Pros
Creating events and campaigns in Charityproud is very easy and keeping track of donations is just as manageable. After you get familiar with the setup process, collecting donations becomes very hassle free.
Cons
The part that falls short for me is the email feature. I wish there were more customization options when sending messages. We want to build monthly newsletters for our constituents but its email system doesn't let us design them the way we want. Overall the email tools feel pretty plain.

Pros
What keeps me happiest is how much it handles in one system along with the quality of support behind it. We're able to manage a wide range of our work in one place and the help we have gotten from technical support to account management to accounting has been consistently quick and useful. That mix of strong functionality and dependable service makes it amazing, trustworthy platform for our organization.
Cons
Because it covers so much, getting started can feel a little intimidating. There's a lot to learn if you want to make full use of everything available in the system. I have also noticed a few small layout and formatting issues. For instance the Affiliations section in constituent records is spaced across rows in a way that makes it harder to read than it should be. A more vertical, column style layout with less empty space between rows would make that area much easier to scan and navigate.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is our customer service rep. She's absolutely 5 star, replies quickly and consistently offers helpful suggestions whenever we need assistance.
Cons
Pulling the different reports we need on a regular basis can be a bit difficult. There are a few parts of the process that seem less user friendly and not as easy as they should be.
