Flexible tools and strong value

Pros

After comparing 15 different platforms used by other nonprofit schools and parishes THIS came out on top for us in terms of price, value, Salesforce integration and overall flexibility! The best part is the value for the cost, it covers all of our automation needs and has made online donation capture much more efficient without the higher price tag of other systems. Being able to create unlimited pages without adding new costs has also been a big advantage. We moved away from much more expensive contracts and ended up with a solution that gives us more flexibility. Another big plus is the broad set of applications it offers. Donation and recurring donation forms, registrations and tickets plus the shop feature for selling items all work really well together and helped streamline our setup. On top of that the customer support has been very reliable and the platform gives our team the ability to make updates and customizations ourselves when we want while still providing strong help whenever we need it :)

Cons

Getting our new Stripe account connected to it took some work at the beginning because of a few settings left over from our previous Stripe configuration. Thankfully their support team stepped in, used their Stripe knowledge to identify what had been set incorrectly and helped us fix it quickly. Once that was sorted out everything started running without issues.

salesforce sync you can trust

Pros

It has become my go to platform for donation management. If your organization already runs on Salesforce choosing a fundraising tool that connects directly just makes more sense than using something separate. It saves your development and accounting teams from wasting time matching up reports and numbers and that extra reconciliation step simply disappears. Both teams can rely on the same data and as a CFO I feel confident trusting the numbers right away.

Cons

Some people may feel the payment form doesn't offer enough flexibility but I see it differently. I'd rather have teams focus their energy on building donor relationships face to face or during events. When someone has already made the decision to contribute their hard earned money, the donation form should stay simple and uncomplicated.
