It's alright but not so essential for most cases

Pros

Excellent for sharing files among a team Airtable boasts a nice interface and user experience.

Cons

Too many options in this area; learning a new software seems redundant. Recommends sticking to Google Drive for easy cross-platform syncing.

Airtable: a multipurpose tool

Pros

Airtable allows adding files images code and visualizing data offering intriguing collaboration features. It complements other popular software with additional functionalities.

Cons

Doesn't match Excel's functions competitiveness in the price of the Premium layer and falls short in information analysis like CRMs. Sensitive information protection is not as robust as in other management software. Language constraint: everything is in English.

One of the most flexible, robust, and reliable PM tools.

Pros

At first, Airtable may look like Excel, but dont be fooled by its simple appearance. Since it offers almost all the features of an Excel and then builds on them, it is far more efficient and helpful. The Excel-like arrangement does make it easier to adapt and work with, which so many of us love and appreciate. Data can be arranged in a grid-like format that is easy on the eyes. Tasks can be easily scheduled and assigned to individuals, and everyone can see what everyone else is up to. It offers a level of flexibility with your data that I have yet to see elsewhere!

Cons

It is no doubt a working spreadsheet program that takes its inspiration heavily from Excel and even Google Sheets.

Answer to all Data Related work

Pros

I've been on Airtable's legacy plan for the past few years. It has significantly streamlined our company's data management, from internal assets to HR interview scheduling.

Cons

We were hoping for a report similar to a Pivot Table, but Airtable doesn't offer this feature at present.

Seamless project management capabilities through a very interactive UX

Pros

The platform's UX is exceptionally intuitive and seamless. Its functionality surpasses even Excel, offering features like color coding, table creation, and quick views that outclass competitors in the market. We plan to continue using it for team task management. Additionally, their customer support is prompt and helpful, assisting in plan selection and implementation.

Cons

I find that the tool doesn't have the same copy-paste functionality and Excel shortcuts. If it had similar shortcuts to Excel, transitioning to this tool would be easier.

AirTable as a virtual assistant software

Pros

Since I started using it a few months ago, managing my calendar, tasks, and meetings has become much simpler and more efficient.

Cons

While there are many features I haven't explored yet, I'm testing each one, such as editing my workspace and organizing my tasks and scheduled events.

Airtable is a great site for project and content management

Pros

Airtable serves as the central hub for our organization's digital content team. Its ease of use accommodates individuals with varying backgrounds across the company, making it easy to track drafts and content creators.

Cons

Currently, Airtable's reporting capabilities are limited. We have to use third-party visualization tools integrated with the API to analyze aggregated production content, but even those tools have limitations.

The next big thing for spreadsheets

Pros

Its smooth and efficient operation sets it apart from other tools. Regardless of network speed or bandwidth, it consistently delivers outstanding performance.

Cons

The cost of Airtable is too high compared to the free options available. Google Sheets can do everything Airtable does with a little effort.

Our Go-to Low-Code Solution (originally for Prototyping/Development, but now for Production as well)

Pros

It's user-friendly and straightforward. We initially used it for idea development, then progressed to building a prototype. Now, it's evolved into a production version, entering its fourth year of operation.

Cons

Sharing information securely with non-users directly from Airtable poses challenges due to its user/member model, but indirect sharing via intermediate software presents no issues.
