“This is what I need, easy to use but limitless options.

Pros

I am really impressed with AhSuite. The dashboard is so intuitive, and the colors are vibrant. Plus, there are so many great features like the password saver and client template creator. Setting up everything was a breeze, and using it is even easier. I especially appreciate how it fosters open communication among my project team.

Cons

When I use it, I notice a slight visual glitch with certain options, like setting task dates. I can only see them when I hover over them, regardless of the screen mode (light/dark). Apart from that, everything works perfectly for me.

Pros

AhSuite makes it incredibly easy for me to securely share files, logins, tasks, and more with both my team and clients. I can even make my profile public within the AhSuite community, which opens up opportunities for referrals and finding additional talent for projects.

Cons

I found it a bit intriguing how teams are managed - each team user acts as a sub-account, and it took me a while to grasp that concept.

The Password Manager feature in AhSuite is fantastic! It is been crucial for securely sharing login credentials and keeping everyone on the same page.

I appreciate more "Are you sure?" pop-ups for various options/toggles, and I love to be able to communicate individually with different members of the client's added team.

From a design standpoint, I'd like the option to customize the theme or color of the client portal to make it more visually appealing or personalized.

Pros

Sometimes clients may not be available to respond via AhSuite, but it is convenient that they still receive messages in their email inbox. They can reply directly via email without needing to log into AhSuite.

Cons

I have not come across anything I feel needs improvement. Currently, I am using Ahsuite on my desktop. I will test its usability on mobile soon.

There are numerous aspects of AhSuite that I love. Firstly, it is effortless to add a custom domain or subdomain and white label it for branding purposes. The ability to create "Conversations" between clients and team members is incredibly useful, with messages recorded for easy reference. The task manager is intuitive and keeps everything organized by client. Customizing features for individual client portals is a breeze, and the knowledge base is invaluable.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about Ahsuite. It has significantly simplified my life. I love to see a few more branding options, like the ability to add brand colors, a logo, and client logos. I have shared my ideas for more options with the product team, who seemed very receptive.

What I loved most about AhSuite was its accessibility. It's user-friendly with a clean layout, making it easy to find everything I need.

Setting up each client can be a bit cumbersome since there doesn't seem to be a way to simply send them a link to get started.

My favorite feature of AhSuite is the ability to embed and display multiple metric dashboards from different sources into a single client-facing portal.

It is still in production, but the owner is incredibly responsive and willing to make updates as requested. The main improvement I'd like to see is the consolidation of notifications when clients interact with different workflows (for example, receiving custom reports when clients add a password, drop an asset in the folder, or even view their dashboard if I want to get detailed).
