Using Zeffy has been really easy. The interface looks polished, the export features are excellent and the fact that there are no fees makes it incredibly budget-friendly when every dollar matters. We also really appreciate that it's a Canadian platform.
Cons
One thing we make sure to mention to buyers is that�the platform�automatically adds an optional donation, although it hasn't led to any complaints for us. The title character limit can also be a little restrictive when trying to fit all the important details into the bold text.

Pros
Working with Zeffy has been a really positive experience and I have genuinely enjoyed using its tools. For a nonprofit, the level of support they provide along with how simple the products are to use makes it feel like a real win-win.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into any problems. Between the helpful support team and how easy�the platform�is, we spend far less time trying to figure things out and a lot more time focused on fundraising.

From the start the whole platform has felt very easy to use. Customers also say it's really simple to navigate and sign up for a fundraising event through Zeffy which has made the process much more user-friendly.
Cons
The only downside I have run into is the limited amount of customization available on the front end especially in terms of what the customer actually sees. Aside from that, I really don't have any other complaints.

Pros
One thing I really like about Zeffy is that it keeps getting better. The platform is always being updated and improved and the support team genuinely pays attention to feedback and regularly adds features people ask for. On the financial side it has been completely dependable as well. The Llama Sanctuary can rely on receiving its payout right on schedule every single week, without any issues.
Cons
Right now,�the platform�still misses some of the polish and functionality you get from more specialized email platforms, event management tools and online store solutions. The email builder is fairly basic and the site navigation can be a little difficult at times, at least from my perspective.

Pros
Getting started with this software was very easy and moving around the platform was pretty easy right away. The learning curve was minimal too which made adoption quick. The biggest advantage for us was being able to collect funds at no cost without dealing with the hassle of handling, tracking and depositing checks or cash.
Cons
Only issue came up when we were collecting dues in $30 increments. The default fee shown to members felt fairly high in that context. We did explain that they could adjust the fee if they wanted but not everyone understood how to do that which led to a few complaints.

Coming from a donor database we actually paid for that was frustrating and hard to work with, this one is much more user-friendly. I am not a web developer, so that really matters. It's approachable even for people who aren't used to working with tools like this. Another huge plus is that it's free. The support also stands out. I think it's AI-driven but every time I have needed help, it honestly felt like I was chatting with a real person because it was that good. I always get the help I need quickly and that kind of timely support is incredibly important.
Cons
The biggest limitation is that it doesn't offer a lot of flexibility. For instance, I needed to sort my contacts alphabetically and there wasn't a way to do that.

One of the best things about Zeffy is that it's completely free means there are absolutely no fundraising fees at all. It's also incredibly simple to use for donor management and sending out newsletters is especially convenient.

“Free seamless nonprofit fundraising”

Having a platform that's completely free to use is incredible. Being able to process online payments so seamlessly without paying a fortune actually without paying anything at all has been a huge fundraising advantage for a small nonprofit like ours. The interface is very user-friendly and pulling campaign data is fast and easy. Their newer POS app which can be downloaded onto any phone, has also saved us from having to buy a Square reader since staff and volunteers can simply install the app and start scanning tickets or accepting donations.
Cons
Since�the product�is still fairly new, it doesn't yet offer as many features as some comparable platforms. That said, the team is very responsive to customer feedback and keeps rolling out new functionality to better support the changing needs of nonprofit organizations.

Zeffy was up and running quickly and the platform felt very user friendly right away. After watching the tutorials, I was able to set up my event and ticket details within minutes. Whenever I needed extra information, the staff was very helpful and got back to me quickly.

Getting our first campaign out the door felt very easy and the platform was simple to navigate from the start. Adding our own logo was quick which made everything feel more customized and personal. Because the setup and sending process were so user-friendly, our first campaign ended up raising a really good amount. I also appreciated how simple it was to pull up reports and track exactly how much was donated to each part of the campaign.
Cons
One part that could be improved is the checkout flow, since it can get a bit confusing when�the platform�inserts the option to pay�the platform. That section should be explained more clearly.

Cons

Zeffy was very easy to use and being able to build multiple campaigns has been incredibly useful. The guided step by step setup is also user friendly and still leaves plenty of room to be creative with the design. I also really like the donor management tools especially the option to manually add offline gifts like checks or cash alongside donations processed through it which keeps my donor list complete with every contributor included. The automatic thank you emails and tax receipts save a lot of time and On top of that it helps our nonprofit avoid credit card fees. Everything is transparent and whenever I have had questions their team has responded.
Cons
There is not much for me to complain about. They couldn't connect with Cvent for registrations but in the end it wasn't a significant issue.

The platform is also very user-friendly and whenever I was unsure about something, I could quickly get help through the support resources or online chat. I also really like how simple it is to accept electronic payments, build campaigns and present everything in a way that gives our organization a polished, professional image.

Honestly I cannot think of anything I dislike at this point.�This platform�has made it possible for 100% of our donations to go directly to us, while donors can choose to leave a tip which is how�the platform�earns money. It really is like a win-win setup.

It was way too easy to use and the fact that it's completely free makes it even better. The onboarding was simple too and we already have money being deposited into our account from the fundraising campaign we launched. I have also been really happy with how everything looks for our campaign through this tool, from the text-link landing page for our event to the email replies sent to participants and more. Plus it makes it very simple to build polished fundraising landing pages and emails and now we also have an attendee database from our event that helps us stay connected for future ones.
Cons
Nothing comes to my mind. Everything has worked out wonderfully and the fact that it's entirely free is still amazing. We haven't come across a single thing we'd suggest changing which is rare because There is usually at least one area that could be improved but not here.

Having everything together in one platform really makes a difference such as donor records, financial details, fundraising tools and email campaign management are all in one place. Zeffy automatically moves deposits to the bank and I can also set tax receipts to be sent out automatically which saves a lot of time. The CRM-style features are really helpful for segmenting audiences for communications and the platform even makes smart recommendations. I also appreciated getting an unsolicited website review with tips on how to make the most of Zeffy's platform that kind of initiative stood out to me. On top of that the help center is amazing too. It's user-friendly and free which makes it even better.
Cons
At times, I wish the campaign tools offered a bit more flexibility for design and editing but it's a very small issue. Overall, I really love�the platform.

Running our PTA fundraising through Zeffy has been such a positive change because the platform is user-friendly, with almost no learning curve. One of the biggest benefits is that more of the money we raise actually goes back to the school instead of being lost to credit card fees. In just two months, we've already saved more than $200 by avoiding the charges we usually see on other platforms. The chat feature has also been really helpful whenever I need to track down specific details in the reports.
Cons
One thing I would still like to see improved is the ability to filter and sort reports more easily especially when it comes to custom questions. Since we use this for a PTA, the reporting can get a little messy when we're collecting details like students names and teachers. I am also still confused about why there seems to be one email collected automatically somehow and then a second different email that the user manually enters.
