“powerful data tools”
Pros
There's a pretty small learning curve if you're coming from Google Sheets and honestly it's worth the switch. Things like filtering, counting and sorting feel a lot simpler here.
Cons
Once I got used to it, I haven't run into anything I dislike.

“organized collaboration”
Pros
I really like how the whole setup feels well organized and it makes it simple to work alongside my peers across multiple projects. The collaboration side is one of the best parts for me.
Cons
Can get pretty complex especially at the beginning which makes the initial learning curve a bit harder than I expected.

“excellent project management”
Pros
Using this to track all my project activities has been a huge help. It keeps me organized and I can quickly see how far I've come on each of my school assignments. The collaboration features are also a big win I can share tasks with classmates and assign roles so everyone knows what they're responsible for.
Cons
The main limitation I've noticed is with the mobile app which feels like it has fewer features compared to the desktop version.

“flexible offline tracking”
Pros
For our projects, it's fantastic being able to see what's happening in real time. It also lets us connect the tools we already use to generate results and then customize everything to match exactly what we need things like offline notes, tracking and features that aren't customer facing.
Cons
Initial setup can take some time and a couple parts feel less user friendly especially around formatting and implementation. That said if you set it up the right way, it ends up working extremely well.

“polished UI”
Pros
This tool feels very simple to work with, regardless of your technical level. It's especially helpful for teams since it clearly tracks who edited what and exactly when those changes happened. The visual interface looks polished and is simple to get the hang of and you can scale it up or down based on what you need. The feature set is solid and it keeps getting improvements over time.
Cons
Built in integrations are pretty limited when it comes to bigger website platforms like Weebly and Squarespace. There's also no built in integration for MySQL. Because of that, it tends to work best as a standalone solution rather than plugging into an existing web stack.

“Uploading was simple”
Pros
Import base feature is the standout for me. It lets me upload my Microsoft file without hassle which saves a ton of time.
Cons
There are so many features that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first but overall it still seems like a really solid tool just a lot to take in at once.

“highly customizable tables”
Pros
Very simple to work with. We set up custom tables for each person across the organization, using customizable fields and color coding so everything stays organized. It covers the things we need without much effort and task management ends up feeling effortless.
Cons
No real complaints here.

“fast transfers”
Pros
That automatic email notification feature is a standout for us. We've been using this for a long time and the overall experience has never been worse. In our tech startup, It mainly acts as the storage/server for our users' data and data movement. It has also been consistently quick about transferring data to a specific table. We also looked at other options like Firebase but this is still my first choice. the features have been strong enough that our startup even received a funding approach request for $1,00,000 which is pretty wild.
Cons
Every product has trade offs and Airtable clearly tries to keep the downsides to a minimum. Still, a few small improvements could push it even further. I'd like to see them include the automatic messaging service in the free plan as well. That would likely boost adoption and make it stand out more in the market.

“great for planning”
Pros
Covers a lot of what basic database and spreadsheet managers do but it does it more powerfully especially once you start using the complex features and it looks more polished too. If you're the kind of person who thinks visually and likes organizing information, it turns everyday tracking and info management into something actually enjoyable.
Cons
Since it's a feature rich, professional tool, there's definitely a learning curve while you figure out where everything lives and what the platform can do. Once you've familiarized yourself with the interface and the many customization options, things click and using it becomes easier.

“my team loves using Airtable”
Pros
My whole team uses this for two different companies and everyone is genuinely loving it. It feels like a boosted mix of Excel and Agile style tools and you can organize pretty much anything in it. We've been recommending it to anyone we talk to and we're glad we discovered the software back in 2019. I also like that you can attach pictures and switch between grid, Kanban or calendar views which ends up working like a project management tool while still bringing in the best agile workflows. Overall, it makes organizing data, assigning tasks and collaborating really simple.
Cons
If your base includes pictures and you export it, the images don't carry over so you lose the pictures. That said, it doesn't feel like a huge fault on its side and more of a limitation to be aware of.

“fast CRM setup with automation”
Pros
This was one of the first tools I used to get my company CRM running. Importing data was simple and the built in automation has genuinely helped simplify my business workflows.
Cons
I'm wishing there were lifetime deals for a product this solid. It does offer a free plan but unlocking the full set of features requires paying for the premium tiers which can feel a bit pricey.

Pros
Communication stays clear throughout the workflow and collaboration feels accessible across teams. The notification system is also helpful for keeping everyone in the loop without constantly checking for updates. Overall, it supports cross functional collaboration really well which makes it easier to coordinate across different stakeholders.

“Strong workflow management”
Pros
Collaboration, task management (including assigning work) and workflow handling have been genuinely useful from a project management standpoint. It's helped both me and my teammates stay organized and move work forward efficiently.
Cons
Live training options and the help documentation don't feel as thorough as they should. I'd love to see more complete resources especially for new users so they can get everything they need to learn the program without having to hunt for answers elsewhere.

“great free version for beginners”
Pros
I'm currently using the free version and it's honestly more than enough for what I need. The interface feels pretty easy to use and the short tutorial videos gave me everything I needed to get started without fuss. I also used the templates right away and I've found plenty of inspiration through the "Airtable Universe," where other users share and publish their Bases.
Cons
Because I'm on the free plan, I can't connect the Apps that are only available to paid users. It would be helpful if free users could connect at least one or two of the simpler, more basic Apps.

“powerful tool”
Pros
This has been a powerful tool for what we're trying to do. A few features feel a bit limited so we end up using scripting for certain bases to get the results we want but overall it still performs really well.
Cons
You do have to lean on scripting sometimes in a separate window to achieve the exact outcomes you're aiming for.

“helpful labelling feature”
Pros
The ability to set up labels for both tasks and projects has been really helpful especially for understanding where everything sits in the bigger picture. When multiple people are collaborating on the same project, it's also nice being able to quickly check what's changed notes, updates and overall progress are all visible at a glance.
Cons
There's a small learning curve though it's the kind that's manageable and resolves quickly with some practice or by getting help. Permissions can be a bit tricky too so it takes a moment to confirm you have access to do the actions you're expecting.
