step like someone was right there helping and I was able to keep going without missing anything.
Cons
there wasn't much to dislike here. If I had to mention something, I ran into a small hiccup while trying to connect my cloud storage to the site. That said it seemed more like a Dropbox issue than something caused by this platform.

“catchy sites in minutes”
Pros
You can get a nice-looking website up and running with this tool is pretty easily. You can start from one of their templates or build the layout yourself with the drag and drop editor which makes the whole process very beginner friendly. Connecting a domain is also simple. There's a free version too so it's possible to test how everything works before committing. Another helpful thing is that there are plenty of specialists on freelance platforms so you can always ask an expert whether this will actually fit your needs before moving forward.
Cons
Once the project starts getting into mid-sized or larger websites with more complicated features, it's important to check first whether the software can handle those requirements. Asking freelancers who work with this tool is a good way to confirm that. Since everything is hosted on its servers, the platform gives you only limited flexibility. You don't get full access to the code, database and other technical parts so it's not the right setup if you need complete control over how everything works behind the scenes.

“custom domains are useful”
Pros
Being able to use custom domains has been one of the biggest benefits for me and I also appreciate having control over how personal photos are added into each section individually, one by one.
Cons
Something that really bothers me is not having a direct customer service phone number to call when business or technical problems come up. Everything has to go through chat and sometimes customers just feel more reassured hearing information from a real person over the phone.
