Encountering a challenge with GitHub 2.0 Integration, the customer support team worked diligently over the holidays to ensure everything runs smoothly. The experience has been outstanding.

Sales, Customer Service, and any client-facing team can swiftly enter feature requests. Configuration and product teams also find it useful for tracking feature requests as they progress through the product roadmap.

One key benefit is that roadmaps and reports stay fresh, instantly reflecting changes to dates of features and releases.

Despite my overall appreciation for AHA, the UI presents several challenges. Inconsistencies, such as varying save mechanisms, URL availability on some screens, and disparities in settings application, are evident. Despite being a single-page app, it occasionally struggles with post-edit refresh, which should be more seamless in 2021.

When viewing a specific record, I'd appreciate more information about its parent/children. For instance, when looking at a Requirement, I see the parent Feature's name but not the release it's in (its parent Epic/Initiative). Similarly, when viewing an Initiative, I see the list of Features but lack context regarding their release or the number of requirements.

The collaborative capabilities of this product are amazing. Working with my boss, I appreciate seeing all his changes and learning a lot. Different workspaces make product management easier. The ideas portal is anticipated to be great for internal staff. Everything is centralized, allowing for creating business plans and adding relevant documents without sharing numerous links. Scoring ideas facilitates prioritization. The support team is brilliant, and the system is user-friendly, making the trial period productive.

It's a bit clunky in places with numerous clicks, but with two screens, this inconvenience is manageable.

Easily adding new workspace lines and workspaces that roll up to one another is a notable feature. It facilitates linking company goals and strategy. Dynamic presentations and quick addition of new content enhance the user experience.

Integrations pose a challenge for us. While the integration wizard is intuitive, our lack of resources makes it difficult to fully test the integration. Aha has been supportive as we work through this challenge.
