“My review”
Pros
This software really nails the balance between being approachable for beginners and giving you a lot of design freedom. Without any web development or coding background I found the drag and drop editor very natural to use. Unlike platforms that lock everything into fixed rows or grid sections this one lets you place elements with pixel level precision. That means you can move text, images and buttons exactly where you want them and have full creative control over how the site looks.
Cons
One downside with this software is that even though it gives you a lot of freedom when building your site initially you can't change the template after the website is live. If (later on) your business needs a totally different layout or overall structure you can't just swap in a new template and keep your existing content in place. You end up having to rebuild the whole website manually under a new theme which adds a lot of friction and can take a huge amount of time as your brand grows.

“versatile website builder”
Pros
Building a professional looking website with this tool is very easy even without any technical background. The drag and drop editor, ready made templates and built in tools make it quick to design pages and publish content. It also brings together a solid range of features like hosting, integrations and basic marketing tools so a lot can be managed from one platform.
Cons
It starts to feel a bit limiting when you need deeper customization or plan to scale beyond basic needs. After choosing a template changing the overall structure can be restrictive. Its performance and flexibility also do not quite compare to more developer focused platforms especially for complex websites or ones with heavier traffic.

“user friendly tools”
Pros
The interface feels very user friendly and the guidance on the back end is helpful and easy to follow. Pretty much anyone can build a site and do well using this ecosystem.
Cons
Something that could be better is access to a real person through chat. The AI assistant still feels a bit limited when it comes to having a natural conversation.

“helpful features”
Pros
Has been a really good product for me and the customer service has been exceptional. I've used it for a long time and have had a lot of positive experiences with it.
Cons
Navigating the website can be a bit difficult at times. Thankfully the help chat has had no wait time whenever I needed it and they do a good job assisting when that happens. There are plenty of helpful features but it can feel confusing at first.

“excellent support”
Pros
Customer support was available right away and their representative was great! He was patient, well informed and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process!
Cons
At this point I don't have any complaints. I only had to cancel one of my sites because that project is currently on hold and the software made the cancellation process very simple. I'll definitely be back.

“Great platform”
Pros
My wife was able to build her own website with it and the final result looks great and performs really well. That's pretty impressive considering she's not technical at all.
Cons
The price is always a consideration although we still like the service overall. On the few occasions we needed help, support was a little difficult to reach at first but once we connected with them they handled things well.

“simple website maker”
Pros
Building a website with this tool is very easy even without any HTML or coding knowledge. The whole platform feels plug and play and everything is simple to work with.
Cons
One thing I'd want improved is the site structure being more SEO friendly. Creating the website itself is excellent but it also needs to be easier for people to actually find it online.

“beginner friendly site creation”
Pros
Being able to build my own website for free is a big plus and the platform feels very accessible overall. It's simple to work with especially for beginners and the coding side feels very light and manageable.
Cons
The finished site doesn't always come across as polished or professional as some other websites and a few features don't look exactly the way I want them to.

“quick portfolio setup”
Pros
creating my personal portfolio with this software was easy! The interface felt accessible, it was simple to work with and I was able to put together a really polished result in a short amount of time.
Cons
A few of the templates look very good but they are not always exactly what I needed. They can likely be customized though not always in the specific way I was hoping for.

“good for business sites”
Pros
Whether someone is just getting started or already knows how to code, this tool works really well for building a website. I'd recommend it to anyone setting up a business website and looking for built in marketing automation too. I've tested a few other platforms but when it comes to overall website management none of them matched what this one offers.
Cons
The template selection feels a bit limited especially if you need something customizeed to a specific profession. Yes any template can be customized to fit your needs but the gallery still should be expanded. A lot of users would probably prefer to pick a template and use it with minimal changes.

“flexible templates”
Pros
Having the templates available means I'm not stuck coding every page from the ground up. I was able to rely on the drag and drop tools instead which made the whole process much more manageable. The biggest surprise came when I tried the new AI builder yesterday and it actually still performed well even though it had almost completely crashed before.
Cons
It's honestly absurd how hard it is to create a simple dropdown menu that stretches across the full width of the page. It keeps snapping back to where the toggle starts and even though there are settings that seem like they should fix it, none of them actually let you move it where you want. That part is really frustrating. On top of that the software comes with plenty of extra charges and all those little add-ons start to cost money. Every now and then, the backend also freezes entirely which is annoying.

“best site-building toolkit!”
Pros
After more than 20 years here I can say that this software has all the tools needed to create excellent websites! It's easily one of the best options in the industry!
Cons
My only minor concern is that not every tool is available across all of the different editors yet. Still I'm happy to wait while those features are rolled out and overall I'm a very satisfied user.

“positive experience”
Pros
Until this week I had an outstanding experience overall. The platform feels very accessible, is exceptionally user friendly and has consistently delivered strong hosting value for the money over the years. Building and publishing sites is usually a very smooth process.
Cons
Everything falls apart when you run into a systemic backend bug because the technical escalation process feels like a complete black hole. We are currently facing a serious issue where an automated internal queue has entirely stalled the SSL certificate update for our client's site. Hearing from a supervisor that our high priority engineering ticket sat untouched in a queue for 15 hours while a major client's website was down worldwide is simply unacceptable. The frontline chat team is courteous but they do not have the tools needed to resolve backend database or network loop errors in a timely way.

“worth every penny”
Pros
Getting around most of the platform feels easy and whenever I run into a problem the AI support has been great. If the AI can't fully help the expert assistance has been just as helpful. Overall I definitely feel it's worth the price!
Cons
The only thing I'd change is how issues are explained. If the wording were a bit clearer I probably wouldn't have needed to escalate my problem although every step of the process was still a positive experience.

“swift launch”
Pros
Didn't take long at all to get my website live and I've been able to keep adjusting it over time to improve it. Whenever I've needed help customer support has been available and quick to respond.
Cons
It works well for beginners but once you want to use more advanced features or make changes beyond the basics, it can be hard to figure out where everything is and how to apply those updates.

“professional looking sites”
Pros
Comes with impressive templates that take a lot of the work out of building a website. People often assume I hired a professional but I'm able to create that polished look myself with this tool.
Cons
A downside is that the software has gotten more expensive. Though I undertsand prices have gone up on just about everything these days so it's not entirely surprising.

“works really well”
Pros
One of the best things about the software is being able to build and manage websites through simple clicks without getting tangled up in the technical side. It works really well for adding new content, adjusting designs and making everything look professional in very little time. On top of that the tools it includes make things much easier when it comes to showcasing projects or customizeing the site exactly to what each client or brand needs.
Cons
I do feel that advanced customization can be a bit rigid at times especially when you need to fine tune specific design or performance details on larger projects but aside from that it's really excellent.

Pros
Today their customer support team handled every issue quickly and thoroughly. On top of getting everything resolved I also picked up a few new troubleshooting skills and gained a better understanding of how to keep improving my business.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Building with its tools is a real pleasure and compared with other companies that can feel hard to reach or not very approachable, this one is responsive and delivers help in a timely way.

“powerful launchpad for small businesses”
Pros
Getting a polished website online is surprisingly easy even without any coding background. The drag and drop editor feels accessible, the template selection is broad and built in tools like the stores, booking features and forms are available right away. For freelancers and small businesses that want to build an online presence fast it's one of the strongest choices out there.
Cons
As the site becomes more complex the software starts to feel restrictive. Moving a website off the platform is nearly impossible because everything stays tied to its ecosystem. Although the editor is user friendly it doesn't always generate clean or optimized code which can hurt page speed and SEO. More advanced customization also tends to require awkward workarounds that don't feel very natural for developers.

“Good marketing tools”
Pros
Feels very easy to get a website up and running. The drag and drop editor is simple to work with so even someone without coding knowledge can build a professional-looking site. I also appreciated the wide selection of templates and the built in marketing tools which are especially useful for small businesses.
Cons
One drawback is that some of the more advanced features are only available on the higher priced plans. The editor can also feel a little slow or glitchy at times. Customer support is decent but the response time is not always as quick as I would like.
