love the automated tax receipts

Pros

It has been really simple from the start and everything is simple to understand. The customer support team has also been consistently excellent. One of my favorite parts is no longer having to handle tax receipts manually.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of any real downsides. I haven't run into any major problems at all and the few small questions I have had were resolved quickly and without much effort.

Overall a user-friendly platform

Pros

Zeffy software is pretty easy to use and I really appreciate how well it adapts to a wide range of different situations.

Cons

The only slight downside and it's not really a major one is that the percentage meant to support�the platform�is added automatically instead of being optional from the start. Donors can change it manually but if they go through the process too quickly, it can feel a bit misleading.

excellent nonprofit solution

Pros

The platform is simple and easy to use and donors have no trouble using it either. For nonprofit organizations it's an excellent solution.

Cons

Though the customization options are simple and effective but it would be nice to have even more flexibility.

Happy and wants more features

Pros

Overall I am really happy with Zeffy, though I'd still love to see a few more features added.

Cons

I feel like it still needs work to be able to update names on tickets and view tickets individually instead of stacked together.

Clear and user friendly

Pros

Zeffy has been a really helpful tool for our small rural nonprofit when it comes to managing the funds we bring in responsibly. The platform is also clear and user friendly, so getting around it doesn't take much effort. I also really like that There is a company paying attention to how credit card fees affect nonprofits and offering a solution for that.

Cons

The few things I am not fully sold on with this platform seem more related to features I probably have not completely learned yet. We have also had a few patrons who aren't excited about using a QR code to complete their transactions though most people don't seem to have any trouble with it.

Pros

Being free makes a huge difference and it's really simple to use. I'd absolutely recommend it to any nonprofit.

Cons

One issue is that donations cannot go over $999 and that creates a real limitation.

Quick setup and responsive support

Pros

Getting Zeffy up and running for our nonprofit event needs did not take long at all. Overall it was simple to learn and their support team was incredibly responsive whenever we needed help, providing quick solutions that worked well for us.

Cons

A few features still don't offer as much customization as we'd prefer especially when it comes to membership cards which currently cannot be customized the way we'd like.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is that 100% of each donation can go straight to the intended cause instead of being taken by payment processors. It also offers a wide range of tools, options and webinars that help nonprofits get more out of their fundraising efforts. On top of that the forms usually look much better than what I have seen on other platforms.

Cons

There is no way to restrict form access by team, so one department can still see another department's forms. It would also be much better if email confirmations could be set at the organization or team level instead of having to manage them separately for each form. It's also hard to clearly see how much donors are contributing to the platform and refunding the portion of a donation that goes to the platform isn't very simple. Another downside is that administrators don't receive email confirmations for refund transactions.

Helpful for nonprofit fundraisers

Pros

Zeffy has been really helpful for my nonprofit fundraisers.

Cons

At first getting in touch with live support was a bit difficult but once I learned that chat is available between 8 to 12 and 1 to 5, I was able to reach someone right away.

Excellent match and no fees

Pros

It has been an excellent match for our nonprofit. Getting our first form up and running was very easy thanks to the clear setup instructions. We also really value the fact that there are no fees which means every donation goes directly to our organization. It's also a big plus that donors automatically receive receipts, while we still have access to templates and suggestions when we want to send more personalized follow-up emails.

Cons

Only thing I'd love to see is a spot for a shirt description directly on the main donation form instead of needing to click into more details.
