Overall, Airtable has greatly improved my workflow and organization by offering customizable databases, filtering and sorting options, real-time collaboration and unique applications like CRM management. I've built a database where I can enter all the important details such as project names, deadlines, assigned tasks and priority levels.

While multiple users can edit and view records simultaneously, I find that the lack of in-app communication tools (like chat or comments) makes it challenging for my team to discuss and track changes.

I like the variety of visualization tools and project views available in this tool which make data analytics much simpler.

I have used several NoCode databases and Airtable felt the most professional and robust. The features are so many, yet it does not overcomplicate things. Its layout is simple and easy to navigate and the different views are excellent for showcasing data from various perspectives. It's more intuitive than just a spreadsheet.

I find it really pricey and the options seem limited compared to the cost of an upgrade. This makes many use cases that would be ideal with the technology not worth the expense. Additionally, the row limits hold it back as a system, it was not originally designed for handling large data sets.
