Some views meant to be easily changeable are still unattractive and challenging to modify. Occasional bugs are acknowledged as part of the continual improvement process. The hierarchy can be restrictive, although recent improvements offer hope for future elimination of this issue. Certain features, such as capacity planning, dynamic forms, and idea widgets, are only available on the enterprise+ plan, causing annoyance considering their fundamental role in Aha!'s functionality.
